It was a pleasure to have Shoshana sit for us and take care of our babies — and she was a trooper through one of the coldest weekends we’ve had in recent memory. Everyone was housebound, which meant a LOT of unspent puppy energy. Shoshana kept us in the loop with lots of updates and pictures, too.
Mark & Terri could not have done a better job caring for our pets and home. Everything was tidy and in it's place upon our return, and they even left us a batch of delicious tortilla soup so we didn't have cook after a long day on the road returning home. Mark texted pictures and updates so we were always in the loop. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When you meet them, you know instantly that these are people of quality who are highly conscientious. They ooze professionalism. The only down-side was that our dog walked right out the door with Mark and was ready to jump in his truck and leave. So we're working on that, trying to live up to Mark and Terry's example :)
Meredith was a great pet sitter. She kept us informed every day, took great pictures and videos of our pets, and left our home spotless and our pets happy and clearly well cared for. We’d definitely invite her back!
I had such a lovely time sitting for darling Sky in Holly's warm and inviting home. Sky was so friendly, cuddly and will let you know what she wants:) Every morning She would dash down the stairs ahead of me and wait for her morning strokes, play time and breakfast. She would stay out all day laying in the sun and pop in for her dinner at night. If I was lucky enough, she would lay on the couch beside me at night or sit on my lap. I still miss her. Holly was so kind to let me leave my two large suitcases at her home before I started cat/house sitting. Thankfully, after I arrived, I found a storage space five minutes up the street. Holly's property is beautiful; well maintained, clean, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bristol. The flat is a short bus ride out of the city centre, meaning I had the best of both worlds, easy access to the buzz and beauty of the city, with a quieter retreat back to the suburbs in the evening. Highly recommend a visit to Bristol to anyone considering it, and the opportunity to meet both Holly and Sky is one not to be missed as they are both delightful!
