As a new Boise resident, Downtown Hound has been lovely. It is so close to our house and really helps when I have busy school days where I can't be home much. The prices are also very fair, especially considering the multiple dog discount. I cannot speak to the boarding services as we have not had to use them yet, but so far, I will feel safe leaving my dogs with them. My ONLY complaint thus far is that no collars are removed. This is a large safety concern.

My dog loves to come to play at Downtown Hound. Their handlers are fantastic. The facility is indoor and outdoor, so the dogs get fresh air, can potty outside, and have room to play. I like that they don't have too many dogs where it's chaos, but enough to play with. They show attention to all the dogs that come here. It's pretty fantastic to see how excited my dog gets when we show up. 100% recommend.

Our dog Henley loves going to Downtown Hound. He gets so excited when we get close to the facility and can't wait to get in the door. Great place and never any issues.

Our puppies love coming here for daycare play and have even stayed overnight, they got to stay together which was important, and were well taken care of always 😊 The facility is clean and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Downtown Hound is the best doggy daycare facility around! I like that they knew my dog by her name and she always left with a smile. I imagine their boarding is also fantastic.

We love Downtown Hound!! I would give it ten stars if I could. I have been taking my dogs there for daycare and overnight stays for the last six years. My yellow lab loves it there. He is so happy when he arrives. When I pick him up he is so exhausted from his fun day of play and great care. Please take time to read Mandie’s Inspirations in the website. It says it all about her professional, safe and loving approach to her dogs, staff and clients. I really appreciate that she keeps to a safe ratio of dogs everyday. We love Downtown Hound! Our husky mix has lots of fun during his doggy daycare and always comes home happy and tired. It's been great to provide him more socialization, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I am a nervous dog owner when it comes to boarding. My (very) old dog can be a bit of a handful and I worry about exertion, whereas my puppy is a rowdy little tank. Downtown Hound has been great for each of them and treated them with affection and care. I will never love boarding my dogs but Mandi and her team have earned my trust and appreciation. I definitely recommend Downtown Hound for your precious little partner.

My experiences with Downtown Hound have been overwhelmingly positive. I started utilizing their services frequently while living in an apartment since I didn't have the opportunity to crate train my pup, and I didn't want to upset my neighbors by leaving behind a howling dog while I was at work. I have since moved into a house (so crate training is no longer an issue), but I still like to bring my pup to Downtown Hound for an occasional play date, comb out, bath, or nail trim. My pup absolutely loved spending time at Downtown Hound. He was super excited to get out of the car this morning and go play with his new friends. I was also super happy that I was able to check on him with the live cams. He was absolutely exhausted when he got home. Great staff and overall, a great place. Boise Kennels has been Behr’s home away from home for many many years. When I need to travel, I know he’s in excellent hands there . The staff really cares about Behr. They communicate well if he has an issue which gives me peace of mind. Recently Behr shredded his dog bed and instead of letting him sleep on the ground (which is challenging for him and his aging joints), they let him use a dog bed that they had on hand. I was so relieved and Behr came home with a spring in his step, no worse for wear since he didn’t have to sleep on the ground. I really can’t say enough great things about Boise Kennels…they’ve awesome.

The folks at Boise kennels do a great service to our community. Where else would I go when our dog Wally needed reassurance and care during his stay at Boise kennels over the July 4 holiday? Fireworks are scary for him, but he made it through, and didn’t hold a grudge when we were reunited. I think maybe he had more fun than we did on our short trip away! Thanks, Boise Kennels Team!! My dog Rosie can sometimes have a hard time being away from me when I travel. Boise Kennels is a great place for her because she gets the love and attention she needs. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is amazing! Such an amazing place to take your pet!

Update to my previous review! Even happier with Boise Kennels after boarding Bodhi for a few days! Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff is exceptional. They were friendly and informative which helps when trusting a new facility. Love the extras that can be added each day—snuffle mat, extra playtime and even a bath. The app and photos are fabulous! I will definitely return anytime I am in Boise.

Boise Kennels is very personable and takes very good care of my dog. I never worry that she won't be taken care of in a meaningful way, the staff is caring and always excited to see my baby Quin!

