Fantastic sit! Sylvia was a great host and always available for questions. Her house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location. We fell in love with her dog, Dilly, who's a playful, goofy, cuddly girl. She absolutely loves to play in the pool and pick out her favorite toys for you to throw for her. She was great company and provided us a ton of laughs. We'd come back and watch Dilly again anytime.
If I could leave more than 5 thumbs up I would! Diana's home is beautiful,clean, comfortable and quiet. The guest room is cozy and the view of the hills....stunning! Maggie is the sweetest dog! She loves company, petting, head massages and is so darn cute jumping up and down for her apple slices!! She loves her walks and so will anyone that stays with her. She is so easy to care for. I highly recommend Diana and her home and pet. This area is close to so many things to see and do. All information is provided in the event you have any questions and easy to communicate with.
Teowa is one of the most genuine and generous people we have met - right from our first encounter via video call we felt a lot of similarities in our values and experiences. We really appreciate her commitment to open and honest communication and this foundation made our sit very satisfying and has allowed us to develop our friendship during and beyond the end of the sit. Charlie and Lola - the ninjas - are honestly some of the best behaved and sweetest doggies we’ve been lucky enough to meet. They are so affectionate and radiate a positivity that is so uplifting. As you’d expect they both have different personalities, Lola is slightly more assertive whilst Charlie follows the pack a bit more. Both are good as gold and it was very quick to build a trusting relationship with them around their routines. Teowas apartment is really well located and we felt very comfortable there. We especially like that she doesn’t have a TV and we discovered the genius of her halogen cooker! So easy! We know we will miss Charlie and Lola a lot but gladly will be back to look after them in the near future! Thanks TT!
I want to thank Pete and Jess for having such a comfortable, caring housesitting in Frankfurt! They were very friendly since our first conversation, explained everything well and were kind and helpful all the time. I was given good recommendations for places to visit in Frankfurt, different restaurants and cafés. Even though they have a small kid, they managed to stay in touch with me all the time during my housesitting, responding any questions. Actually, I had almost no questions, because Liquorice is a sweetheart, even though at first she looks very independent:) I had no problems dealing with her, she is a cutie and just need some time to adapt to someone new. It was my pleasure to spend some time in lovely Frankfurt, at Pete & Jess’s beautiful and cozy home, and I would definitely repeat this experience!?
Helen and the siblings kitties were great from beginning to end. Helen came to the train station to welcome me and she waited for me for us to have dinner together even though she had to get ready for her early flight the next day. The cats were so fluffy and sweet, they have a catio so they come and go as they please,but don't worry, you'll have plenty of opportunity to hang with them as in just a few minutes Róisín will adopt you and in a couple of days Rafferty will try and steal your heart from his sister. Get ready to have a cat close by if you work at the computer, but are there really better assistants than cats? Xd The house was so close to transports - train station and bus stop within less than 5 minutes walking - which made it super easy to go to Birmingham. Aldi and other supermarkets are super close and I can recommend going to the nearby CrossFit box, if you like sport, and I really liked a pub/bar that had great cocktails and music(Couch Stirchley). This was my first THS experience and it set the tone for my following ones. Thank you Helen for chosing me without any reviews at the time and for allowing me to take care of your babies :)
