Carla was a joy to meet at her beautiful, country home – with flower-filled front yard, spacious back-deck with view of squirrels & birds playing in the tall maple & evergreen trees bordering the golf course, and interior house gleaming bright from sunlight pouring through abundant windows & patio doors where the cats liked to snooze on the warm rugs. Her boys – Dave & Sam – were an absolute delight to care for: very affectionate, and very well behaved (no jumping on counters). Although they were not lap cats, they liked to be brushed & petted; and Sam liked to chase the cat wands. Once Dave adored you, he liked to snuggle against you on the couch, & softly rub your ankles when he wanted treats. Both cats were loving to each other, and liked to lounge together at the window in the “library room” – which had a plentiful diversity of travel books & novels to read! The house itself was well organized, and quite comfortable. Our favorite place was dining outside on the back-deck beside the fragrant stargazer lilies which had just opened; and relaxing with the cats upstairs on their screened-in balcony (called a catio) – where the cats could safely enjoy the fresh air & outdoor sights. One day when Sam was sitting atop his cat tower on the catio, a little hummingbird fluttered right in front of him, and both seemed to enjoy the face-to-face encounter! Communication was excellent throughout the sit, & we frequently updated Carla, via emails, with cat photos, & of us with the cats; and Carla quickly answered any questions we had. Before she left, Carla introduced us to her neighbors who made us feel most welcome; & we enjoyed evening walks through the lovely neighborhood (with wide roadways & little traffic), where we met even more folks. Downtown shopping was less than a 15-minute drive, and there were fantastic, outdoor recreation opportunities really close – such as the “not-to-be-missed” Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, and the Dungeness River Nature Center. And we lucked out to be there in July for the spectacular Lavender Festival! We highly recommend this sit in the exclusive SunLand subdivision – especially if you are a golfer! But even if you are not, it is very pleasing to do! Thanks, Carla & kitties!
The most wonderful house and pets sit. Penny and John were very helpful in settling us into their cosy, warm and relaxing home in a quiet neighbourhood. The area is super, near the river, local independent shops, lots of green spaces, and a Saturday food market. Luna the puppy is an affectionate bundle of love and playfulness and we miss her already! The two cats Mittens and Moppets are interdependent characters who were friendly and just liked being stroked and played with now and then. A highly recommended sit. Thank you Penny!
One of my favorite sits! Dave did an excellent job with the guide and I felt like I had all the info at hand. Lucie and I became great friends, and we had great fun! We hopped in the golf cart every morning and went down to the beach where we could walk and visit with her "pack" of friends. A highlight of the day. Their home is lovely and very relaxing and I loved every minute. Hope to come again!
Our sit with Poppy at Suzanne and Jeff's was incredible!! They not only wanted to make sure that Poppy was safe and happy but also that we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Poppy is the sweetest little kitty! She is so vocal and loves a good brushing. We really enjoyed our time with her. Suzanne and Jeff are so welcoming and generous and we felt completely at ease in their apartment. The location is wonderful and you have everything you could possibly need nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to sit again with Poppy at Suzanne and Jeff's lovely apartment!
Luna and Louie were both a pleasure to look after! We found Luna to be very calm and peaceful, she likes to be close by when she can. This comes in handy if you want a companion to cuddle with on the sofa! Overall Luna is a gentle soul and we enjoyed looking after her. She has a special ball which she absolutely loves, so make sure you take that on walks with her. Louie very much wears his heart on his sleeve and lives life to the fullest. He has a lot of energy which is to be expected and we enjoyed walking him and luna 3 times a day, louie can be a bit hesitant of strangers touching him on the head in the beginning ,but once he got to know us he absolutely loved us stroking him, and we loved him and Luna too! To be fair we wouldn't like strangers touching us on the head within 5 minutes of meeting us too! Amy and Elliot were very easy to get along with, they showed us around the house and covered all aspects of the pets and the house, as a result we felt very confident when starting the sit. We also enjoyed chatting to them too! The house itself is lovely and cosy with local shops 5-10 minutes walk away. There is ample parking space too. The location was fantastic, we had an abundance of parks and fields to choose from, which we are sure Louie and luna love too! Overall it was a joy to look after Louie and Luna, highly recommend this sit! If the dates work we hope to come back and look after the complementary double act, Luna and Louie! Johanna and Neil x
I had an amazing time at Jennifer’s with Tenaya! Tenaya was low maintenance but sweet and offered great company. The apartment offered an incredible view of the city and is located within walking distance to the beach - you can even hear the sea lions barking in the morning! Staying here was a great opportunity to explore a historic part of the city and offered lots to do. Jennifer was a great host and I would definitely sit again!

