This was our very first experience using zeewoi and we could not possibly be more delighted. Deidre and Jason were responsive, thorough and easy to work with from the first contact. They arrived the evening before our departure for a week of vacation out of the country. We enjoyed a meal together, and it felt very much like hosting good friends we just hadn't met yet. Deidre offered to take us to the airport in the wee hours the next day. A winter storm was expected the day after we left, and we felt confident leaving our dog and our home in their care even so. We were completely relaxed while away and knew Zoey was getting plenty of affection and care. On our return, Deidre picked us up at the airport late at night (due to a delayed flight) with good grace. She and Jason had dinner waiting for us, our house was very clean and Zoey was sporting a hilarious little vacation shirt they gifted to her. We have been telling all our dog parent friends that zeewoi is incredible!! Thank you Deidre and Jason for getting us off to a fabulous start. This was a great house/cat sit. Sarah and Matt were very welcoming and provided us with a wealth of information about the area, history, and recommendations of places to visit on our journey. They had an excellent house manual with everything we needed to know to look after their home and Shoogies. Shoogies is a sweet girl, quite talkative, and became increasingly affectionate during the sit. Sarah and Matt's home was very comfortable and close by to everything we needed during our stay. The table tennis room was an awesome unexpected bonus! Thank you both very much for having us sit. We would unreservedly recommend sitting for Sarah and Matt, and Shoogies.
We do look back on a really nice long weekend in Groß-Flottbek, for which we are very grateful. ❤️ The communication in advance - with Sally - was really nice and super uncomplicated. By the time we arrived we had all the information we needed. We both found the two cats Zoe and Rigo to be very sweet, rather cautious, gentle and sensitive. Zoe was quite curious from the start, followed us around and searched our nearness. She is the more communicative and playful one of the two, and also observes quite a lot. She slept with us in bed from day one, which we really enjoyed. Rigo needed a little more time, attention and gentle communication from us to be convinced. On the third day we were greeted by him at the front door though, purring around our legs. 😍 But until the end, he needed his „time off“ from time to time that he tended to spent in a hiding spot. Doped up with the irresistible smell of catnip though, it was possible to transform quiet Rigo into an active and funny cat that obviously enjoyed a game on his activity mat with us. 😉 We would have loved to have experienced them both a little longer and gotten to know them better. The days just went by far too quickly... But we would come back at any time! 🥰 Thank you sooo much, Sally and Lukas, for having us in your lovely home and for entrusting us with your two sweet protégés! ❤️
