Highly recommend NYC Pet Services! I boarded my two dogs - my little senior Shih Tzu and my energetic Doodle rescue puppy - for four nights for the first time. I received frequent photo updates each day and the team was incredibly communicative. The team even gave them both a bath before pickup. My dogs been snoozing since getting home - a tired dog is a happy dog! I’ll definitely be using their boarding and daycare services in the future!

NYC Pet Services is the best daycare and boarding a pet parent could ask for. We had to leave our six month old puppy for the first time, and he had such a blast at boarding - receiving updates and photos multiple times each day made me feel so much less anxious, and I was so happy to see he was having such a good time. He made so many friends, and is so happy - he loves daycare so much! Everyone who works here is so wonderful, and truly cares about your pet - highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to leave their baby at the best daycare or boarding place.

Most affordable daycare in Astoria and worth it! They even plan a schedule like a child daycare! Staff sends photos and gives important updates on those days/times that you can't be with your pup. Hoping eventually for that puppy streaming service to check in, but until then, this will have to do :)

Grooming Review ! I’ve had my labradoodle for two years now and I’ve tried two other groomers in Astoria in the beginning and by far Jenn (@itsgroomsbyjenn) has been the BEST ! When she switched locations we had to follow her to her new spot. Not only does Jenn listen to how you want your fur baby’s cut, she is also the sweetest person I’ve met. I have never left disappointed after a cut, it has always been perfect. Even when I tell her not to cut the tip of my dogs tail “fur” she listens (white tip on tail). I can easily trust her by leaving my little one with her. If I can give more than 5 stars I would !

This was the first daycare we looked at and we have no complaints. Yogi started at 3 months old and is now 5 months old. He goes 4 times a week for half days and he runs there every day once we are on the same block. He absolutely loves Beth, Laura, and Juan. They are his day care family. They are all very friendly and very tentative to Yogi. We watch on the camera and Olga is very fast with cleaning up after all the dogs. I love all the pics and videos they send us everyday he is there. Yogi always has a smile on his face!

I have followed Jenny from another grooming place because that’s just how good she is. My dog is not the most easy to work with and Jenny puts him at ease and I think he’s finally starting to come around to the whole grooming thing. It feels so good to know that when I leave my dog is in the best hands. Super affordable and she’s so quick! Definitely recommend. I’ve included a before and after below :)

NYC Pet services provides the best boarding service in NYC area. I travel a lot and have used many bording services in NYC and out of state for my 9 month old Beagle pup but this place is so far the best in providing updates and answering questions quick. Jenn, the groomer at NYC Pet Services, is so great with my pup. Every time Dobby sees her, she tinkles a little from excitement! She is easy to communicate with and always listens to what/how I want Dobby to look after her groom/bath. Plus, she always smells AMAZING when she leaves from there. I can't recommend Jenn, enough. We are so happy with her services and would choose her again and again!

I can only sing praises about this spot! NYC Pet Services is our go-to for all of our pup’s needs! The entire staff is warm, friendly, and so attentive with our Leo- and he thrives in their space when we drop him off for daycare. I especially love the extra mile they go to wipe down his paws and give him a little spritz after playing- he smells amazing when we pick him up! The manager, Beth, is not just professional, but so caring, and you can really see it in her interactions with her staff, the dogs AND their owners. They’re flexible, communicative, and their pricing is more than reasonable! NYC Pet services and their staff have really gone above and beyond as a business- their clients aren’t just customers, but a part of a family like community they’ve fostered!

Alex from Never Alone has been walking my senior pitbull for a few months. The service has been very reliable and they keep you updated with the walks. I’ve been very happy and I highly recommend! My pup seems very happy too…Thanks guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I get 3 walks a week from them for my two old dogs, it's really helped them stay healthy in their age. They're extremely responsive and flexible if I need to cancel last minute (or get a walker last minute), and always take special care minding the age related health needs of my girls.

I am so grateful that I found Never Alone Pets to take care of my cat when I'm away. Damiana is professional, positive and a fast and clear communicator. Alex feeds my cat but honestly, he does so much more. First, Alex texts me to let me know that he is arriving at my place next. I get lots of photos of her food dish and the litter box as well, to let me see what food was left behind and then what he puts in her dish. My favorite photos are the ones he just takes of my cat to let me know that she is ok. Seriously, Alex takes great photos!! He also lets me know when he is leaving. I feel very confident when I go away that Alex is taking good care of my pet. Highly recommended!! Every visit has been amazing!

