Staying at Ted and Evelyn's house was a wonderful experience! They are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even picked us up from the train station, allowed us to stay an extra day, and drove us to the airport on our last day. Tommy, their lovable dog, is a sweetheart who loves to be by your side all day. He's a gentle soul who enjoys going for walks and never barks inside the house. He's a very easy dog to care for. We highly recommend taking care of Tommy at Ted and Evelyn's house - it was an incredible experience!
Ann was great and her home was very nice and clean. Quinn and Lucca were so easy to care for and full of love. We really enjoyed sitting for Ann and are looking forward to returning and doing another sit for them this summer.
We loved every moment spent there. Kids woke up first every morning to look for fresh eggs and slept with indoor cats every night. Kerry printed out all main informations and was available anytime. We were able to enjoy Balaton area and also visited Budapest one day. It was our first TH experience and hopefully not last, while we really enjoyed that type of travelling and kids just loved cuddling with cats. It felt like home away from home. We met Kerry and Richard first day and had lunch together, they are really pleasant and were always ready to answer my questions. I would go back anytime. Thank you❤️
We had some of the best time of our travels with pet sitting with Puffin and Pebbles. 😊❤️ Penny and Charlie made us feel at home from our arrival on and we fell in love with the dogs and the country from our first day on. They welcomed us with open arms and showed us everything we needed on our stay. They had the best insider tipps for great restaurants and the best Donuts we have ever eaten 😋🍩 They both really inspired us and we loved the energy they had 💪 The dogs were both a great team. We couldnt imagine a better time to have on a sit: Puffin is the most energized dog we have ever seen. 🔋 She always wanted to play fetch with her frisbee or one of her many balls and was still wanting to go when our arms were tired from the throwing. She even slept with her ball in her mouth😂 We loved going running, hiking and swimming in the sea with her. She has such good recall and can be trusted blindly. We really fell in love with her. ❤️ Pebbles is an older girl and doesnt have the best legs anymore but still always up for everything. She loved coming with us on walks and eat seaweed on the beach. She was so affectionate and loved to cuddle under the blankets on the sofa with us. Eventhough she cant hear anymore she understands her signs really well. And if not could be bribed with some treats.🌱 The home of Penny and Charlie was really comfortable and next to everything we needed. 🏡 The nature in Wales was really beautiful. Lovely sunsets at the beach and a beautiful countryside. We really recommend going looking at puffins and seals aswell 🔭 We had the best time in Wales and would love to return someday ❤️😊
We loved our time looking after Poppy for Jane and Shaun. Their place is amazing and spotlessly clean! The location is also incredible being so close to the beach and was a great base for us visit the Seven Sisters from. Jane was a great communicator and gave us lots of information before and during the sit so we felt like we knew everything we needed to! Poppy is great fun to care for as long as you keep any food out of her reach. She would sometimes be hesitant to walk in the mornings but once she got going she was great on her walks! She has an easy daily routine and an easy diet to follow - and always looks forward to her meals. Poppy loves a cuddle and attention and to have a snooze on your lap in the morning! We would love to sit for Jane and Shaun in the future and hopefully our paths cross again!

Kim is awesome! She is an excellent dog trainer and animal carer, she provides dogs with amazing and responsible care on walks and is a fantastic people-trainer too. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. Your dog or pet is absolutely safe and happy with her. There are a tiny number of people (you can count them on one hand) that I would allow care for my dog and Kim is one of the very few. And that says it all!
Kim is excellent with all dogs big and small! My little pupper is so well behaved after her walks with Kim and she picks up some really great habits. Kim knows her stuff so this is so much more than dog walking, she incorporates training when they're out and about and I can always see an improvement. We get pics of their adventures too which is so lovely. She's a great photographer to boot. I can't recommend Kim enough.

Kim walked our two dogs for a couple of years before the pandemic and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Lovely person, very professional and absolutely loved our dogs like her own. We will hopefully get her back walking them when I’m back in the office full time.

