Lena and I stayed 3 weeks at Peters and Kathrins house. We really loved to stay at their place. From the first moment on we felt overwehelmed and totally confordable. When we arrived in Wiesmorr we only met Peter. He gave as the feeling of having arrived home. Peters and Kathrins house is really cute and its awesome to relax in the winter garden with an incredible garden view. Their cats are really special and absolutly adorable. They all have their own story to tell and everyone has its unique caracter. Some of them need a bit more time to gain trust then others but as soon as they got warm with us they regularly jumped into our beds and requested for cuddles. We quickly fell in love with these beautiful cats so saying goodbay was difficult for us. We hope to see them all again one day. Thanks again Peter and Kathrin for your hospitality.
I loved staying at Pat and Bobbie’s house and watching over Matzie, Katnis, and Francis. It was great meeting them! They have a beautiful house in a great location in Anchorage. They were extremely nice and let me stay before and after the sit and use their car while exploring Alaska. Communication was very easy. I really enjoyed watching their pets and I’m already missing them. This was an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to seeing them and staying here again!
This is a fabulous pet sit! Henry and Willow are the perfect pair to look after, Henry is a big softy who loves belly rubs and is a joy to take out for walks. Willow is a very chilled out cat, she loves a head scratch and a lap to sit on in the mornings. The house and area are beautiful, lots of lovely walks, good local shops and the tube 5 mins away. The kitchen is equipped to the nines with everything you could possibly need, especially if you are a baking enthusiast! The whole family were extremely welcoming and we would relish the chance to come back!
Looking after Mikey and Sylvester was a charm - both make for excellent company, and Ellie is friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. Mikey is incredibly easy to look after, loves snuggles, and walks well on a lead. He might complain sometimes when not receiving your full attention, but some belly rubs usually takes care of this! As a rescue he would benefit from a kind and patient sitter - he can sometimes freeze while out on walks (specifically, when there are bigger dogs or lots of people on the street), and a less attentive sitter might mistake this for disobedience, rather than him being nervous. Even with this, he was still one of the easiest dogs I've ever managed on a lead, and providing him regular reassurance (through gentle petting or treats) while out on walks or in cafes was very helpful. It was easy to fall in love with both of them, and quite hard to leave - I would happily come hang out with them again!
Absolutely fabulous house sit for Evelyn and Nick. They have a wonderful home with beautiful garden in a small friendly village just outside Cambridge. The pets were very well behaved and a joy to look after - we could have happily stayed longer than our month and would love to sit for the family again. A very cool family that we can’t recommend high enough - and hope to stay in touch with as friends in the future. Chris and Meryl
I had a good experience I had to travel earlier than originally planned so that was a bummer .i was embarrassed to shorten my trip and I was worried the whole time but Dakota communicated with me Pongo is slow to warm up to you but a true cuddler Dakota place is right next to everything You will like it