I've moved apartments a bunch of times, so I've had several different cat sitters -- and Never Alone Pets is the absolute best I've ever hired. Damiana was always easy to reach over email, she's so cheerful, and she took the time to get to know my cats and their specific needs. My cat sitter was Ilda and she was really fantastic - she texted me photos of my cats every day, and the cats (who are shy around new people) warmed up to her quickly. Never Alone's rates are very reasonable, payment was easy (Venmo), and there were never any extra fees like what I've experienced from other companies. A++++ highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I just bought a puppy, and did not realize how busy we were with our own schedules. We had no idea how we were going to take care of her while we were gone during the day. Never Alone Pets is a phenomenal dog walking service. Dami, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating to our schedule. She and our walker, Alisson, are patient and respectful of our dog. They give him the same lever of attention and care that we give him, and he adores them. The pictures they send while walking him are great; we love getting to see him during the day! I have a 2yo Boston Boxer whom I’m very attached to. I adopted him when he was only 9 weeks old. Being the paranoid “parent” I am, when it came to the moment of hiring a dog walking/sitting service, I read every single review about Never Alone. It was our first time being away from our puppy since the day we got him, and they made us and my dog feel reassured about leaving each other. We left for vacation for a little more than a week. They are amazing at what they do. They fed him well, gave him his medications and took great care with him. The daily photos and videos made us feel less guilty about leaving the dog because he looks so happy with them and looks like he was having so much fun. I will definitely leave him again the next time I need, and will recommend to others.

We could not be more pleased with our experience boarding our pup for 2 weeks with Emily & Alan. From the start we were reassured that she would be in good hands. Alan and Emily are absolutely amazing! If I can give 10 stars I would! I reached out to the them to board my 7 month mini golden doodle for 2 nights while my family and I went on a little getaway. They were extremely sweet and were able to care for him. Our puppy has never stood away from home, never attended any day care or boarding. They were so welcoming and made him feel at home from the very start of introduction. Alan and Emily did a Video call assessment and a walk through of their lovely home, they were extremely thorough in explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable leaving my puppy in a safe environment. They asked questions regarding his vaccination records and sent history documentation forms via email to complete prior to our call as well as answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. I received photos, videos and updates throughout my time away and my puppy did GREAT! He was so comfortable and transitioned very well, it was amazing to see him socializing with everyone and the other dogs in the home. Communication, Professionalism and all the the above was outstanding. They were both an absolute pleasure and are definitely a keeper!

We are very pleased to have had our puppy Rocky been left with Emily and her family. I know that he was taken care of well and enjoyed his stay by the updates and pictures which were sent to us. Emily and Alan provided great care to our pup Chase while we are away. We received daily photos, seeing that Chase was having fun times with his furry friends brought more joy and relaxation to our vacation. They went above and beyond when our return flight was delayed til late at night, they stayed up late to bring Chase back to us when we finally arrived home. I would recommend them to all pet owners, I’ve asked them to care Chase many times in the past, always had great communication and great services from them.

A THOUSAND STARS!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ We LOVE Wet Noses for our rescue dog. We have been using their services for the past 3 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about Alan, Emily (and their whole family)-- they have been such a life saver for us and our pupper-- who tends to have some separation anxiety and would NOT do well in a kennel overnight. They have always been consistent/reliable, easy communication, and so kind/warm/understanding with our dog and her quirks. It's such a relief to know she is in good hands and in a safe/cozy environment when we are out of town.

Before meeting Alan and his family, leaving for a vacation was stressful because we worried about leaving our pup Zeppole for even one night. We can now go way and not worry! She is so well taken care of and comes home so happy! We love the daily updates and pictures. And we love how warm the whole family is...they make Zeppole feel totally at home. ***Update*** 5/2023 - a year later and still relying on Wet Noses to keep my pup when we are away. They are amazing!

Alan and Emily are the absolute best! Remi is my first pet ever, and I’m nervous about whether or not I’m making the right decisions for him all the time, but I feel completely safe and reassured by Alan and Emily every time I leave Remi in their care. I know that Remi is always well taken care of and that he’s having fun with his friends at daycare. I’ve also left Remi with Alan and Emily overnight on multiple occasions, and I never have to worry because they constantly update me with photos and videos. They are very attentive to his needs and preferences — I feel like they even know him better than I do sometimes! Also, Alan and Emily are extremely warm and flexible; they always try to accommodate my needs in terms of scheduling. I appreciate them to the max and recommend them 120%!