Our pup loves coming here for her vacation. She gets lots of attention in the yard and we get daily pics, which we love because we can read the expression on her face to know how she’s feeling. I also like that they don’t have a huge staff turnover and they know our pups by name. I can’t say enough good things about Boise Kennels.

I've used Boise Kennels for several years, and have had fantastic experiences with them watching my 2 dogs. I would definitely recommend them.

Our dogs Mako a King Corso mix is a large vocal dog. The staff was wonderful with him. Other kennels denied him because he’s vocal but Boise Kennels took great care of him and new exactly who to handle him and our Wirehaired Pointing Griffon (Lucy). They sent photos and updates while we were gone which really helped our peace of mind. Great place!!!

They took good care of our babies. They sent pictures to update us and allowed us to visit while they were boarded. We would use them again should we require boarding services in Boise again.

We’ve boarded our dogs here three times while vacationing over the last few years and they have always treated them well. They offer quite a few options for care and upon picking them up, our dogs have always been well taken care of.

Richard has been pet sitting for our cat over the last several years. He’s absolutely dependable, competent , honest, and caring. The whole family loves Richard. He is a sole proprietor, so no need to worry about random employees coming into your house. When we come home from vacation our cat is happy and adjusted, and the house is tidy clean. You will not find a better pet sitter than Richard!

Our kitty is very social and doesn’t do well if she is left alone more than a few days. We had to go out of town and came across Richard. He very obviously adores cats and he took excellent care of our sweet girl. He sent us pictures every day we were gone. We’ll definitely use him again in the future!

I just moved to Boise and as my husband and I were planning a trip, needed to locate some excellent kitty care. Life smiled on us when Richard responded to my request for additional information. He came by twice before our trip for a good hour each time so he could understand what our two cats needed. One is 15 and takes medicine twice a day. He wanted to ensure he knew the requirements. Our trip went great with no worries. Richard let us know every other day, at our request, how everything was; he sent pictures. He made friends with our pets. I highly recommend Richard for his caring personality, responsible service provision, and his follow up after we returned. His fees are very reasonable. We will definitely ask him again! Without reservations I give him an A+!

Richard was fantastic. We were out of town for over a month and he took great care of our two cats. Every time he visited he would send pics with little narratives. His prices were reasonable, and he is very personable. We'll definitely hire him again.

Richard was excellent, and our cats were treated very well. My girlfriend and I left town for about a week, but our trip started off horribly. We got stuck at the airport for 10 hrs and our flight ultimately got canceled. We ended up scrambling and finding another flight the next day. During the whole process, Richard was flexible and very easy to work with. With the stress of dealing with canceled flights and changed plans, it was very nice to know that no matter what our cats would be I'm good hands. Richard is a great guy, he loves being around cats, and he will treat your cat(s) like royalty. I would certainly recommend Richard to anyone I know, and we will be calling him the next time we go out of town.

Richard has been taking care of my cat for a few trips now. I have been impressed with him from the start. He responded to my initial call in a timely manner, conducted a thorough interview at my apartment and of course took excellent care of my cat. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about companions dog resort, Connie and the entire staff!! We have been boarding our dog here while traveling for the past year and there is nothing like knowing your furry family member is in the best care and HAPPY! Our dog leaps out of the car when we pull in and loves every staff member. We have had a busy couple months with some home damage, pregnancy, and being in a different state and Connie has been extraordinary in making us boarding our puppy feel easy and safe. We know he is in the best care and I just don’t think there is anything more you can ask for when boarding your dog. I highly recommend companions!! We love them!!

Companions has been a safe and happy place for our dogs for the past 15 years. During this time, Connie and her staff have exceeded our expectations caring for our young and senior dogs. Two things stay consistent: the dogs are excited when we turn into the Companions driveway and happy and tired when they’re picked up.

We have boarded both our senior dogs here for over 3 years. I am so impressed with the cleanliness, the outdoor play areas never have any dirty ‘potty’ areas. The reception area is spotless and smells good. Not like a disinfectant odor, just good and clean. Our dogs are happy to go off to their kennels. And the staff!! Every staff member I’ve met seems genuinely happy to be there. They help you get your dogs to the car if needed. Without being asked! This kennel is run to the highest standards. The owner is a blessing. I was a vet tech for over 18 years, and I’ve seen places I’d never leave any creature at. I have complete confidence in Companions Pet Resort.

