We had the pleasure of sitting for two lovely Huskies, Blue and Shadow. Shadow truly lives up to his name, as he followed us everywhere, making us feel incredibly loved. The house was fantastic—spacious, well-equipped, and easy to maintain. Although the dogs shed quite a bit, their handy robo vacuum kept things under control. The dogs do have issues with other dogs, but we managed well by walking them separately. They are quite strong, and it’s good to know in advance that a strong person is needed to handle them when other dogs are around. However, they are very calm and sleep a lot, holding it in all night and not barking at all. The beds were comfortable, and the house's location near the beach and museums added to our wonderful experience. Hannah thoughtfully provided a list of restaurants and excursions, which was very helpful. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this sit to anyone looking to care for two well-behaved dogs in Pensacola.
This is a most beautiful and comfortable house in a stunning location, so a very special place to stay. Janie and Julian are very warm and welcoming and easy to get on with. Raffa, despite his age, still enjoys walks at his own pace - he is extremely well behaved and sweet natured and adored by the lovely Cato. I really enjoyed my week here and would highly recommend it - most definitely a five star house sit.
I loved this sit! The house was gorgeous as were the views! Opie and Freddie were adorable, and I even got morning lovins from Opie! Both boys loved their mealtime, treats, and I even got them to play a little bit with their favorite toy. It was nice to watch Freddie watch the birds, I feel like we connected that way because I too enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder. It was magical to enjoy the sunrise every morning from bed and gaze at the stars at night. Santa Fe is lovely and there are SO many awesome little spots to check out, I will definitely have to come back sometime and probably still won't have enough time to see it all. The house was only a few minutes from all the action, yet secluded, quiet and peaceful. Everything is situated perfectly inside. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, as there is just something about the mountain air, especially when the sun is shining! Jodi was awesome and kept in contact well. I highly recommend this sit if given the opportunity!
What a delightful housesit! Milo is an adorable sweet kitty who enjoys playing and is easy-going. You'll get lots of snuggles and love from this little guy! (And as a bonus, he is groomed so doesn't shed.) This is a 55+ community with all the amenities you could possibly imagine - pools, pickle ball, bowling, cardio/weights, golf, classes and more! It was fun exploring the area and Marty was so generous, leaving me her car so I could do so. Her place is cozy and tidy, plus close to shops and restaurants. Her communication was great and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her and taking care of Milo. Thank you Marty!
It was such a pleasure to meet and stay with Glynis, Louise, Sophie and Sally. A short but sweet trip, I felt so welcomed and really at ease with them all. Thank you for such a yummy meal and all the home comforts! Thanks Louise for the walkies and showing me around the area. The doggies were a delight to look after and both have such sweet natures. Would recommend to anyone - the area and house beautiful. Can’t wait to see you all again in the future!
Ido is a friendly and reliable host. Communication was clear and quick and Ido always responded to my questions. Unfortunately, I haven't met Ido in person yet. Since Ido often has to leave Berlin at very short notice for work, you shouldn't expect a highly polished apartment. The apartment is furnished as you can see in the photos, but it is not always so tidy. The bed is comfortable, the internet is fast and reliable, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is in the trendy district Neukölln. So I didn't even use the kitchen because there are so many different restaurants, bakeries, and other shops here. Fleame the cat is a character cat. He knows what he wants, has his set routines and I'm deeply in love with the old man. We spent hours in bed together and he snuggled up to me while I worked on the laptop. Fleame took his medication without any problems. And if you would like a little more support locally, there is a very nice neighbor in the house next door who can also bring Fleame back.