For two weeks at Wet Noses Pet Sitter, Alan & Emily cared with love and dedication for our beloved Dachshund-Canela; during this time the little sausage felt better than in her own home. She was always accompanied by friends of the same size as her, and under the supervision of a responsible adult, who daily provided photos and videos of our furry. BTW in the pictures she’s the little pumpkin. We love Dozo Dog! Our dog Bruce has been going to Dozo for 5+ years and we truly cannot imagine our lives without this place. Bruce is always so well taken care of and we never have to worry while he is there. We receive photos and videos throughout his stay, all of the caretakers know him by name, he exerts a bunch of energy with the other dogs, and he never comes home too grubby! We use Dozo for both regular daycare and overnight boarding, we highly recommend this place to others!

My wife & I have been taking our dog, Parker, to Dozo Dog for quite some time for the grooming services. Whether it is the LIC location or Astoria, the grooming services never disappointed. We tend to favor the Astoria location more because Parker’s groomer, Amanda, does an amazing job with him. It’s hard to really point out any negatives, because there aren’t any. I will forever be grateful to Dozo Dog they’re the best. Honestly they’re better than the best their phenomenal words cannot explain how grateful I am to have found this place that loves my fur baby as much as I do. Not only do they just love your fur baby and treat them like they own fur child but they take proper care of them while you at work or even went on vacation. I have never did the services where I would have to leave my fur babies for a day or more but one of my friends have and they love how well they took care of her baby. However I did do the daycare service for after he was getting groom to wait for me with the other dogs for a while he was nervous but they made him feel comfortable and full of love . I really wanted to give as big shout to Scottie’s groomer her name is Amanda and we have been doing to her since December 30 ,2023 and since then this our fourth visit and she keep leaving us speak less with her amazing work. She made Scottie feel very comfortable to the point where he’s not shy , crying or nervous when he gots to get clean. Our pup LOVES Dozo! Truly his happy place. Can’t say enough about the staff and the experience we’ve had. We use several services - daycare, boarding & grooming, and it’s been excellent. They take such good care of them, and go above and beyond with cute photo ops and giving treats for birthdays. Thank you Dozo!

Our two year old Mini Australian Shepherd loves going to Dozo Dog! Everyone is so friendly and understanding. Our dog has a lot of energy and they are very patient with him. He loves playing with all the other dogs and he so tired once we pick him up. 😊 The staff also send you the best pictures and videos of him playing so we know how he is doing throughout the day. ☺️

Dozo Dog has been part of our baby boy’s life since he was a pup! He will be 5 years old tomorrow. Dozo dog is Connor’s favorite place! He loves playing with other pup friends and Adores owners Yukako and Louis. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Dozo, the staff and managers. The facility is clean and safe. We get constant updates on Connor while he is at daycare. We also ALWAYS get Connor groomed at Dozo and we are always happy with how much CARE all of the Dozo staff puts into all they do for our pup!! DOZO is LOVE 🥰

My pups Boogie and Blu have been going to Dozo for 4 and 3 years (respectively). They absolutely love it there. As you can see Boogie (the fawn) has his crazy eyes whenever he “pawties” at Dozo. The staff is super friendly, handles our pups with so much care, and always takes excellent care after our dogs. Yenny and Yukako (the owner) also take great photos of them and capture so many fun moments while they play with their friends. We love Dozo and will continue bringing our pups there.

The best doggie daycare!! Mr Tito loves his time here 🐶 The owners and staff are amazing, take the best care of him, and the grooming and boarding on site is the perfect combo of services. I never have to worry when Tito is at Dozo, whether for a few hours or a full week, the staff always go above and beyond to ensure the safety and happiness of each dog.

Dozo is AMAZING! The best doggy day care in Queens. We’ve been using them since we got out Mini Aussie Bailey! He’s now 2 and we leave him there at least once a week. They’re super clean & friendly. They’re constantly cleaning up after the dogs and they make sure the greet you as you walk in & walk out. And the best part is they said live updates-pictures and videos so we can see how much fun our dog is having 🙌🏻! If you have a pet this is the place to take them 🐶

Our do absolutely LOVES Dozo! There is always multiple people in with the dogs at all times. Their communication is excellent-Always giving us updates and letting us know how she did. She gets SO excited when she knows we’re on our way to daycare.

