We had a wonderful time at James and Louise’s beautiful country home. Boris, Milo and Shadow were hilarious, we had so much fun with them. Watching little Boris do his super slow laps around the dining table was the funniest thing! Shadow and Milo were super affectionate and great on walks. The fields surrounding the house gave us plenty of opportunities for walks along the Cotswold Way for the two younger dogs whilst Boris rested his little old bones back in his favourite place, the kitchen. The house had everything you could imagine needing and was beautifully clean and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed lighting a log fire in the family lounge in the evenings. Our son Evan was over the moon to discover a treehouse in one of the family’s gardens, great fun! James and Louise left very simple and detailed instructions which took out any guesswork. We would heartily recommend petsitting at their beautiful home, and would jump at the chance of returning!
A Fabulous Sit with Rambo We had a great time with Rambo for the past 2 1/2 weeks. Colleen and Mike are gracious hosts, organized, and easy to work with. The house is beautiful, clean, and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. The bed and other furniture are super comfortable. Rambo is the star of the show! He loves exploring the back yard and cuddling on the couch to watch TV at the end of the day. He's very easy to care for. We would love to stay with Rambo again if the opportunity arises!
Our sit in Dianna's home with Sawyer and Betsy was a complete joy. Communication with Dianna before and during the sit was very easy. We enjoyed meeting her and spending a little time before she headed off on her trip. Her home is very lovely. We also enjoyed the pool and exploring the areas Dianna recommended in Sarasota. The beaches, downtown and the dog beach with Sawyer were the highlights. We did the three-mile walking loop at the nearby park and would recommend that too. We had a great time and would love to sit for Dianna again.
This was a very chill stay. We only had Catface to care for and a few plants. I'm sure the doggies would have been awesome if they were home. Beautiful home. Dana is clear with her instructions and was so sweet.
Candy and Nolie were absolutely beautiful cats both very well natured and loving and I very much enjoyed caring for them! Candy is very sweet and cuddly, Nolie was more reserved in the beginning but he really came out of his shell towards the end of my stay too. The flat was small and cosy, about 20 mins outside of the centre of Bristol with a retail centre and supermarkets very close by. Alex and Dorin communicated well and made an effort to have all the essentials they thought I would need, as well as showing me around beforehand. They were easy to contact and appreciated updates and pics of the kitties while they were away. Overall a lovely stay!

Gizmo and Bowie had their first daycare with Happy Little Howlers today and they both had the best time. Needless to say they are currently fast asleep! The communication was great with the staff during the day and I felt so comfortable leaving them both to be entertained and cared for during the day. Both dogs painted an adorable flower picture for Mothers Day for me to bring home. I highly recommend Happy Little Howlers. My next step is to book a holiday as they are located super close to the airport for a drop and fly! Thanks so much for taking care of my fur babies.
We dropped off our dogs Happy and Richie a couple of times now at Happy Little Howlers and we were pleased with the service. Our dogs get lots of socialising and play time, and can see daily updates on instagram so we know the dogs aren't bored whilst we're away. Lisa (the owner) is also very responsive.

We were unsure of which pet boarding business to use however due to Happy Little Howlers location and all the great reviews we decided to use them to look after our puppy 'Queen Bee' while we went away for a few days. Dealing with Lisa during the booking process was a pleasure as she answered all my many questions and even during the stay we were able to extend Queen Bee's stay by a night with short notice and nothing was a problem at all. Happy Little Howlers is extremely clean and looked very well organised and the dogs we saw on arrival appeared eager to get in for their day care. Our drop off and pick up was a breeze and when we arrived to pick up our puppy all the dogs sounded like they were all very happy and there was a lot of playing. Thanks Lisa and your team for looking after Queen Bee and we will definitely be using Happy Little Howlers again and will highly recommend it to all our friends and family. The staff at Happy Little Howlers are amazing! My two little Dachshunds have both been here a couple times now and they have just come home from a whole week and seem super happy after their stay. I was a bit anxious with my puppy only being 5 months old but he has gained so much confidence and is a very social puppy from his experience. I highly recommend Happy Little Howlers to anyone looking for either daycare or boarding. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the dogs look like they have the best time here.
Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)
I was hesitant to board our cavoodle dog to begin with, but the staff were so kind, helpful and assuring he would be well looked after, and he definitely was. Usually quite timid he came home smiling and super happy. It’s affordable and the extra play dates and cuddles are def recommended. Every time I spoke to the staff they were super friendly and I knew he would be in good hands. Thanks Hanrob for looking after our Humphrey!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My pup stayed here for a few days earlier in the year whilst I was away. When I went to pick him up, he was in distress and shaking. Initially, I thought it was excitement to see me but by the time we got home, his anxiety increased, and he was physically trembling. When I looked at his mouth I noticed he had cuts in his lips where they had obviously muzzled him. He has never bitten at anyone and has a calm nature. I had to get him ointment to heal his wounds. On top of that, the report I received had said he was well behaved but referred to him as her, so they clearly hadn't taken any notice that he is a boy and wrote the reports with no knowledge of his stay. I was thoroughly disappointed that they never mentioned about the muzzle and left my poor pup in such a terrified state. I will never leave him in that place again.
Bandit spent three days at Hanrob Sydney Airport and had a fantastic time. Lots of cuddles from the attentive staff and lots of play with another crazy oodle. He has returned for daycare since.
My Boxer mix loves Hanrob daycare. Great outdoor space. Staff are lovely. Convenient location for me plus close to airport should I want to board him if I need to travel. He loves seeing his friends and making new friends.
I using Jetpets to fly my two dogs from Australia to LA and they had a two day stay at Hanrob. I spoke to Stacy repeatedly and she was absolutely lovely. She encouraged me to call as often as I wanted, and every time I called, she put me on hold to personally go lay eyes on the dogs. She got updates from the carers and passed along info about their eating and sleeping and outside time. She made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Thank you so much Stacy for being so kind to me and my monsters.
The staff here did an above-and-beyond job of looking after my poodle "Ninja". They helped nurse him back to health from a skin condition I discovered only 2 hours before needing to drop him off and go overseas. It was extremely stressful to leave him there a bit sick, but they took care of him 100%. He came back totally recovered. They also adjusted his washing, stay options and playtimes to make his stay as good as can be - as a first time boarding user I didn't quite get the options right, but Hanrob provided him what he needed despite what I picked. Truly an exceptional place in my opinion. One downside is that walking was not available here, but they seemed to adjust for that too, with extra outside time, etc. The take away is that their focus is on looking after the dog as best they possibly can and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hanrob Airport Kennel.
AVOID!! If I could give zero stars I would ! My dog stayed at Hanrob Sydney airport for 10 days before his flight to Hong Kong. He arrived with a scratched nose and horrible sores on his elbows which I blamed the long trip in the crate for, where he couldn't really lay on his side. Today he had surgery because the sores where so big he was risking and infection!! Just to be sure I went back to check the photos I received as "update" and zooming in I realized the sores on the elbows where already present at that time during his stay! No one mentioned them though, everything was kept silent! God knows where he has been kept all those days to get such wounds. The last thing my dog needed after such a trip was being put asleep to fix this, not to mention the stress it causedhim and the vet bill. Shame on them! AVOID AT ALL COST