October absolutely loves Companions! Not only has the amazing staff have helped him open up and become more comfortable in social environments, but they also have been so communicative to me and how October has been doing! I can tell just from the dropping off and picking up interactions that they genuinely care about my dog, along with every other dog! Connie and her staff are amazing! I promise you will not find a more friendly or attentive staff to watch over your beloved furry family member than the employees at Companions Dog Resort. When I drop off our pup, she runs to the staff as if they are her best friend. Peace of mind is all we have when we drop off our girl. Our dog Rocky has visited Companions for 12 years. He is 13,5 now. This is fabulous place to drop off your pet. Connie and the team (the staff are awesome!!!) do an amazing job at care and shelter. Frankly, we have had trepidation as he aged and remain confident when we drop him off that the team gives him the love we would share ourselves, and the care he deserves. We love taking our dog Sadie to Companions! She is a high energy Brittany pup and she always comes home happy and tired! The only thing I wish they offered was some sort of photo or video updates for while your dog is in their care. We would 100% recommend companions to anyone looking for daycare or boarding.

My cocker spaniels have been going to Companions Dog Resort since last November. They are excited to go & so calm when I pick them up. They have stayed mostly as boarders but we have done some drop-in daycare. Connie & her staff are so helpful & are just amazingly interactive with the dogs in their charge. I know my pups are in great hands!

The staff at Companions are always friendly and kind. We have gone to Companions for boarding and day care and our aussiedoodle is always happy to go and play. The facilities are clean and well kept. Special shout out to Devry who provides grooming through Companions. She is very talented and our doggie always get the best haircuts. I highly recommend this place for your pup!

The staff is fantastic! Nico loves his girls there. He is a noisy husky whose happy voice sounds very grumpy and they know that. He yells at them to tell them how much fun he had. He is excited to go. As soon as we get there he leaves me which is bittersweet but it's what you want. I love the cameras. He and I love the staff and how nice they are:)

This place has been SO wonderful for our pup Rudy. He’s a shy dog towards people at first but the staff is so welcoming he now walks in ready to play when he goes to camp! We recently boarded him for a 5 day duration and they were amazing at communicating with me about Rudy’s stay. The check out cards at the end of his stay are so detailed and make me comfortable knowing he’s so well taken care of when we are out of town. Thanks Camp Bow Wow Team - we will see you soon!

We love Camp Bow Wow! Our dog, Cowboy, is always so excited to get to camp and immediately runs to the back to play with his friends! We also love how friendly the staff is and the fact that everyone knows him by name when we drop him off. Another of our favorite parts of Camp Bow Wow is the report cards (we refer to it as Cowboy’s “fan mail”) - it’s always so great to hear from staff about his new friends!

My lab loves camp bow wow and all the staff! He can't wait to get through the doors when we show up. Lots of activities while he's there so he takes a big nap when he gets home (he's 2 so that takes some effort). Staff are friendly and answer all questions. Would recommend camp bow wow to anyone looking to board their dog in the Boise area.

I personally wouldn't take my dog here, I've heard messed up things from previous workers and the things I've heard just don't sit right, why not let the dogs have blankets when you have them available? And brown sludge on the ground is disgusting, poop water with pee and drool is gross plus the dogs are not treated properly, an ex worker told me they saw a person throw a dog into a kennel by it's scruff which just isn't right, all they wantt is your money, NOT to take care of your dog.

The staff is amazing. I always feel so comfortable leaving my puppy in their care. He goes to daycare 2x a week and stays overnight when we go out of town. He absolutely loves it there. Thank you Camp Bow Wow staff!

Meiko loves to go to school! (Camp Bow Wow) the enrichment are super fun to bring home and share with family. Most important I know she's well taken care of. Love it so much we are bringing another one soon. Having a Vet once a month on site plus the other services they offer is a huge benefit. The staff are amazing- couldn't be happier!