After searching and searching for a grooming place for my Schnauzer pup, we finally came across with Disco Paws. The staff is amazing they welcomed us with open arms and explained to us the process behind everything. They took care of our little one with so much love that she didn't want to leave. If you are looking for a place to groom your doggy or leave them for daycare, this is the place to go.

I would like to commend this facility for taking care of my cat so well during the 3 days that I had to go away. My Ginger girl seemed happy and well cared for when I picked her up on 11/19.. In addition, I thank them for giving her mandatory injections twice a day and feeding her a special diet..The staff was very friendly and demonstrated their love and joy for animals. I am very pleased and will definitely use this facility again. I trust them and know that my cat will be secure. Thank you Cat and staff who cared for my Ginger and sent me a daily report.

The best Grooming Disco Paws 🐾, Since I discovered this place 2 years ago, I have not stopped taking my 7 year old now Yorky Terrier for her spa days. Zoey loves this place. …

I took my 2-year-old Shih Poo to get groomed at Disco Paws, mind you, this would be the second time, and the first time was good, so, of course, I came back with the same groomer as a matter of the fact. I specifically asked her NOT TO CUT HIS HAIR, its winter, and this poor doggie is always cold. Three hours later, I went to pick him up, the front desk attendant asked to charge my card for the service, and I even gave a 20% Tip all this before I even saw my dog, and whoa! I was appalled by how he came back looking. His hair is short, and his ear looks uneven (See pictures). Just bad! And I was livid. Long story short, they came up with all the excuses in the book and practically called me rude for being mad at how they didn’t follow directions. They handed me a flier to complain to management because they couldn’t issue a refund. I contacted Amanda, the manager, and she emailed me: “I cannot offer you a refund in this case, but I would suggest booking an alternative service that we offer which includes the sanitary, face, and pad trim but no body haircut, we call it the "Debbie Hairy.” I DID NOT ASK FOR HAIR CUT, AMANDA. and to be clear; I was never even offered any other services when I entered the store, which I didn’t mind since it was straight grooming, bath hair combing, cutting a little around his mouth (he gets dirty with food, shaving his butt, nails trim, ear cleaning and that’s all because the cleaning of the anal glands is a separate service not included! Oh, by the way, they informed me the prices went up right before I swiped my card! $124 for a lousy grooming service, No refund was given; Amanda only offered a 20% discount for the next time service…Seriously, you think I’m going back to your establishment? Last email from Amanda: We cannot provide a refund for the service since it was completed as requested and without incident. (Like Cutting the Dogs hair when the owner said DON’T CUT?? I did not request a haircut, Amanda.

Brought my newly adopted dog in for a grooming. I was so worried but she came out so cute and was such a good girl during the whole process. They even gave her a cute little bandana.

Benji loves Natalie. She’s so kind and gentle with Benji. I also appreciate her ability to find the best look for Benji at different hair lengths. She’s very talented!

Do not take your dog to disco paws for any grooming. My dog came back with his eyes all red and swollen and had to take him to the vet right away. Vet said that it’s possible if shampoo gets in his eye lids and sent me home with eye drops and oral medication for my dog and set me back. Called discopaws and spoke to Kat, the general manager (what a joke) and she flat out denies anything. Just like the first time we had another incident and found scratch marks from grooming. Then I asked flat out if they are denying responsibility completely and she said yes then banned my dog from their store. What a joke this place is. Do your dogs a favor and take them to BBs in Astoria.

As I battle cancer, I return later or leave home earlier for my treatments. My little guy waits patiently and snuggles close when he knows I need his care. His comfort and care, provided by others, are so important to me. Rawpawzel has always welcomed him with polite and efficient service. Definitely, fairly priced! Never a worry of how he was treated. Cause when you know you JUST know, he was treated very well. Thank you.

Excellent groomer/grooming! They really are the best groomers in Astoria. My groomer there is kind and genuinely cares about the dogs and their coats condition. I’m a very specific person when it comes to my dogs hair styles and my dogs are not easygoing when grooming. BUT she takes her time with them and makes sure to follow every instruction I give them. When I was unsatisfied somethings they asked me to come back and they fixed the problem what needed to be fixed! I’ve been getting my dog groomed here for over a year now. They do a great job and she’s come back from her appointment super happy. Getting an appointment here is also pretty easy.