We have been using pet sitters for the past 5 months or so a few times a week and they have been brilliant. Jessica our main sitter is outstanding and really looks after the dogs so well. We had an issue this week whilst on holidays abroad. A family member suddenly was unable to mind our pets and this happened while we were away. We rang Mike and he immediately at no notice at all sorted a live in sitter for the last few days of our holiday. James came to the house and took over and we couldn’t be happier with the care he gave. We are so grateful for this wonderful service. We would be lost without Mike and his team 🙌🙌

Amazing service! We had Valeria staying with our three dogs for just over a week and she treated them so well. They were really happy and relaxed when we came home after our trip. She communicated any concerns with us and sent us regular updates! We will be using this service again in the future. It's a great feeling knowing your pets are taken care of while you're not home.
I was nervous of the idea of using a Petsitter as we have typically relied on family previously. From the initial enquiry call from Mike, I was instantly relieved we had another option for our two dogs, one being reactive, kennels just isn’t an option. From the initial video call with our sitter, Chrissy, to get to know her, we knew our dogs were in really safe and capable hands. From the moment she walked in the door our dogs liked her. She took the time to ask about their habits and routines and what they liked. Sending photos and updates several times throughout the weekend where they looked lovely and relaxed. As a bonus our house was also looked after while we were gone. We couldn’t recommend this service enough and Chrissy for being brilliant! 100% recommend and will be using again, thank you for taking care of Scout and Pepper!
Very happy with the service we received. Davi the sitter kept in contact with us throughout the 9 days. Cats looked happy, healthy and importantly relaxed on our return. Davi sent us videos so we could see them and see that they were relaxed while we were away. This was our first time using Pet Sitters Ireland and we will definitely book again when the need arises. A real sense of relief to know out beloved pets are safe and in good hands.
Amazing service! Our little dachshund Daphne is nervous of strangers so we were extremely anxious to leave her while we got married. Michael the owner is so lovely and friendly, he really put us at ease and arranged everything for us. Daphne stayed with Paul & Jane who looked after her like she was their own dog. She settled in so well with Paul & Jane, it shows how gentle and caring they are towards animals. We got regular updates and they even travelled to our wedding ceremony so Daphne could be part of the day. It was so wonderful to have her there. We cannot thank you all enough for everything you have done for us and Daphne. We wouldn't hesitate to leave Daphne in your care again. We will be highly recommending you to everyone we know.
I had a wonderful pet sitter called Emilia. She was absolutely fantastic so kind to my cat Ozzie. She did an amazing job and is a credit to the company. In the run up to organising my trip the owner Mike and anyone I spoke to in the office were so nice and helpful. I am always nervous to leave my cat as he is an older cat but I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else. I got updates and photos and felt totally at ease that he had the best care. My dachshund Danann took part in the Nose of Tralee 2024 as the Kildare Nose and it’s been the most fun experience! Kate from Pet Sitters is a pleasure to work with and sent us out some lovely treats and a beautiful sash for Danann to campaign in! We had so much fun making videos, taking pictures and writing up a blog for Danann during and in the run up to the final of the competition! Kate kept the excitement and going for all of the Noses from beginning to end of the process! We had so much craic and would definitely recommend that our dog/cat loving pals apply next year!
Would strongly discourage using this service. I had a ‘meet and greet’ with a sitter who was booked to come and look after my pet. I didn’t hear from her on the day she was supposed to come nor was a pet care journal entry completed. I text to see if she had any issues and received no response. On the following day she contacted me directly to ask if her boyfriend could use my parking space when ‘they’ came over to walk my dog. I asked her again how was he previous visit as I hadn’t heard anything. She proceeds to tell me she never came because she had to go away and gave me the name of the girl who came in her place. I was not informed by anybody at the company that a stranger I had never met had been given the key code and access to my property. They had gone in and taken my dog out without me knowing and ever having met him. They had no instructions as to what he needs, where his lead etc. And food were. It was absolutely horrendous to think of a stranger entering your home and taking your dog out without your permission, never mind how stressful this would be for the dog. The manager eventually ‘text’ me an apology and said he had not thought to inform me that the sitter I had paid for was not available and he had supplied access instructions to another person without my knowledge/consent. I would not trust this service again. Have had to change my door code as I have no idea how many people know my access details now.