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow! We recently purchased an English Mastiff puppy (named Sherman). Because his dad weighs 220 lbs, we knew socialization was going to be important. Mastiff's aren't aggressive dogs, but they can get separation anxiety from their family and develop behavioral issues if they aren't socialized. We started taking Sherman here as soon as he received his last set of vaccinations. He wasn't sure about being dropped off at first and showed some signs of separation anxiety on the first day. The staff spent a lot of time making him feel comfortable and pairing him with other puppies that he would like to play with. Now he loves it here and hardly looks back when we drop him off. He loves playing with other dogs and we attribute a lot of this to the incredible staff who really get to know each dog and take the time to tell you who your dog played with during the day. Now when he comes home, he just wants to sleep because of how much time he has spent playing at camp (see photos below)! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great day care or boarding option in Treasure Valley - Camp Bow Wow would be difficult to top!

I hadn't used Camp Bow Wows services for awhile due to the pandemic. My re-entry was flawless due to the exceptional staff! They all made sure that my dog Lucie was safe, comfortable and secure. I was very impressed with the entire process. Lucie will definitely be back for daycare!

All three of my dogs truly do have the best day ever at Dogtopia. They are all so much more sociable since they started daycare. I love the wellness plans they have available. It helps me keep my pups happiness top of mind every week! And I always feel good taking them to Dogtopia when I need to board them overnight. The trainers and staff here are top notch and it’s been fun getting to know them!

Our dog Jack LOVES going to daycare everyday. Every person on staff is SO friendly and loves on our dog so well. It’s especially nice when we have to go out of town that we know he’s staying at a place that he loves and feels comfortable at. We would highly recommend to everyone!!

Highly recommend this location for doggy daycare! Stella loves the staff (she always has to give them some love when we drop off) and is ALWAYS having so much fun when we view the cameras! We’ve tried other daycares in the valley and nothing came close to comparing to Dogtopia. Love that they will give your dog lunch/meds/etc. and nap time. Extremely clean as well! 10/10!

Sundance “Sunny” loves his once weekly visits to Dogtopia. He comes home thoroughly exhausted. The staff always give us a report on how his day went. Everyone is so friendly! We picked him up the other day and they had printed pictures of him and a new furry friend he met that day. So cute!

My dog is terrified to go here. She acts like she is going to the Vet. Came home with a wound on her ear one day and smelling like urine another. It was so bad I had to bathe her once she got home. On one occasion when we came to pick her up the staff could not find her. Eventually she was found cowering in her kennel. Not sure what is going on here but it does not seem good.

I had a voucher for one free day of daycare, they had us do a 15-30 minute meet and greet to make sure my dog was okay with being around the others, then they did one trial day to make sure he was okay staying there for a few hours and then we had our real day. I would love to bring him back in the future but I cannot afford their plans nor can I pay by the day. Unfortunately I am on disability so I can’t even afford $20 a month so paying by the week is out of the question.

We recently moved to Boise and have been looking for a new daycare for our dog. Dogtopia has knowledgeable and friendly staff along with a clean, safe temperature controlled environment. He had a blast on his first day!

I'm so glad I found Dogtopia! I'd been looking for a daycare for my 5 month old lab puppy. After some hit & miss, I got a flyer from the pet store and set up a meet & greet. Our names were on the "welcome" board when we came in. The interview was thorough and then they took me on a tour while he met some of the other dogs. The facility is really nice, clean, and well staffed. He's now attended a few times and just loves it. This afternoon, he tried to go back in instead of coming home with me, LOL. I feel good knowing I have a safe place for my guy to get some exercise and socialization while I get stuff done.

The employees are great and you can really tell that they love dogs. My dog gets very excited every time we come there. They also have well priced grooming and boarding. The only downside is that there isn't an outdoor space and sometimes my dog smells when I pick her up, but they will wipe them down and have spray for dogs.

Incredible Staff, great accommodations, and great facility! My min dachshund has been a Velcro dog at times, so we thought we would try daycare to get her more socialized with other dogs and she acclimated quickly. I believe a large part of this is because of how caring and patient the staff are for the dogs that walk through their door! She is more social with the other dogs when she's there, and she's getting better at home too :) They also have events going on all the time which makes it fun for the dogs and makes me feel better when I drop my dog off!