The staff was very sweet and patient with my anxious elderly dog! Taking their time on her fur to carefully avoid nipping her skin tags. They also gave her the cutest summer cut, we’ll definitely be returning to this local gem!

Horrible! There is a dog left alone, shaking in the store at 10 PM with the lights out. Several people have tried calling and reaching out, but no one is responding. This is absolutely ridiculous, and you should be ashamed of treating this poor animal like this!

I love taking my 2 dogs here.The get treated so kindly and when I pick them up every time they have a new attire tie and a bow to make them look spectacular after their grooming! The communication with Claudia is great also front desk and they are quick to help , definitely best service I’ve encountered.

My cat finally got her first bath in life! It’s very hard to find a place really bathe the cat in the city. She was taken good care of. And thank you to sweet Claudia! We’re lucky to have such a lovely pet place in the neighborhood.

Got my dog's nails trimmed here. The front desk girl brought my dog downstairs or somewhere out of my sight which made me feel uncomfortable. Anyway my dog came back 20 minutes later with a bloody paw. I understand she must have cut too close to her vein but for that reason the young receptionist could have at least said I'm sorry. There was no sorry nothing. Then I waited another 10 minutes. Again no sorry for making you wait. Nothing. Most awkward experience ever. Never again. I felt guilty for bringing my dog here.

We got two Dalmatian puppies from Georgia and we were looking for guidance and our first pick was Vitality Pets. Wanted to shop a little more and see what other schools offered and hands down Vitality pets was the best. First, Jon was able to sit down with us and discuss our puppies and what our goals were. He gave us a free consultation when he didn’t have to and no other puppy school or service had done that. Everyone wanted money up front. Second, the place has everything you need for your pet. Brand names, quality treats and food and not just for your pup but other animals as well. We decided to go with Vitality Pets because I genuinely feel he helps us train our puppies better. In reality he trains us first and then the puppies. Great facility, clean, awesome service and best dog trainer you can find.

Best boarding place in town with spacious indoor and outdoor space, super clean. John and his staff are highly trained and passionate about what they do. My dogs love them.

This place is great - we bring our puppy @jodiebluestaffy to Vitality once a week for socializing sessions (yes, that is her instagram handle - no shame there am I right LOL). John and the rest of the crew are amazing and they take great care of our pup. She gets so excited when we pass by the store and always jumps at the chance to get her wiggly butt in there to see all her friends!

We’ve been bringing both our pups here for a couple months for daycare and it’s our favorite daycare ever! John and his staff as so professional while also being extremely friendly and make us feel right at home. The daycare area is clean and the dogs are always happy and tired out when they come home and it’s made a massive difference in their personalities. They have an outdoor area a well to let the dogs roam, and our pups never come home smelling “like dog”. They also send pictures of both pups for updates while they are at daycare! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good, reliable place to trust with their pets!

I booked an initial session with the owner John. I feel that customers paying for a service and entrusting a stranger with their loved companion have every right to ask questions and be as thorough as possible so they can feel comfortable and confident they are in the right hands. When I started asked questions to hear more about the training style and philosophy since there wasn’t much info on the website, the owner became defensive and said that no trainers have information on their website (not true) and he never mentioned any training certifications. The training style is not positive reinforcement-based and uses prong collars, which I felt wasn’t the right fit for my small breed dog who has been responding really well to positive reinforcement training so far. I came ready to pay for this session so I did appreciate the advice John gave me for free, but overall it was a stressful and uncomfortable experience that left me feeling not great.

My sweet Pit mix/mutt Harper was rejected from other day cares because of her breed appearance but I am so glad for it because she loves day care here! We use it only incidentally but every time she comes home happy and a tired and when we go back she gets excited to be there. No better judges of character than dogs. Plus, they’re adorable and clearly love the dogs. Thank you!

Just came for my first training lesson for my puppy who needs some obedience training because he needs some correcting. I learned so much today, the trainer is very professional and listens to your concerns. The k9 training Facility is very clean and huge! Not only does he teach your pup but also teaches you on how to correct your pet! I’m looking forward for the next lesson! :)

Great store! My two pups love the raw food! Great selection of items for your pups and your kittens!! Garvin and John are great trainers who are helping us train our 5 month old and 9 month old puppies! I definitely recommend this store. My girlfriend and I drive from Inwood all the way to the store just to get food and train!

