Jen was here for 4 weeks. She went above and beyond, handled a major irrigation leak and helped in the repair. I came home to many outside projects done. Pool, "she shed" clean and organized - such a great surprise. Not to mention happy dogs and chickens. Happy to have her sit anytime. Safe, fun travels Jen.
Laura came across the country to sit for us. She arrived a day early and from the moment my pets met her our Lokie was smitten. We have one shy cat Luna and she was out and about on the first night. Laura kept us updated and shared her Adventures as well. We do live in a small hideaway of a town so seeing that she was able to enjoy herself was nice. We returned to a clean home, laundry done also, and very content pets. Lokie was sad for a few days as he missed his friend. We would recommend Laura as a sitter to anyone and would have her back again. 5 plus stars. ⭐
Betty White and the bunnies were a joy to spend time with! Betty is energetic and spunky and will want to be by your side the entire time you're there. And she loves food :). The bunny habitat is impressive, and the bunnies have a cute dynamic that is fun to watch. The house is comfortable and in a nice neighborhood with local conveniences (and trails!) nearby. Lana was communicative and kind. I'd love to sit for her again.
Thanda was such a wonderful dog to take care of. He is a little stubborn when walking but Robin had told me he could be that way so was expected. Thanda didn’t like the noises of all the construction in the neighborhood. Robin told me it was okay to let Thanda in the bed so the first night we shared the bed. The second night Thanda slept in the middle and I shared with him lol. He would sit next to me when I was watching TV or reading. Thanda loves to lay on the porch or in the backyard in the direction of the sun. Robin was a great host. She leftspace for my things in the refrigerator and bedroom.
Birtley is the most delightful dog, easy going, friendly, good natured and has very good recall particularly when treats are involved.🙂 He is a very sociable dog and enjoyed going out with us and was happy meeting a variety of people in different places. Caroline and Bill are very hospitable, generous and friendly. They kept in contact with us and were quick to answer any queries. Their home is lovely and spacious but feels homely. There are great walks straight from the house but they are also close to the town with easy access to local shops. We would say this is the perfect sit and would happily sit again.
It was such a wonderful experience to look after Joan’s house and darling cat Puss. She lives in a stunning country house with a beautiful garden and lots of space for reflection. She went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable and picked me up from the bus station on my arrival and departure. She also cooked a delicious casserole for me to keep me warm and fed. Apart from caring for affectionate Puss, I fed the birds and have Puss’s leftover food to a fox. It was magical being surrounded by all these animals. I would definitely sit for Joan again.
Such a beautiful house in a quiet part of Suffolk with lovely local walks to enjoy with the lively Pebble - it was a joy to look after her, Mole and Sparkle! Would definitely go back if we can - thank you!!
