Leah was a great communicator and took awesome care of our standard poodle and home. We returned from our trip late, and she was super cool about sticking around. Thanks, Leah!!
Had a lovely stay and and even better time looking after Loki and Tia, they’re both so sweet and easy to look after. Would recommend a pet sit for Jolaine and Steve to anyone.
If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with well-trained, easy animals, in a beautiful home, this is it. Absolutely loved being at Hale Aloha! Can’t wait to come back!
Bournemouth is a great town with lots to see. I recommend taking a day trip to Durdle Door. Dani and Gary were wonderful hosts. Communication was great & they even left me a nice dinner in the fridge for my first night. The house is in the middle of the city, right over a convenience shop, so it's super easy to stock up on anything you might need. Ziggy the bird was super fun and I enjoyed his singing. The tortoises were cool and super low maintenance. The dogs Daisy and Benji couldn't be more different, lol! Since Daisy is older, she's super relaxed, and easygoing. Benji, on the other hand, is still learning his manners. Since he's a recent rescue, Dani has been making great progress with him, but I would not recommend the sit for an inexperienced dog handler. He is definitely challenging on the leash and is aggressive towards other dogs. He makes up for it with his sweet demeanor! He's definitely a cuddler.
Sully was an absolute dream to look after. Such a loving boy who enjoys your company and loves his walks. He is also very happy going out to explore the Lakes in the car and the whole sit was absolutely brilliant. This was helped massively by the welcome of Eleanor into her family home which is set in the stunning Eden Valley countryside. Being able to help myself to fresh veg from the garden made the stay even more special. Thanks Eleanor and big hugs to Sully.
I had a great time, Elisabeth is so nice and welcoming All the 17 cats are beautiful and easy, it was very interesting to start to get to know them and understand a bit what each one is like and what they need.some of them were easier to get along with and getting closer, with the rest it took a bit of time to trust me which makes a lot of sense! But they are all amazing and just cute