She was knowledgeable in many products and health topics. Best quality food for your pets and they have a large selection. Best prices in all of NYC. The self wash dog station is a unique concept that is convenient and actually fun!

David at Vitality Health is incredible! He has wonderful advice and insight for our furry friends. When I brought my kitten in for a bath he was patient, kind, and attentive even staying late to make sure my cat was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. He even taught me some grooming tips to try at home. We can’t thank you enough for your kindness and above and beyond care and service!! We will definitely be coming back!

My terrier Jo Jo LOVES Treats and Tips. I've been sending him to Doggy Daycare, grooming, and boarding for over 5 years because Thiago treats him like family. Ive never met a someone who loves my dog more than I do. (Watching a grown man adoringly greet my 14lb dog in the morning is about my favorite thing in the world.) Joey is older, and adopted, and he had anxiety around other dogs when I first got him. I knew he needed to be socialized but between terrible dog walker and other bad experiences, I was worried about who I could trust. But T&T has been more amazing than I could have expected. Daycare has small groups of dogs, anywhere between 4 and 12 given the day. There's a lot of one on one attention between the humans and the pups, and lots of walks. Joey eats breakfast and sometimes dinner there when I come home late from work. And he's in completely safe hands, Thiago runs a tight ship, and is such a great communicator. When I used to board him he'd always act weird for the next few days, either anxious when I leave the room, or totally lethargic. But since I've been using T&T, JoJo just acts like normal when I get back. (Crazy excited, a little more snuggly, but normal.) Can't say enough good things! Highly suggest you check them out! Ps. This has been edited from a yelp review I wrote about 3 years ago but this still rings true! Love T&T!

I had a very pleasant experience with Alex the owner and Alex the groomer at Treats and Tips. I have a one year old Shar Pei that needed grooming and it would've been her first time. We have been turned away by other grooming place where I've been told that my puppy was very aggressive and they just didn't wanna deal with us. I explained this situation to Alex when I first gave them a call. He was assuring me that they will try their best to work with her. I dropped my pup off and picked her up after an hour. Everything went well and when my pup was returned to me she seemed happy and relaxed which assured me that she was in good hands - Alex must have been very patient and kind to her, I know that she is a "little" stubborn. They understand that some dogs might need a little more time than others to feel comfortable with strangers. They definitely have their ways with dogs, I highly recommend them.

Thiago is the best!!!! He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to talk to you for a long time about your dog and their needs. Our dog always leaves happy after spending time in day care. Whenever we walk anywhere near Treats and Tips, she is dying to visit Thiago!

We could go to a less expensive daycare, but our dogs love this place and the owners. It's a good sign when your dogs are thrilled to arrive at daycare. Even better when they pick up good walking habits along the way. Alex and Thiago are dog whisperers.

This place is the worst not recommendable at all. The owner is extremely rude! Yelled at me over the phone for rescheduling appointment. Did not take in consideration my need of rescheduling! Practically fought with me over the phone as to why i was rescheduling when i mention my reason as to why. Also my dog leaves this place being down for a week i believe this place sedates dogs. I have to buy my dog a toy for her mood to be happy. My dog is a very playful happy dog but when she comes out from this place its concerning her behavior. Also has multiple cuts and bleeding on the tummy and chest! Never coming back here due to the owner being so nasty attitude and im concern for my pet! Clients dont need to be treated that way. when us clients for more and 1 year paying there high pricing fees! Beware of your dogs behavior after leaving this place!

I never leave reviews but I feel that this is necessary. I have been a customer for 3 years and today is my last time ever coming back. My dog clearly wasn’t groomed properly and when I brought this up to Thiago he acted very unprofessional. This isn’t a cheap service and you’d think a loyal customer for 3 years would be entitled to some sort of discount or at least brought back in to fix the mistakes. Instead, Thiago was standoffish and quick to blame a new employee which made me feel uncomfortable, and I question how his employees feel working for a rude boss. This might explain the poor service. Alex and Thiago are true dog whisperers. Daycare prices are steep, but well worth it. Our puppies learned to socialize, walk and sit while at daycare. Our dogs are thrilled to come here every time. Boarding is also amazing and personalized. A groomer is frequently available onsite. It's also a great sign that people who've left the neighborhood still occasionally bring their dogs back here for daycare. We couldn't be happier!