Our dog Mia stayed with Adrian for 2 weeks. She is home almost 2 wks. She came home a fit and happy dog. Adrian sent me photos and didn't mind keeping me up to date on Mia's stay with him. He collected and delivered Mia home. He's a very nice and interesting person and has a great understanding of dogs which is assuring. He's extremely punctual. We hope to have Mia stay with Adrian again soon.

I highly recommend Little Delights for pet boarding. My dog Bella gets so excited everytime she sees Adrian! We really enjoy the at home boarding as our dog does much better in a home environment. He provides updates and photos which is so helpful for my peace of mind while away. From the moment we met Adrian at the complimentary meet and greet prior to her first stay I could tell she would be in good hands. You can tell he has an extensive knowledge of dogs and truly cares about their comfort and well being. The collection and drop off service is always prompt and very handy for organizing around travel. I recently contacted Adrian for dog boarding. We had a meet and greet. Adrian is a lovely man and shows true passion for dogs/animals. Our dog Hugo stayed for 9 days with Adrian, I received photos and updates on Hugo while on holiday. This gave me peace of mind. I came home to a very happy boy. I highly recommend Adrian.. I am so happy that I have found someone I can trust to take care of my dog.
I left my dog and cat in Adrian’s care and he did a wonderful job looking after them both. The dog stayed with him while the cat remained at home. Fiona made everything seemless and easy from the first phonecall. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and apart from her fabulous manner with people and dogs she is so skilled and fantastic at what she does. My dogs were so engrossed with Fiona we were able to see fantastic results by the end of the first session. Fiona is prompt at coming back to you and shows up on time and sends on clear and comprehensive instructions. Not reliable. Poor communication. Sent few emails, few weeks ago requesting dog service, I then received a reply few days later asking for more info about my dog. I then replied straight away but never received any response since then. I sent a couple of more emails after that, asking for an update but got complete ignored. I don't expect the service to be available for me but I would like to at least receive a response, so I can look somewhere else. I wouldn't trust leaving my dog with this company/person, due to the lack/poor communication.
Super service. Fiona came to the house and in no time had my French Bulldog doing things we struggled to do. Everything is explained in detail and we were given a total different route to training Larry and he picks up instructions now almost instantly. Fiona has made the next steps in training Larry so much clearer, quicker and easier. Excellent job I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

Cannot recommend these enough, have had our dogs here multiple times and always been great. Our larger dog has a bad leg post surgery and they have always been accommodating. They tend to eat their bed the first night but the guys here always make sure they have a spare duvet to give them.
Our dogs have been attending Top Dog Kennels since 2016 and have always received 5 Star treatment. One of our dogs, Belle, suffered a traumatic experience in her previous home and had a number of trust issues when she arrived to us. However, whilst being kenneled at Top Dogs over the years, her confidence has grown around other dogs and people. I noticed her regress during Covid due to not being able to go to Top Dog. Both my dogs love going there and walk off with the staff wagging tails and never looking back at us. It's their home away from home!! Thank you Margot and all your lovely staff for a top class service.
Best care for our dog! My pup attends hydrotherapy sessions here for 8 months now. We're delighted with the professionalism, care and attention he gets here. Nicest crew and they did wonders to the condition of his hips! Vet surgeon confirmed they did an outstanding job with him and it's amazing how much he's improved since we started attending hydroteraphy here twice a week. Cannot recommend this place enough. ❤️
Great guys. We have our dog Sasha, a Collie, in for the hydrotherapy sessions and massage after she suffered a vestibular issue. I would highly recommend for dogs who need some rehabilitation. Sasha is almost back to her old self thanks to the great work by the therapists here. So knowledgeable and you can stay and watch what's going on which was a relief 😌. They also recommend exercises for home so you can be involved in your best pal's recovery. Well done guys. Can't thank you enough. 🤗
Would not recommend if you like to feel reassured that your dog is truly being taken care of. There is no option to view the actual facilities and your dog is taken from you / brought back to you in the entrance car park. No updates are provided while your dog is there, and when we collected our dog the staff member complained that she barked too often which we know only ever happens when she is left alone constantly or for long periods of time. Wouldn’t use again.
