It was such a joy to be around Gaia and Mike. They are as lovely as their owners, it was so happy to meet like-minded people! They care about their cats as they would for their own babies and love all animals the same. Apartment has lots of plants and is only 20 minutes away from the botanical gardens, which I went to nearly every day. And it’s close to pretty much everything. Communication was amazing, all instructions were very clear and descriptive - so much so I didn’t have any questions at all during my stay. The cats are very dog like and love attention and hugs. You all are so sweet, thanks again!
Very spontanously we applied to sit Lilly in Memphis and got accepted also spontanously after a nice videocall with Kristy and Hal.Sometimes the best things don't need a long time! 😀 Lilly is a sweet elderly lady developping her own ways to communicate what she wants and what not. She sleeps a lot but loves the walks in the neighborhood or the pottybreaks in the yard. When we finally left she barked a lot for the first time as saying good bye to us. We also say good bye wishing her good times and all the best. Kristy's and Hal's house is very beautiful, spacious, clean and neat. We loved to stay in the clean and tasteful furnished guestroom and using our own bathroom. Kristy and Hal were very generous leaving us food and offering us a lot of amenities. We loved the wonderfully equipped kitchen and especially Volker enjoyed the multiple charging cables for our electronical devices. 🙂 They even helped us bewaring us from some naive German plans to get from the Eastcoast to Memphis 😉 We loved Memphis, the Bealestreet and the wonderful B.B.King's Bluesclub, we were impressed by Sun Studio and Graceland, having our Thanksgiving Buffet over there. The Peabody Hotel was funny, too. During all this we had good communication to Kristy and Hal being able to ask whatever we needed to know about Lilly or the house. Thank you very much, Kristy and Hal, for giving us the chance to get to know you, Lily, your place and Memphis 😊
Erica was an amazing host & a very kind hearted person in general. Her place was clean and very welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home & I had a wonderful time staying in Maryland. Her kitties - Oreo & Kiki are very sweet. You will meet them and they will have your heart instantly. Highly recommend!
Erica was super friendly and communicative as I watched her cat for a few days this past weekend. Her house was sparkling clean, and her instructions were extremely clear on taking care of her cat! I would absolutely recommend housesitting for Erica to anyone! Five Stars!
Had a lovely stay in Sedgebrook with sweet and playful Toffee. She was a pleasure to look after; easy to take on walks from the house, and fun to cuddle on the sofa. Treats and licking the cat's food packet are definitely some of the highlights of her day. The cat is a bit wild and doesn't come in the house, so it only showed up for feeding. I had a call with Sarah before the sit and was shown where things are via video call. Sarah was wonderful to communicate with and gave me clear instructions for my sit. We also kept in contact regularly. Thanks so much, Sarah, for having me look after Toffee in your home. Any sitter would be lucky to stay here, and I'd be happy to return again.
This was a fabulous house sit - Carol is a warm, fun, relaxed and excellent hostess, with good communication skills. Her home a wonderful cottage in a peaceful setting. And her adorable cat, Cookie, the star of the show. I was made to feel very welcome and the whole sit was a joy. Highly recommended