Very rude and unprofessional behavior by Thiago and not experienced groomer! I was taking my dog to this place for the last 3 years. Our last visit was such an unpleasant experience, very disappointed! My dog, who’s about 15 lbs came out after 2.5 hours (1.5 hours would usually take) looking like she’s halfway done! After pointing out what is not looking right, I was rushed out of the store saying it’s not their fault but my dog’s who’s old (7 years old though). Giving 2 stars for the past experience, this one was very disappointing. There are many other places where, I’m sure your dog and your money would be more appreciated.

My regular spot to get my 11 year old long-haired dachshund groomed. Workers there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very attentive to detail and are always spot on with how my dog's haircut turns out. They have a good selection of dog food and accessories. Nothing like a valuable and independent pet store.

A lot of places asked me to leave my puppy overnight but treats and tips allowed me to pick my pup up after a few short hours. When I picked her up she looked/ smelled amazing and she seemed so comfortable! Aditionally, This place was uper clean and the doggies were all so well behaved !

The folks at All Dogs in the City are second family to us. My sweet boy is now 3 and has spent his time, since he was a few months old, getting to know new friends and becoming comfortable with water which is a treat for any city dog. They celebrate birthdays and holidays with parties, souvenir photo sessions with parents, and many other interactive activities. All Dogs treat us like family and care for all the dogs as if their own. They’ve always been responsive to any inquiries and always have safety at the forefront. I have boarded my boy with them for as long as two weeks and wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. My boy loves going to All Dogs, he genuinely adores all the staff and doesn’t look back once when he leaves us which really is reassuring. I’ve always said we are lucky to have All Dogs in our community. I wouldn’t send him anywhere else, period! I only trust All Dogs in the City with my boy. They’re the absolute best.

Took my pup here for the very first time and he loved it! The staff has an amazing caring team to tend to the dogs. The place is clean and the space is huge! Definitely coming back here for more daycare services! I highly recommend All dogs in the City to anyone that wants their dog to have a fun time every time they bring their dog here ! Boarding services are excellent as well! They took very well care of my pup while my partner and I went on vacation. They kept us up to date with pictures and they also show the dogs on instagram which is a plus. We are very pleased with the staff you can tell they genuinely care for the dogs 🐶 we are so happy we found this place. And we are glad to know that this is considered a home away from home for our fur baby.

Literally one of the best doggy day cares in the neighborhood! They offer so many things from Pick up/drop off, swimming and one on one care. The staff is the best and they constantly play with the dogs and ensure they are never alone. There is also an outdoor turf area for the dogs upstairs as well as a indoor play area. My dog comes home so tired and always sleeps like a baby after day care. Truly the best, and would 1000% recommend!!!!

If you want your dog well taken care of and loved please contact Francisco and his team. I recently had an emergency and needed help with my mom’s dog. I desperately called looking for help and Francisco paired me with one of his coworkers to help me in my situation to take care of my mom’s dog. I received updates of the dogs well being and he even help to train the dog as well. I was going thru a tough time but knowing the love and care my mom’s dog received reassured me that everything is going to work out. I finally received the dog today and I feel like we have a better dog who is well mannered, happier yet calm. I truly appreciate Francisco and his team. Highly recommend this doggy daycare.

All Dogs in the City is an amazing place with kind staff. My girls love going there. The outdoor play space is incredible! The indoor play space is HUGE! So grateful to find this place and feel peace while my girls are living their best lives!

Lucky that our dog Boba found her new happy place! They have a kiddy pool for swimming lessons, an outdoor patio place with playground facilities, and indoor play area as well.

I can't believe I have never written a review for All Dogs. I've been going to them since March 2022 when I had my sweet 11 year old beagle, Pepper. At her old age, we stopped going to parks b/c the energy was too much for her and her socialization dropped. She loved other dogs and loved to play but we couldn't find the right balance. At one point, the lack of socialization made her extra snappy with other dogs. I heard about All Dogs from another friend (Pepper's best friend's owners) and decided to give them a try. After meeting Francisco, Vanessa, and the team, I knew we found the right place. Their approach to socializing dogs was exactly what we were looking for. I was very nervous to leave Pepper there knowing how finicky she was but in those first few visits, she really came out of her shell. She was always so happy to go to All Dogs and her personality changed for the better. Sadly, Pepper passed away in Feb 2023 from a traumatic event and Francisco was very kind and supportive during that difficult time. I didn't think my husband and I would get another dog so soon but our foster to adopt, Lucy, was one of a kind. Lucy, a 2 year old, seems to lack social skills and may not have been socialized with other dogs. Given our amazing experience at All Dogs, we knew it was the right place to give Lucy a chance to flourish and be the best dog she could be. In the last month, we've also seen Lucy's personality change with other dogs. She's more curious in saying hello to new fur friends in the neighborhood and hopefully she's getting better at understanding various dog energies. A big thanks to Francisco and everyone at All Dogs for giving our fur babies an excellent environment. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and you can tell they really LOVE animals. Plus their Instagram page is always active, so you can watch your dog have a great time. They also have a pool, which is special because who doesn't love footage of doggies swimming happily!

