We had the absolute best time looking after Hector. Tim's home is gorgeous, in a beautiful area. We really appreciated his detailed guide that he had printed for us when we arrived. Hector is the most loving and caring dog. We did not want to leave!!
Catherine was a kind and accommodating host and made sure we had everything we needed for our sit. She has such a beautiful and clean home that’s very nicely decorated and in a lovely part of London. There’s lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area, easy access to public transport, and we always felt incredibly safe walking home at night. Catherine had only just moved into the house so Chaya was still a bit unsure of her surroundings and was hiding under the bed for the first day, so we didn’t expect too much from her. We were so pleasantly surprised to see Chaya really come out of her shell, and by the second day she was already jumping on the bed with us and lying on my lap. She’s a very quiet, easy going cat who sleeps most of the day and only gets chatty around meal times (she’ll let you know if you’re late!). We both fell in love with her and are already missing her so much. We absolutely recommend housesitting for Catherine and Chaya, and would come back in a heartbeat! X
Everything was lovely. The pups were a delight and Jorge and Caesar welcomed me graciously into their home that is straight out of a magazine. Everything nearby was very convenient, the clubhouse and pool were awesome. It felt like I was in an Airbnb it was so lovely! Highly recommend for some r&r!
We adored looking after Muddy in the stunning Reforma area. She's the most adorable dog, and we cherished cuddling with her. Our interaction with Kylie was exceptional; meeting her in person was delightful, and she was incredibly kind and hospitable, giving us a tour of all the amenities. We appreciated the tranquility of the apartment despite being in the heart of the city. We already miss Muddy dearly and would be thrilled to care for her again. 🫶🏻💗
I had a lovely weekend near Eastbourne at Josh and Emily's place. The dachsund Freddie is quite a character and totally adorable as is the sweet and gentle Cleo. I was very comfortable, the house was immaculately clean and I felt very welcome there. There is a park just 5 minutes walk away which was perfect for walkies and playing with the ball. Freddie pulls on the lead quite strongly for a little lad but also understands the command "wait" which was helpful to get him to calm down a bit! And by the 2nd or 3rd walk they were listening a lot more and so it really wasn't a problem for me. I had a really fun weekend and took the bus down to the coast at Eastbourne which was about 20 minutes away too. Would certainly recommend and be happy to stay again.