Have been attending hydrotherapy sessions for our Golden Retriever. Amie and Gang have been doing an amazing job to help recover muscle to his leg after it was broken.
Left my dog here a few times and they seemed ok. The last time we were advised by one of the staff to get a bark collar for him if we wanted to bring him back again. I asked them what a bark collar was and they implied they were humane. I checked with our vets who said these devices are not classed as humane and they would never recommend them. I'm not comfortable leaving him anywhere that would recommend using that sort of device. Especially as our dog almost never barks at home!
We recently left our dog in for 10 days. He had never been in kennels before and we were very impressed. He seemed very happy and was in great spirits when we collected him Whenever I text I always received an update and since getting him home he has been alot.calmer meeting other dogs so the socialisation was excellent for.him. the only downside is its always so busy so hard to get a spot 😉thank you for minding Busby so well.
We have left our fur baby at Kennels and Day care at Top Dog several times now. She seems very happy to be dropped off and the staff are getting to know her now. Very professionally run. Thank you Margot and team.
My dog absolutely loves his stays at Top Dogs. He doesn’t even look back when I drop him off, he runs straight towards the play area to have fun with his little pals! Margot and team take such good care of all their “guests”, and I really appreciate that peace of mind.
A kennel should be a place that takes care of your pets and not just a place where they sleep while you are away. You trust a kennel with the well-being of your dogs and expect them to be taken care of in case they become ill. Both of our dogs had infections when we picked them up. The owners refused to acknowledge that this happened on their watch and took no responsibility. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!
Please do NOT leave your dogs here! I picked up my dogs, both with eye infections. its week three now and one is still. But the worst part was that when I gave the owners, Brendagh, feedback she denied it and basically accused me of lying! They are very unprofessional. I do not advise this place at all.
When I leave my dog Hunter with the kennels he is always looked after very well. He always is a happy dog going there. They send updates of how he is getting on, it's a home from home for Hunter.

Had left our pet at this place. We were updated daily but would have been better to get the updates proactively rather than us asking for it. Drop and pickup was very smooth. The vaccination cert for your pet is a must before you drop your pet.
To say we were nervous leaving our 7 month old puppy at a kennels while we were away for a weekend is an understatement, but the team here were fantastic. Mabel walked in without a second thought, was very clearly well cared for during her stay there, and was very happy and full of beans at collection time. Next time we have to go away, we know she'll be well cared for by the team here
Our little bichon has stayed here on a number of occasions, Alan and the team always look after her very well and she is absolutely full of beans when we come to collect her. I didn’t realise till recently that they do grooming too, so now I’m going to book her in for a groom with them. Thank you for providing a great place for our pets. I would just recommend adding a few pictures of the kennels on the website, as we are not allowed to go see them.