While visiting Boise, we were able to get our 8 month old puppy in for daycare at the last minute. All Paws was very accommodating and our pup seemed to have had a great time and was pooped when we picked her up. We had a great day exploring the city and rest assured she was in good hands. I have been taking my dog to All Paws since 2022 I believe and he loves it. Your dog must be spayed/neutered and up to records on all needed Vaccines. The meet/great process can take a week or two to get schedule but outside of that this place is PURFECT! My dog Jett loves this place and it is great for him to socialize since he is an only dog. The staff and the owners really make this place feel family owned and I love it. We live near the location so it makes it very convenient for us. Drop off and pick up is seamless and I always have a tired pup when he comes home. Prices can vary depending on size of dog but it is very affordable and the staff is very understanding as well to when you need to make payments. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Life long customers here for sure!

Love taking Ella to All Paws! She’s getting better and better at socializing when we take we out, better at kennel training, and better at sleeping through the night because All Paws plays with our pup until she’s exhausted! We start puppy classes soon, and I’m so excited to train our dog more. I recently lost my boy Kiba. He loved going to Stayner's. He was so excited when we came near he'd pull on the leash and try to open the door. He'd immediately run to the door that lead to the play area. They had a nickname for him; "silver fox". They were very professional and friendly and treated Kiba very well. Highly recommend.

Our 4 legged babies seemed to enjoy their stay from pictures we saw they were having fun playing and relaxing. The staff are all animal lovers and our babies came home healthy and happy!

We had to move to assisted living. Our Vet suggested that we take our Sophie to daycare so she could get her exercise. Sophie loves this place. She comes to me in the morning and whines until I load her in the car and take her to All Paws. Sophie has come a long way since she has been going there. Rachael has done a super job with her. If Sophie has any faults it's that she loves people too much.

I can't say enough about this place and especially Sandra; she is the dog whisperer! She trained our puppy and you can tell she loves her job and the pets she works with. Its amazing how much my puppy learned in a matter of only two weeks. My little Chaco loves her like his second Mom.

My Dog absolutely loves it ! She is so excited to get out of the car when we arrive! The staff is very caring and personable towards the dogs!

I have 2 very large dogs as one is an 88 lb Golden Doodle and the other is English Mastiff/St Bernard mix who is already 140 lbs at 18 months old. While not every kennel service will take these guys, All Paws didn't bat an eye! Took mastiff in for a 4 hour test before having her stay for a week long visit just to check her tolerance. My puppy did so well and was incredibly received! After the week visit they were throughly exhausted from playing but they were not desperate for my attention because they had been receiving a constant loving and care! This place is the only place we board our pups, whether 1 quick Halloween night to keep them safe or for a 1 week long vacation. The prices are great but the care is even better!

The staff at All Paws are fantastic and clearly take great care of all the animals. Our dog always comes out smiling and tired from all the play time. Great spot for overnight boarding or doggy day care. So happy to have found a good, reliable safe spot for our 4 legged family member when we are traveling and can't take him with us!! 👍

Our 11 mo. Old Siberian Husky needed to learn to be around other dogs and people. Plus just taking her for a walk, wasn't giving her enough exercise. The staff is awesome, they love their job and it shows. Plus they have a app, so you can watch your dog.

Escape the crate was a great find for me. I needed several nights of boarding for my two small dogs and Escape the Crate was accommodating and professional in helping me arrange it over the phone. I was especially impressed that I was offered a tour of the facilities when I arrived. I’ve boarded dogs in various places for 25 years and that was first time any facility wanted to show me where my dogs would be spending their time. I felt confident leaving them there and they were happy and calm when I picked them up. I didn’t get to watch them on the group daycare camera because I was remote camping (no signal), but I love that Escape had it available. Highly recommend.

My 2 German shepherds love going to Escape to see their dog and human buddies. Logan is going daily since he was a puppy for now almost 5 years, Koda almost 2 years.

