Alex and Rupert were wonderful hosts. We felt very welcome in their beautiful home and they even kindly left welcome goodies out for our arrival. Communications were great from the start. The animals are adorable; two lovely hens, the very affectionate kitten Toto whose purr sounds more like a tractor, Milo who loves to have company in the evenings and Smudge who looks like a grey Cheshire Cat. Sherston is an idyllic village with great amenities and the house has the most incredible views. We would very happily sit for Alex and Rupert again and would highly recommend sitting for them!
We had a great visit with Oscar and Ron. They are sweet boys who were so easy to care for. Louisa welcomed us and showed us the routine and communicated well throughout our stay. Her house is comfortable and had everything to make our stay easy. She gave good recommendations for places and things we needed. And her apartment complex has secure bike storage which is a huge plus. Oscar and Ron welcomed us right away and love to play. Oscar will let you brush him all day if you have the patience. They both will come up to you and put their paw on your hand to get some pets. And they love chilling out on the relaxing balcony. We had a fun time caring for Oscar and Ron. Thank you Louisa for letting us look after your boys.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting me with your adorable Kai. I had a wonderful time with him and enjoyed exploring the area together. He is such a sweet and well-behaved doggie, and I miss him a lot too. You have a lovely home and I appreciate your generosity and hospitality. You have been very responsive to my questions and my requests for help. I hope to see you all and Kai again soon. Travel again soon 😜
Thank you so much, Phyllis and Tim (and Boots and Brie) for the privilege of taking care of your home and kitty. You folks are so kind and caring, and an inspiration for doing good things for others. I appreciate the ability to communicate honestly and straight forwardly about your and your pet's needs and care of the property. Wishing you well on all your future travels and adventures, and the health and wellness of that darling cat, and lovely little girl.
I fell in love with Carl from the moment I met him, and was very sad to leave. He is extremly well behaved and the biggest cuddle buddy 💙 Leah was great to work with, very great at communicating and very generous with all she had! Would drop everything to go back and help in the future ♥️
Margaret was a joy to sit for! She is so kind and provided an overview of everything in advance of my stay. Her apartment is beautiful and very relaxing (I had some of the best sleep ever). You will feel like you are living in a postcard with beautiful skyline views of the city everywhere you turn. Last but not least, Olive was the best - she is sweet, funny, playful and SO well trained. She is a celebrity in the area because of her friendly nature. I would love to sit again for Margaret and Olive!