Literally amazing. I left my baby Guinness with his care while I was on holidays for a week. He communicated with me the whole time and understood all of Guinness’s route and what he likes and doesn’t. When we dropped Guinness off Sean was very welcoming and had a lovely area for the rabbits. The place was clean and tidy and all the rabbits seemed happy. Guinness had enough place for himself. During my whole holiday Sean kept me updated with Guinness pictures and updates on how he was getting on. Guinness does not like new people and is very scared of new people but Guinness was very comfortable there with Sean and after some time was very comfortable with Sean, it is very hard to get a rabbit to like you and trust you so it shows how well Sean was with Guinness that Guinness warmed up to Sean. When we collected Guinness he gave a big cuddle to Sean to say bye and Guinness seemed happy with his stay there. Sean is a lovely person and has a lot of knowledge about rabbits and their health. It’s very hard for me to trust people with Guinness but I would trust your rabbit with Sean. The price is amazing is well as a student it really helped me out but the way Sean took care of Guinness and provided food for him I would of payed more that’s how happy I was with his service. If you are looking for a trustworthy, educated about rabbits and a kind person to look after your bunny then believe me this is the place. I will definitely be keeping Guinness here my next holiday and using his grooming services. 🐰🐰
Sean’s bunny retreat is amazing. Iv left my two benny&daisy with him on multiple times that last year. He took great time with our first visit to show us where our buns would live and the set up he provides and was extremely patient and compassionate with any questions or worries we had. His set up is amazing, it’s so clean,tidy annd organised (no dander or hair everywhere the cages are clean). You can tell immediately that each bun is being cared for..ie getting time to free roam being fed etc.. Each time Iv dropped my two out every rabbit in there is happy and curious, it’s a beautiful environment. Iv never seen a bun cowering in a corner. They always come out to great the new comer.. it’s really really cute!!!and is really clear they all feel safe. When you go in he will introduce to all the buns he has and knows their personality as if they were his. He’s extremely passionate about our bunny baby’s and takes his job to another level of providing the best environment for them while they stay.. He has amazing knowledge of rabbits, this Is pretty clear anyway when you meet him, but when he picked daisy up to take her out of the carrier (she is a flight risk) she completely relaxed in his arms. That for me was a sign and put me completely at ease that he knows exactly how to deal & care for our baby’s. His prices are extremely reasonable for the service he provides. But knowing my baby buns are safe and taken care of while I’m away is priceless❤️ Thank you Sean & see you again soon! Niamh, benny&daisy
Sean has taken wonderful care of my two girls, and they were so happy when I returned home. They seemed to have enjoyed their time with him so much that they didn't want to leave! I would wholeheartedly recommend Sean to anyone who is concerned about leaving their bunnies while they are away. He truly goes the extra mile for them, and his genuine love and attention to detail are evident.
Sean is a great support and bunny-savvy professional when you need a fur babysitter. During my rabbit's boarding term, Sean looked after her in every way - nail clipping, grooming and vet visiting, not to mention his warm love, petting, and dedicated care to my baby all the time. My baby is a clingy type, and she requires lots of attention. Even though it is a needy bun, Sean can handle it so well! Sean is always your best choice if you need a bunny-boarding service. I highly recommend Sean to all bunny owners. :")
Would highly recommend Sean and Bunny Boarding Retreat. I had such peace of mind from his high standards, regular updates and very impressive knowledge about all things bunnies. I felt very reassured that my bunnies were in safe hands. Sean was friendly and approachable so I felt free to reach out for updates and check in as I needed.
Left my rabbit to be groomed with Sean on Tuesday. He is so nice and you can see he really cares about animals. Saw that Archie had a cut on his back paw which I hadnt noticed. Thanks Sean. Took Archie to vet and all good. My friend left her rabbit with Sean for boarding. She said he was excellent too.
I'll recommend to everyone! Sean's knowledge, love for bunnies and care he provides is absolutely exceptional! My bunnies love staying with him, he provides everything they need, and both myself, and my bunnies know they are in safe hands.
Edit: if you look at Gabriela’s review you can see the rabbit has barely any hay and iceberg lettuce…. My gut was right! Got an extremely rude message from Sean all because I commented on the fb page asking to see the set ups. When I went to reply I was blocked. Unable to PM, unable to email - my only options are instagram (don’t have) or WhatsApp (didn’t want to do) and I got called unprofessional for this…. I’d like to remind Sean that he’s the “professional” and I would have been the client and commenting politely on a fb page is not exactly unreasonable when we’re talking about our pets here. I just wanted to know what the set up was. It’s inexcusable that bunny owners cannot see where their bunnies would stay before booking. My biggest question now is WHY so secretive Sean? All the pictures on your fb and not one of your set up has me extremely concerned. I shall keep using my pet sitter for my regular long haul overseas trips. Your loss.
We had our rabbit Guiness here for a week and must say that he was so happy and well looked after. This is such a homely place to leave our Guiness there and we were so relieved than all the other boarding places in the past. The place is clean and well maintained.