We love Bark & Bone! We’ve been using Bark & Bone for 5+ years for our dog Bruce. From his early days as a new puppy till now, Bark & Bone have been phenomenal. Bark and Bone started walking our doggie "Miles" earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They're very responsive and always accommodating if I need to cancel a walk or re-schedule it. I love that the walker sends updates immediately after the walk is over and takes pics of how the walk went. I've attached some pics of our happy dog that the walkers have taken on various walks. Wonderful company that we hope to use for as long as our little guy still has working legs :)!

We love Bark & Bone! I've been using B&B multiple times a week for the last year. They always communicate, they're easy to schedule with, and all of the walkers we've worked with have been respectful and helpful. Bruce (my dog) always looks so happy in the photos they send. We are so grateful to have Olivia and her team helping us. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Bark n' Bone. I have a senior dog and her safety and well being is always top of mind, especially as she ages. The staff here were always very attentive to her needs and made sure she had great walks while I was away. We love Bark&Bone! When my husband and I moved to a new area of the neighborhood, our dog Barley had a hard time feeling confident walking down the street. We decided to enlist the help of Bark&Bone to take him on socialization walks with other dogs who were confident walkers to show him there was nothing to be afraid of! Kelsey, our weekly walker, is always on time and you can tell she really cares about the pups she walks and Barley has become much more confident. We also can't get enough of the photo updates!

We adopted Sophie in October. While my partner has continued his commute to the office throughout the pandemic, I've just started going back to the office. I've been anxious about transitioning from being at home with Sophie full time to going into the office a few days a week, but knowing that she's in Bark & Bone's capable hands has made the process so much easier. Dawn, who walks Sophie, provides detailed reports about what Sophie and her pup pals are up to, including, as others have mentioned, great quality photos. Getting a notification that a report is ready is one of the highlights of my day (and my coworkers love looking at them too). The app is user friendly and intuitive, and the whole team is super responsive. Coming home to a happy, well-exercised dog is the best! Highly recommend!

Great team they have here. Tyson loves going on his long walks (2x a day, an hour each) he has his walking buddies and the staff is so incredibly friendly, helpful and reliable. You can trust that they will take care of your best friend, I cannot imagine using a different company. I love receiving pictures from their walks. We were initially hesitant to try a dog walking service because our dogs, Loki and Ary, are quite strong and can be a handful. It was hard for us to trust anyone to handle them. However, Eduardo, Ricardo, and Garrett have completely won us over! They are not only reliable and professional but also show a genuine affection and understanding towards Loki and Ary. The pups always return from their walks happy and well-exercised, and we're always reassured by the photos Eduardo, Ricardo, and Garrett send during their outings. Their ability to manage our energetic dogs with such care and authority is impressive. We work full time and are so happy that our pups get daily exercise and to enjoy the outdoors while we're out. Jen and Igor, run the business very professionally, making communication and scheduling a breeze. I cannot recommend Buster & Whiskers enough! As an owner of a people reactive dog, I was so stressed to find a dog walker that could handle and is willing to work with my dog’s quirks. Igor immediately put my nerves at ease with his deep knowledge of dog behavior and experience with a wide variety of dogs. He trains all of his dog walkers to handle each dog and provides an individualized approach. Though they cannot guarantee the same walker everyday, they are all trained on the same walking approach. Also, they are extremely organized and use an app for scheduling and communication with the walkers. I am so grateful to have found Busters & Whiskers!!

Jen and Igor have been so attentive and resourceful since I started fostering rescue dogs and seeking their advice with various dog behaviors. When I finally adopted my own dog, I knew I could trust my pup with them and their team. My dog, Birdy, is shy and nervous, but the B&W team has been incredibly patient, communicative and caring with her on her daily walks with them! I would highly recommend their services :)
