Sheila was our first pet sitter experience, and we were quite nervous and hesitant at first having someone new look after our kitties while we were gone. But we couldn't have asked for a better caretaker and person to do the job! Sheila also has two cats and is very familiar with pet care and also administering medication, which was one of our biggest concern with Apollo. Sheila was very responsive from the beginning, responded to messages timely and also offered to do a video call before her visit. She put us at ease from the beginning and we were confident that she will be a great match to look after our kitties. Sheila was good at providing us with pictures and updates in the morning and evening, not too much to disrupt our time away, but just enough so that we don't have to worry. She demonstrated a great ability to follow our instructions/guidelines to help maintain our kitties daily routine to avoid any stress and anxiety on their part. Sheila left our home tidy and clean, and with a little gift to put a smile on our faces when we got home. Our kitties missed us a lot for sure, but they were in good spirits and we could tell that they were well taken care of and given lots of love and attention. We would definitely have Sheila back again!

Lulu was 100% attentive & loving to our cat. When we returned he was extremely relaxed and we could tell had been sincerely cared about! Lulu sent us photos and notes regularly as we requested and also took excellent care of our home and garden. We absolutely loved Lulu and you would be very lucky to have her care for your pet and home. She is a true gem!!!

Sarah reached out before her stay to meet with Luci and he fell in love with her. While I was on my vacation she sent daily updates of Luci and it looked like he was living his best life. When I returned, my house looked better than when I left. She did an excellent job taking care of Luci and my home. Do not hesitate to book with Sarah. You will thank me later. She’s reliable, respectful and simply the best. Luci absolutely loved her. Thank you so so much for being so great with him!

We were delighted that John & Jean came to sit for us again. They are super nice people who we instantly felt comfortable with so we were thrilled when they agreed to return for a long weekend hangout with our little dog Beans! John & Jean are great communicators, super trustworthy and reliable, and they send the cutest pictures. They clearly enjoy spending time with our dog and the feeling is definitely mutual, she loves them. We came home to an extremely happy little dog and a perfect house. We can't thank John & Jean enough, it is so nice to have the peace of mind to enjoy being away and not worry at all about anything at home. Claire and Sandeep took great care of Summer while we were on our trip. It was very easy to set up a time to meet and introduce them to Summer, going over her feeding schedule and medicine. They quickly got used to Summer's feeding schedule and medicine time. They also sent us pictures of Summer and provided updates. Summer got comfortable in no time and became couch buddies. The house was also very tidy when we came back. We definitely recommend them for any house-sitting!

Ana sat my house and two cats Bongo and Mushu for a week when we went to a cottage. This was my first time using this service and I'm happy to report that all went very well and smoothly. Since we live in the same city, Ana was able to come the day before to meet the cats and go through the house with me. She a lovely person. One of our cats goes out and the other one Moosh we have on leash. Ana gave Moosh lots of outdoor time, more than normal I think which I'm sure he loved. Im sure he was looking for her when we got back because he got the royal treatment from her. Ana never had a problem getting Bongo in before dark and kept tabs on his whereabouts which gave us peace of mind! Bongo took a day to adjust to a new person but soon was sleeping/snuggling with Ana. Asher stayed one weekend night as he was busy with work. When we came home, all was locked up and the house was as we left it, clean and tidy. I hope that Ana can stay again if we do another trip. My cats are real people cats and love to sleep with us so I think they would get very lonely without an in-house sitter. Thank you Ana for taking such good care of our fur babies!

Dave and his family were reliable, tidy, and communicative guests. They were so reliable that with flight complications they drove, internationally, to uphold their commitment. We would love to have them return.

Jill was a wonderful pet and house-sitter for us, I really appreciated her photos and videos throughout our stay and the house was spotless when we returned home. We’d be happy to have her stay again!

Christa was wonderful! Took great care of Miso (my cat) and sent regular updates and picture. She cleaned my apartment even and wrote a very sweet card and left chocolates. I will have Christa watch Miso from now on!

Melissa did a wonderful job with our two very large and sometimes crazy dogs. She was patient and understanding about their individual quirks and worked with them well. She was very communicative and helpful the entire time and sent us updates and cute photos. When we got home, the house was exactly as we had left it, clean, and in perfect condition. She followed every instruction with attention to detail and was very self sufficient. This was our first time using a zeewoi and she made us feel completely at ease. Thank you, Melissa!! <3

Travis and Harriet are amazing pet sitters!! We enjoyed meeting them before we left on holiday and we were confident right away that they would take wonderful care of our dog Juno and our home. They are friendly, energetic, caring and responsible and were a perfect fit for our affectionate dog. We did a walk-though of our home and all the responsibilities and they had clearly already read the welcome guide and were prepared and interested. We were happy to get frequent updates and pictures of Juno having a wonderful time in the neighbourhood and snuggled up comfortably with them at home - her favourite thing in the world! They took great care of our home and left everything tidy, clean and perfect. Travis and Harriet are wonderful people and fantastic pet sitters and I recommend them very highly. We would love to have them sit for us again anytime!