I was impressed by the professional approach to all documents to ensure a safe, agreeable arrangement. Throughout my time away, Pup 'N' Pet Services remained in contact to inform me of my cat's well-being, how she was thriving during the boarding experience. Truly, I appreciated those messages and videos. At the end of her stay, my cat was happy, healthy; she had clearly received very fine care. Such a great service! We booked our puppy in with Pup n Pet for two days and an overnight in December. It was our puppy’s first night away from us and we weren’t sure how he would react. We needn’t have worried! From the moment he was collected, Samira and Cormac put him at ease. We got updates and pics over the course of his stay and he was as happy and calm arriving home as he had been heading off. Pup n Pet were so easy to deal and reliable with collection/drop off times. Our dog Mia stayed with Adrian for 2 weeks. She is home almost 2 wks. She came home a fit and happy dog. Adrian sent me photos and didn't mind keeping me up to date on Mia's stay with him. He collected and delivered Mia home. He's a very nice and interesting person and has a great understanding of dogs which is assuring. He's extremely punctual. We hope to have Mia stay with Adrian again soon.

I left my dog and cat in Adrian’s care and he did a wonderful job looking after them both. The dog stayed with him while the cat remained at home. Emma and her team at Pawfit have been taking my dog for walks for the past three years and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They treat Bella with such kindness, pairing her walks with dogs that they know she will have great fun with, and taking such good care of her. Pawfit have been so helpful, and Emma goes out of her way to accommodate us. Bella is always so happy to see them, which is the highest praise.
Emma made dog coaching easy for me to understand so that I was not accidently reinforcing unwanted behaviors but without being "mean". rewarding good stuff is the way to go. Lots of treats and games do learning is fun... Bess is always exhausted after but is always delighted to spot Emma coming across the park....
Emma looked after my dog and 2 cats recently and she was fantastic. She was very friendly and a natural with the animals. She kept me updated constantly and I immediately felt like I could focus on my work trip and not need to check in on how things are. I always know if my dog has been happy or not when I return as he is emotionally delicate, being a rescue, but he clearly was very happy and I came back to a relaxed dog. Emma even sent me follow up information with tips for dog training as my dog def could be a bit better on recall. The house was super clean when I came home and I would absolutely invite Emma back and hope the dates will work in the future.
Highly recommend Pawfit for dog walking. Emma and her team are professional, careful and love dogs! Emma has walked our high energy working cocker spaniel for over 2 years and we’ve been very happy with the service. Emma is reliable, professional, insured and responsible. We particularly like that Pawfit don’t walk lots of dogs at once and only walk dogs in small groups or individually. We feel that this is much safer. Emma is lovely and is responsive to communication. It’s a big thing to trust your dog to someone else’s care and we would have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Pawfit.
When we lived in Seaport, Emma and her team were beloved by our four-year-old golden retriever. Daisy had a great relationship with all of them and would return home from her weekly walks happy, tired and sometimes a little sandy from the beach. No matter, Emma would hose her off and clean her up if she needed it. We have since moved back to the states, but when we get around to hiring a dogwalker here, Pawfit will be the standard by which they will be measured.