We’ve been to several doggy daycare facilities over the years with our dogs but Escape the Crate really stands out. Haley and Jesse have been wonderful- answering questions and helping ensure that our energetic rescue beagle is able to play, socialize and run out her puppy energy in a clean and safe environment. Lulu now has regular playtime with other similarly energetic dogs and is confident and better socialized. And when I have an extra busy day and can’t devote as much time to her play and exercise, I know we can visit Escape the Crate where she’ll have much more fun than waiting for my meeting to end. And lastly, I love that they’re easy to schedule and have cameras so I can watch her antics during the day. Thank you to our friends at Escape the Crate!

We’ve been coming here for years and it has always been a great experience. My dog is very high anxiety but everyone at Escape the Crate has done a great job of helping build out her confidence.

We love this place for our baby Gunner. He is happy when we drop him off and gets to play with his friends! The staff is amazing and Truly dog lovers and Hailey the office manager is so professional, organized and our sweet boy just loves her!

Highly recommend! I've been taking my GSP, Buddy, to Escape Canine Retreat & Spa for 6 months now and he LOVES it! Not only do they continuously interact with the dogs but they also train them during their stay. I can actually focus while I'm at work knowing he's having fun, getting exercise, socializing, and being trained throughout the day! They also provide online web cameras incase you'd like to check in on all the fun they're having.

Great place to bring your pet. Prices justified because you get amazing service, your pet is kept safe, your pet will have fun, and the place is kept clean. The staff takes special care making sure to prevent fights before they get anywhere close to happening by stopping bad behavior. They do not allow dogs who are not neutered so that helps prevent problems. The cameras a great for seeing how your dog is doing, although the Elisa location may need to get some more cameras or adjust the ones they currently have. Overall, I highly recommend this place for boarding and for daycare.

I was on the verge of a panic attack even THINKING about leaving my Bowie. I searched kennels and sitters and finally decided home was the better option. I reached out to The Pet Sitter of Boise about a month prior to my vacation was contacted right away by Shannon. When I was finally able to touch base with her she was sweet and made me feel comfortable right away with setting up our Meet & Greet. I then spoke with Julie regarding an official date to meet Mary, Bowie's sitter. Mary is amazing! She stopped by about a week before my trip out of town and was able to meet and spend a little time with Bow. I'm sure she could tell my nerves were shot just being so worried about leaving him home alone. From the moment I flew out of town (even before her first visit), Mary was in contact and emailed to let me know she couldn't wait to visit with Bowie. Every single day I was gone, I received a nice message about how he was doing, what their visit was like, and a TON of photos of him being lovey and playing with Mary. I was able to relax on my trip and stop worrying about my boy in a way I never would have had I not chosen The Pet Sitter of Boise. My boy was in excellent hands which was fully understood by his demeanor when I arrived home. He wasn't even upset with me. We just jumped right back into our normal routine. Absolutely love the Pet Sitter of Boise! They are very responsive and reliable, scheduling visits quickly and always showing up and spending a good amount of time with my pets. If you schedule 30 minutes, they are there the whole time so I know my cats have gotten good love and attention and playtime. They send lots of photos and detailed summaries of the visits. We absolutely love Leslie - the cats adore her and wait at the door for her at her regular visit time even after we are home! Also appreciate that they always have a backup if our regular sitter is unavailable, we’ve had a great experience with everyone and highly recommend. Thanks for being a great help to us and enabling us to travel with great care for our fur-kids!!

I don’t think I could trust anyone more with my pets than Julie and her team. The Pet Sitter of Boise has been my go to since 2015. When I first called on them, I had an aging cat that needed extra attention and medication administered. They did a phenomenal job with his special needs. Once our return home was delayed several days and we had no phone service, The Pet Sitter made sure our pets were taken care of and they were in touch with our emergency contact when they couldn’t reach us. I love their app and regular updates with pictures of my pets having a great time. The Pet sitter has been there to help take care of our dog and cats like their own. These are pet people. I love having peace of mind knowing my pets are well taken care of while I am away.

Pet Sitter of Boise faithfully took care of my dog for me for a number of years. It was great to have my dog at home during our trips where the pet sitters came in to take him on his walks in the morning and evening. They did a great job; I had total peace of mind!

