Cat Sitters in Bolsover

Max was my saviour when I had a late cancellation and he stepped in at the last minute to housesit for me for 2 months. And what a godsend he was! He looked after my dogs with love and care and dealt with every problem that came his way with intelligence and self reliance. But even better, he took on any tasks he thought needed doing ....cleaning my terrace tiles (it's a big terrace!) building new garden steps, varnishing my front door and doing any repairs he could. What an absolute star. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring considerate housesitter. Please come back!

Alyse and Jordan have stayed at our house twice now, which demonstrates what a great job they did! They communicated well, kept the house very tidy and, most importantly, took great care of our cat. I highly recommend them.

Georgina was lovely and I believe she took good care of Cloud, she sent few updates of him and it all seems going well. The organisation was ok, after she cancelled the first meet up she kindly offered to come over the flat to pick up the keys and I guess that was also fine. Not much communications on her side but I understand she was busy working and I was enjoying a holiday, no news is good news! I gave a low score because only when she left the flat she mention a problem with the toilet flush (could have been sorted earlier), but when I got home I found a big amount of cat food left on the plate and the lights left on. Maybe she left in a rush but when I messaged privately I got no answer so, here it is.

Jack and Amy were super sitters and looked after the pets really well - Lola seemed a very happy girl on our return. They left the house clean and tidy and kindly stripped the bed too! They were very responsive in the lead up to their arrival with various messages we exchanged regarding the sit & timings. I would have no hesitation in asking them to our home again -thank you .

Evelyn and her family sat for us for a week. Evelyn sent wonderful pictures of Jessica, who looked like she was having a great time. Jessica was very happy when we got back from our break, thank you Evelyn for taking care of our fury friend, and thank you Matilda for keeping her company.

Naraya stayed for five weeks while I was away. From our first meeting online I recognised she would be a great fit for my home and cat, Oak. All pre-stay communications went smoothly and when Naraya arrived I felt instantly assured that her stay would work well. Naraya is a genuine soul who clearly cares deeply about the animal friends she cares for and the home she is taking care of. She kept me updated about home and Oak and it was wonderful to feel so assured he was in good hands. Clearly they bonded very soon after Naraya's arrival and it was great to see photos periodically of a very happy and relaxed cat! The stay went pretty smoothly and Naraya would always be in contact if she needed to check anything with me. I arrived home to a clean and tidy home and evidently well-cared for and happy cat! Would heartily recommend Naraya for any housesits.

Loren and Lewis looked after Lucy for nearly 3 weeks. They came in a few hours early before I left so that Lucy could get used to them and went on her regular walk with me as well to know the route we use. We received updates as requested and the cutest photo on Christmas Day. Lucy seemed very happy when we returned and even went to sleep with them the last night, despite us being in the house. The house was exceptionally tidy when we arrived as well. They also checked with us if we needed anything for the house as we arrived very late in the evening.

Warrick and Karen were great house and pet sitters, they cared for Poppy as though she was their own, spent time with her and left the house immaculate afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend them and is was a pleasure to meet them.

Hannah and Christian were lovely, honest and communicated well. We got daily updates and photos from them over our time away and came back to a clean house and happy cats. We'd be more than happy to have them stay again in the future!

Martina & John are the perfect sitters 💞 Communication was perfect with regular photos & messages via WhatsApp. We arrived home from our weekend away to two very happy doggies & a very clean & tidy home. The cats took to Sarah like duck to water (after a day of usual sussing out) and we are sure the cats loved Sarah. The house was left clean and tidy, and grateful to Sarah for washing the bedsheets :)

Claire and Greg, what a super couple!!! We had a lovely, pre break evening in their fabulous company, and left feeling confident that our pups were in the safest of hands. The 3Ds were immediately at peace with them, and enjoying play time tuggies from the get-go. Both Claire and Greg were great fun, but calm and sensitive to our Dodger who gets a little confused sometimes with his dementia, and is also scared of the stairs. He was helped down them, with care and sensitivity, and regularly checked on to make sure he felt safe and loved. This sit was only a short one, but we very much look forward to welcoming Claire and Greg back for longer sits, and thoroughly recommend them. Great sitters and lovely, lovely people!