She worked with my bichon frise to address destructiveness at home, and the results have been wonderful. I could not recommend Emma & Pawfit highly enough! The level of professionalism and the undeniable love for dogs that the team has is reflected in the level of love my pup has developed for them since the very first time they came in to our lives! Having a large breed dog can come with its challenges but Emma and the team took the time to chat about my dog, his characteristics, nature, likes and dislikes before meeting him and ensuring that he was comfortable before taking him on what have been some of the best walkies he’s ever enjoyed (based on his incredibly excited reactions to seeing the team show up to take him out again and the pics and vids sent to me of their adventures while I was unable to walk him). His dogs walks were tailored to his temperment, energy levels and personal preferences (ie loves a good splash in water) and I was even given some tips on training based my own questions and areas that I wanted to work on. My dog LOVES the Pawfit team and I dont think that anything could speak to their talent and professionalism more than that.
Our dog Charlie has been availing of Pawfit's services in the Blackrock/South Dublin area for a couple of years now and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Emma and the gang are always reliable when it comes to Charlie's walks, training, minding and any other expertise we might need! They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced on all things dog related, very caring and completely trustworthy. As dog owners, we can't recommend Pawfit highly enough; but the real proof is the full-body wags from Charlie whenever he sees Emma at the door!
Chewy is our little Chihuahua and with us travelling often, there is no better care than Rose and the team from Outpaws. They give him love and cuddles just the way he likes it. Laoise and the Outpaws team have walked our dog Ted several times when we have been on holiday as he has been staying with family in the area that they cover. They have always been so accommodating of dates and times and his stubborn ways! We really appreciate the updates and photos they give from his walks so that we can see how he is while we’re away. He’s always delighted and well cared for. I wish we lived closer so that we could use them for regular walks but look forward to using them again next time we are away.
Our dogs love OUTPAWS!!! We’ve had the pleasure of Rose and Georgia looking after them over the past two years, on separate occasions, and the peace of mind it has given us has been enormous. We’ve been able to go on holidays knowing they are getting superb care, attention and stimulation. Moved to Ireland back in October and found Laoise and her team. Can't say enough good things about them! Remy doesn't do well with kennels, so having someone come stay at the house with him was very appealing. Best idea ever! Georgia has stayed with him twice now; both times for a week. We can really tell she loves animals and Remy obviously enjoys spending time with her. What I appreciate the most are the videos and pics we receive multiple times a day showing Remy living his best life on walks, playing ball, or napping because he's worn out from all the walks and ball. Remy is cherished member of our family and it warms my heart to be able to leave him with someone that shows him as much love as we do!
We had a fantastic experience with OUTPAWS a few weeks ago. Our dog Bailey was minded by the lovely Georgia for a week while we were away. We met Georgia in advance and she was very friendly and clearly experienced in minding animals. We felt very safe and secure with her minding Bailey and got lots of great updates throughout the week. Bailey looked happy and was brought on lots of walks. We will definitely be using OUTPAWS again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Louise runs a very supportive, caring business for dog owners and her amazing team. We have contacted Louise on four occasions in the last 7 months and each time has been a great success, Noodles is cared for in her own surroundings and we are sent daily reports of Noodles walks, including cuddle time - all of the team are studying veterinary care so we also feel secure knowing that she is cared for by genuine animal lovers. Louise is incredibly efficient and makes arrangement by WhatsApp and payment easy - we would be lost without them!
Laoise is the most capable and loving dog walker we’ve ever used. Our vizsla Amber rushes to the door when she hears her car pull up and is buzzing with excitement trying to tell us about her run and swim when she comes back and soon flops on the couch from tiredness. Laoise has made our move to Dublin a few years ago manageable by helping us with Amber.

We've been using Outpaws for a few months now and I am delighted with the service. Laoise and the team are really professional and easy to work with. We confirm our walking schedule each Sunday, which gives me the flexibility I need with my new hybrid work schedule. Communication is great, so we know who is coming when, and I get photos throughout Pudding's play in the park. I feel like the team care about my pup as much as I do, and trust them to take care of her during her hour-long outing. She comes home happy and tired, ready to nap through my afternoon Zoom calls. This has made the return to the office so much easier for me, as I know Pudds is having a great day even when I'm gone and she's a much easier office-mate when I'm WFH. Her schedule isn't disrupted no matter what my work day looks like thanks to the Outpaws team.

Rebeccah at Dogdayz has been walking Hank for well over 6 months. From the start, she always treated Hank like her own; she cares for him so well, always providing regular updates to me on her activities and general well being. Hank is very shy and since the pandemic he got used to be with us 24/7. However he loves Rebeccah and is really excited to spend some time with her! You will not find a more genuine, courteous, friendly and professional person, who put the dogs first at all times. We are incredibly lucky to have found Dogdayz and couldn’t recommend their dog walking service more.
We love DogDayz! Our Jack Russell Tavi absolutely adores coming here for daycare, he always has a great time and returns home exhausted after exploring beaches, parks and mountains. We also get lots of videos and photographs of Tavi having a good time during the day. They look after him so well. DogDayz are incredibly attentive and welcomed Tavi with open arms! They love dogs and you can see it from a mile away. I couldn't recommend more! 💕

Rebeccah has been excellent with our dog Freddie. She ensured she got to know his temperament and eased him properly so he settled comfortably into small group walks with other personalities that suited him. It has been great for him to be more social with other doggos again. He gets a really long and stimulating walk during the day; clear when we come home after work to a chilled and happy dog! Rebeccah and the DogDayz service is an absolute Godsend! We have an extremely hyperactive Jack Russell who needs long walks and almost constant stimulation. DogDayz take him out a few times-a-week and when he returns he is exhausted! The Dogdayz walkers are so polite, punctual and reliable and our dog loves when they show up to walk him! We 110% recommend DogDayz as a trusted and caring service for our dog!
Rebeccah has been a god send to us. She has been taking our mini dacshund weekly for a while now, to help him socialise better and he is improving so much thanks to this girl who has a clear love of dogs. This week Rebekah suggested bringing Dexter on a walk with the bigger dogs in her care to boost his confidence in their company, I know he will be in very safe hands with rebeccah and the relief of that is immense I would highly recommend dogdayz to my family and friends for it's reliable and professional service.

Marx had his first hydrotherapy session here last week. Andrew the hydrotherapist is very good with the dogs and knows what he is doing. Marx isn't mad about water so I was surprised about how calm he was during his session.

