Ashely and Mark were reliable, 5-star pet sitters! Before they arrived in Vietnam they agreed to a video chat to become acquainted. There were flexible and easy to contact before and during the sit (even when I was a little uncertain of my return date). Ashely and Mark are both incredibly friendly and well-traveled with a big heart for animals. They took care of my older dog who needs support with medicine and a little patience since he is very slow. Not only were Ashely and Mark incredibly kind towards my dog, they went above and beyond by making him some special egg treats and sending me regular updates with pictures of him since I was away for a month. While I was away, Mark also fixed my sink that had been deemed unfixable. They also left me some snacks upon my arrival. I came back to a sparkly clean apartment and clean sheets. I would highly recommend Ashley and Mark for your next pet sit. They are definitely welcome back to my house if they return to Vietnam. -Thanks again you two :)
Amanda took such good care of Penny, she took her on a nice hike and sent picture updates throughout the weekend! Penny was very obviously loved and well cared for! We would love to have Amanda back if the opportunity came again.
Hope and Gerald were nothing short of amazing. They were extremely flexible and went above and beyond in terms of leaving my home almost cleaner than they found it! Their affinity for animals was obvious right away. I got photos of my pups having a great time while we were away; they were all clearly having a blast! I would absolutely have them sit again and feel really lucky to have found them.

Where could I start? Camila her husband and her mother-in-law are super friendly. I see that she treats my dog really well, because every time we arrive at her house, she gets super happy to see them and she never wants to leave. They are always aware of all the care of my girl (who is super allergic). Cammy, Sal, & the team are AMAZING!!! We drop our pup off often for overnight stays, anywhere from 1 night to 10+ nights, and they are great with communication & updates about how things are going. They all take great care of our pup and make sure to give him lots of love! Most importantly, for us, they have always been accommodating & flexible. During the times our plans change at the last minute, we are quick to communicate, and have never had an issue with them keeping our pup longer, or dropping off earlier or picking up later. They truly are THE BEST and we could not be more thankful for their amazing love & care toward our pup. We have truly found a gem with DogPamine, and are so grateful for them!

Susan went above and beyond for our kitten while we were away on vacation in HI. To make a very long story short, her knowledgeable observation & dedicated care most likely saved his very young life. She took him to a vet in Kearney Mesa (from Chula Vista) three times in a week. She administered 5 medications & provided love & comfort to him. She did all this during what is arguably her busiest time of the year - Christmas. She even left him several sweet gifts! Our vet also lauded her amazing care & attention. Susan is reliable, trustworthy beyond compare & compassionate to animals.
Susan and Nassi are great!!! My husband and I have been using their help every time we are out of town, both business and pleasure, for about the last two years or so. I love the fact that my little ones do so well with them. I am usually very nervous about who will care for my little ones. I have both a dog and a cat. My cat happens to be diabetic and requires two insulin shots per day. I appreciate the fact that they have taken the time to learn how to give her the shots she needs while I'm away. Usually, either one of them will come into my house and pet sit while I'm gone, that way I don't have to board them somewhere unfamiliar. Another great feature is that Susan is amazing when it comes to communicating while you are away. I'll get pictures and txts of my little ones while I'm gone to let me know of their well being. I would with out a doubt continue to recommend Beloved Pet Sitting. They are wonderful and will definitely become part of your family!!!
Susan and her team are fantastic! I truly believe that she loves my kids and cares for them like she would her own. Her website is very effective in managing care and although it may cost a bit more than your neighbors, you get what you pay for and that's high quality, professional care by an insured professional. Most of all, we felt our 14 year old Baron was treated with the respect and attention he deserves.
Susan is incredible. She is reliable and my animals love her! (3) She is always ready to go help me out if i can't make it home in time for a potty break or have a family emergency for a few days. Best pet sitter ever. I have a cat and a a dog that both require a lot of care and special attention. I tend to go away a lot cause of my job. Sometime for weeks at a time. And I never have to worry about anything when I call beloved pet sitting. They send me pics and and updates on how they both are doing. And always reasonable with the price. Its a lot better than putting your pet in a kennel when your on vacation. I highly recommend beloved pet sitting.