Last year I had knee surgery and needed to find a way to tucker out my 1 year old energetic pup while I was in recovery. We were thinking about doing doggy day care, but the environment was stressful for him so he didn't play much and didn't get very much energy out. Chris & his services were amazingly helpful. Booking online through the website was super convenient and easy. After the initial consultation we had Chris take Mo out 4 or 5 times for hikes in the foothills. He came to the house to pick him up, sent GPS trail data so we can see where they went, sent photos, and dropped off a very tired and happy pup. Thanks Chris for being a part of my recovery team, your work was very helpful.

We've only been using Zen for about a month, but the services have been outstanding. Our dog fell in love with Chris immediately. When he arrives for her walks, she forgets who we are and races to be with him. And the photo updates are very reassuring. So glad we found Zen.

We simply cannot say enough positive things about our now 6+ years of working with Chris @ Zen. Chris is extremely friendly, professional and above all truly demonstrates love, care and appreciation for our dog. We enjoy the outing/route summaries he sends including pictures on their many walks. If you are like us, you hate being away from your pets for even a day. Our anxiety over leaving our three kitties is lessened by our wonderful cat sitter, Elisha Mead. She has been taking care of our cats for more than three years. We always have her visit twice a day as she gives them lots of love and plenty of playtime. She regularly sends updates on how they are doing along with photos. She gives us great peace of mind. Do yourself and your loves a favor and request Elisha Mead when you are in need of someone to watch your pets.

Absolutely the best dog walking outfit/family ever. They love dogs and walking. My dogs are pooped and happy after hikes with Chris and Sabrena. Best in Boise. Totally trusty them and their expertise. Bonus pics and updates after each visit. Highly recommend them. So do Tato and Bean.

I highly recommend Happy Paws Pet Care. Elisha has cared for my two cats several times in the past year as I have had to do some traveling. My cats are elderly and require medication. Elisha is excellent with them. She leaves my house better than she finds it. She keeps me informed daily and sends pictures of my fur babies. She is a pleasure to work with.

For most of us our pets are family, and leaving your pet in the right hands has always been stressful to say the least. I went away to visit family for almost a week and had to leave my Luna at home and hire a sitter. I had a visit with the owners first and instantly knew my cat was in the right hands. They really do care for other pets as if their own. I came back to a happy kitty!

We recently went on a trip to California for a little over a week and we’re so grateful for the overnight pet care that Chris and Sebrena provided. Not only were they both super friendly and welcoming when we first met, but also they went above and beyond in taking care of our elderly cat, who needs a small pill every morning and night. Each day we were away, we also got an emailed status update with pictures and an overview of the night that let us know how our furbaby was doing. In each message, they let us know our cat was being played with, fed, cuddled, and taking her pills, even despite her occasional fussiness. What made their service even more reassuring was that Chris and Sebrena were available by text message if we needed them or if they needed us. In so many ways, Chris and Seberena took care of our cat like really good close friends would. The service was more than reasonable and affordable for the amount of time we were away, and they were helpful in figuring out options that worked best for us and our cat. We couldn’t be more happy with how wonderful they were from the first interaction to the last time they saw our cat before we got home! I highly recommend Happy Paws for your furbabies and your peace of mind. Chris and Sebrena are wonderful folks who take pet care seriously and are absolutely amazing at what they do.

Absolutely the most caring people at Happy Paws Pet Care! Sebrena and Kristin have developed a close relationship with my dog over the last few years, and I trust them with her for anything. I’ve used them for walking services in the past, and they are so good at meeting any needs for the pets, and are accommodating for any special requests or care. My dog had a reactive phase as she was going through her teenage phase, and they took it well in stride with positive reinforcement. They were able to maintain training methods I started with her, which was so helpful in getting through that phase. You get an added bonus of beautiful photo updates since Sebrena is a talented photographer as well! Overall best pet care I know of in the area.

I am so happy with Happy Paws Pet Care!! They walk my 2 beagle babies 2-3x a week & my girls absolutely LOVE their walks & occasional hikes with Sabrena!! The staff is very professional & very flexible; whenever I text them at the last minute asking if they can do a walk they always manage to make it work. It took a while to find them but I am so happy that I won't have to look for a dog walker ever again!!
