We had a really nice time taking care of Honey and Nikki's home. The communication was great. The house is really comfortable and has everything you'll need. Honey is such a joy! She is full of energy and loves to play and be with you all the time. We really recommend sitting for them if you have the opportunity.

Lovely location and home by the river Tay looking after Juno, Echo and Dobby (daughter Jess's dog). James and Nicky were very warm and welcoming and dinner on arrival was greatly appreciated. Good communication and instructions for the sit. Juno, Echo and Dobby are all very sweet and gentle dogs and easy to care for. Juno and Echo are both very obedient with good off lead recall. Dobby was awaiting repair to a cruciate ligament so her exercise was limited to the yard. Weather wasnt great when we were here but very scenic and a lovely area for walks. Would recommend this sit.
Fiona and Goose were amazing! Fiona is so friendly and loves attention. I enjoyed working from home as she sat on my lap (and sometimes laptop!) Goose sometimes came over too and also loves the heated blanket. The place itself is spacious and has everything you need. It’s a good location and Amneris has good recommendations of stuff nearby in her guide! She’s also very available via text if anything is necessary. Would recommend this sit.
We had a great holiday weekend taking care of these two sweet and friendly kitties! Harper and Scout were so much fun to spend time with, always ready for pets or play. Bellamy's apartment was in a great location and was cozy, comfortable and immaculate. Communication was seamless throughout the whole process, and we got to meet Bellamy before she left, which is always nice. We would do this sit again in a heartbeat!
5 star experience through and through. Mudita was an extremely sweet, extremely fun buddy. The house is so tranquil, especially the beautiful backyard! I was worried about an August sit, but it never got remotely hot indoors. The location is right near a BART stop and a bunch of bus lines, so it was easy to get into Berkely, Oakland, and SF. I got to meet the owners as well as the housesitters who watched Mudita for the week before me - - all friendly, lovely people :) :)

What I liked about Stephane's service was his communication. He responds quickly. He sent us the photos of our cat every time he comes. He told us how our cat was doing every time even though it's the same. This communication really assured us while we were away. Also, this is the first time our cat even showed up for a cat sitter, usually she just hides away. Seems our cat feels comfortable with Stephane. I highly recommend!!

Our Dog has just spent two weeks of vacation with Debby in the Jura and it was a very good experience. Transport from Geneva to the Jura is very easy. Debby's mother comes to pick up the dogs at an agreed location and brings them back to the same place. Debby sent us lots of photos and some videos. Communication was super easy. The dogs are at her house like they are at summer camp: they roam freely… large open spaces, walks in the countryside and in the forest and lots of friends to play with. I highly recommend this family pension! 😊

Romane, the founder of Happy Animal's, is undeniably passionate about animals, she knows how to give them affection, attention, gentleness and they return it well! She is available, professional and attentive. I initially chose her company because she had training as a veterinary assistant, telling me that if there was a problem one day she would be able to notice it and that is exactly the case, every time she notices a change or anything strange she lets me know immediately (I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so it happens 😅), she follows up with the vet, takes them to the kennel/cat flap , walks them well obviously and even takes them and picks them up from the groomer. She is also there to look after our animals at home when we are on a short trip (generally less than a week). In our family the most important thing is availability and above all reliability, Romane is never absent and always on time. Honestly I don't know what we would do without her, I can only highly recommend her!! Thank you Roman!

Priscilla is a top dog sitter, it even deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️ My 11-year-old dog goes to board her during my vacation, she feels like home there. However, it was not won because my dog does not tolerate separation well, she very quickly acclimatized thanks to the gentleness and kindness of Priscilla.