My dog Charlie (Bichon x Maltese) is 12 years old and has never come out of a groom looking as cute as he did from The Canine Centre. We usually hold our breaths to see how odd he'll look after a groom, but honestly this time we've just been smothering him in attention and love that he's so adorable. Steph did such a great job with shaping his fur so he doesn't look like a skinny rat. Thank you so so much!
Our 4 year old bichon Pookie has had the best grooms ever here. We have tried all of the top groomers in the area and the canine Centre comes out on top by far. She also loves her 2 days a week in the doggie day care there and can’t contain herself as we drive in to drop her off. We recently got a new Maltese puppy Molly who also has a challenging coat. I was so stressed about the amount of matting when bringing her up for her first groom today. The groomer was so lovely and understanding about it and did an exceptional job without shaving her full coat. I cannot praise the canine Centre enough.
Nanook was very nervous for her groom, but everyone in the Canine Centre made sure she was well looked after and calm. Being a Cockapoo and knowing that she needs to be groomed regularly how the staff treated her reassured me she was in the best hands. She came back smelling beautifully and looking fantastic! Looking forward to her next appointment.
I wasn't there to drop off or pick up my dog but I came home to see what a great job the groomer had done!! Monty isn't the easiest of clients but Emma was well able to manage him and gave him a fantastic groom. Can't get over how good he looks - he's like a new dog!
All we have to say is Naomi and her gang are the best. Our Minni has been going to her for 11 years (since she was 2 I think. Now going on 13) for grooming they have always done a fab job. We tried another groomers once who did an awful job and since then it’s always back to Naomis place, they know how to groom according to the breed. Naomi, thank you for everything. I now work in a pet shop and I recommend you guys all the time.

Started taking my Lurcher pup here a few weeks ago. He loves it! Naomi and the staff are really helpful and attentive, they know all of the dogs personalities and requirements, and take excellent care of them. They also put loads of photos on their instagram which is a nice way to see what your dogs are are up to! They're also always available on the phone if you have any concerns. Complete peace of mind.
This facility looks great but they are not taking any new customers, regulars only. They’re advertising a service that basically isn’t available. They didn’t respond to my email enquiry but I see they replied to my review! If they’re not accepting new customers why do reviews matter?

Wonderful pet service, my dog (Elkhound) has stayed on several occasions now and I couldn't be happier with Gem Dogs and Jen! Every time we take the turn down to Jen's, my dog gets so excited in the car, he knows he is in for a great time and this gives me so much reassurance. He doesn't even want to come home when I go to collect him, but when I eventually get him into the car, he sleeps all the way home and though the night. He's a high-energy dog, yet he comes home very well exercised. The house is absolutely beautiful with a lovely pen for the dogs to eat in and have down time and a gorgeous large back garden too for fun and games. My dog absolutely loved Jen and why wouldn't he, she is a total animal lover, so friendly and welcoming. I'm thrilled to have found this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Will definitely be back again.
Nobody better to leave you dog with! We leave our fella here whenever we go away and he never wants to come home!

I have used Jonathan's dog minding services several times. We were very nervous to leave our puppy (who was 6 months old the first time) with a dog minder but Jonathan was great. We did a meet and greet a few weeks beforehand and it was obvious Jonathan genuinely loves dogs and our puppy was going to be in safe and experienced hands. Jonathan is really responsive and always kept us updated with photos and videos. I have referred Jonathan to my friends and family several times. He's brilliant.
Can't recommend Jonathan and Puppers Paradise enough. Going to doggie daycare with him has really helped our rescue gain confidence and get comfortable around other dogs. Jonathan is patient, reliable and flexible and an excellent communicator even sending through lovely videos of our dog playing with his new friends. The best thing is you can tell that he really cares about the dogs he minds
From the very 1st time that Pablo (mini dachshund puppy) went to Jonathan’s home for Daycare, he was completely at ease. It was very clear from conversation with Jonathan that he has an abundance of knowledge & a genuine passion for dogs. He has sent me videos at intervals throughout the day of Pablo at play with the other dogs & it was very obvious that Pablo was having a really great time! Pablo has been in Jonathan’s care quite a number of times to date & he is always very relaxed & happy when I collect him.
Bruno had his first night away from us at Puppers Paradise with Jonathan. A home from home environment. We received photos and video updates of the fun Bruno was having with all the dogs which was very reassuring to us. We were truly able to relax knowing he was in Jonathan's care.
My dog has been going here for years. She loves Jonathan and he brings out the best in her. It"s a home from home for her. I much prefer Pupper's Paradise to other kennels that I have used over the years because my dog is so well treated here. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.
Jonathan is one of the very few people that I would trust my dogs with. He has minded them for me on numerous occasions and they always have a great time.