My two boys love it here! They get so excited when the van pulls up. The Daycare is super convenient - the boys get picked up in the morning and dropped off in the arvo. There are webcams throughout the facility that allow me to watch my boys too, which is always entertaining. They come home tired and happy. Dog Royalty also offer boarding as well. We had our dogs stay at the Rossmore facility for about 3 weeks. It was a stressfree holiday for us not having to worry about them because they were constantly under supervision, whilst being entertained and kept to a nice schedule. The boys came back home from boarding looking as healthy as when they left. Would 100% recommend their service to others.
Chris and the team at Dog Royalty have been providing exceptional dog daycare and training to our two (very small, very big personality) boys, Franklin and Theodore, since 2020. Daycare: The drop off and pick up service is prompt and a huge timesaver for us, considering we both work and often would not be able to make pick up/drop off if we had to do this on our own. Our boys come home from their day exhausted but happy- and we can see why by checking in on them throughout the day using the dog royalty webcam. The team’s communication is fantastic, which was especially helpful in the transition period when both dogs started attending. The centre itself is a clean and well equiped enviroment, with plenty of activities. The team also regularly send us photo and video updates of them too, and overall, the service is very competitively priced. Training service: We also decided to enlist Doy Royalty's training services to help our youngest dog tackle some reactivity while walking on lead. Chris took the time to chat to us comprehensively about our goals and objectives, determined our current approach to training, and spent almost three hours walking us (literatally and figuratively) through a new, sensible and gentle training approach. By the end of this session we felt so much more confident in recognising and dealing with any lead reactivity and my partner and I now equipped with a consistent approach to dealing with any reactive behaviour. Chris also followed up with a comprehensive written training plan that has been easy to incorporate into our daily routine. I cannot recommend the Dog Royalty team enough when it comes to providing daycare and/or training for your fur baby. Thank you again, Chris and the Dog Royalty team!
Dog Royalty is awesome! They came highly recommended via a friend and family member, and have superseded our expectations. The staff are so great and you know they absolutely love their job. They provide the wonderful service of picking up and dropping off our fur-baby, Crumpet, which puts us at ease, particularly on the days we cannot work from home. It's a beautiful thing to know your dog is in wonderful and safe hands when he is away from us. We are chuffed and the pictures speak for themselves. Our dog loves Dog Royalty. It is his happy place. He is always super excited to be picked up by Dog Royalty’s van. The service is extraordinarily convenient - your furry friend gets picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon, back home after a busy day of playing with other dogs. Our dog Bobby loves attending daycare at Dog Royalty and doesn’t glance back to us when the trainers come to collect him at the start of the day. He was a tiny 2kg puppy when he first started attending but the trainers all took great care of him slowly introducing him to the other dogs. He is now a hefty 4kg and full of a confidence which belies his size. We get regular pictures of Bobby at play from the dog royalty team with pics. The team is all incredibly caring.

I am so grateful to Chris and his wonderful team at Dog Royalty. We have 2 mini groodle pups who are now 6 months old. Chris came to our home for training when the pups were just 10 weeks old, his advice, care and expertise allowed us to get off to a great start with the pups. His early visit, assessment and expertise were fundamental as it allowed us to implement training in those very early days. I would not hesitate to book another review with him if I had any concerns in the future. As soon as the pups were able to attend Dog Royalty day care the wonderful team assisted us in booking them in. The pick up and delivery service is excellent. The contact via the app and the webcam are wonderful. The pups are up each morning hoping that it is a day care day as they love it. Their attendance has allowed them to socialise with other dogs and the staff, this has translated in to them being calmer and friendly on our daily walks and day to day outings. The Dog Royalty staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly, professional and clearly love animals. 5 stars for every aspect of this service.
The first day our puppy left for Dog Royalty, I cried. I continued crying for the next few weeks. As a doggy parent, It’s hard putting your trust in others. But I’m so glad I found dog royalty. I kept seeing the van around my area so I thought I would look into it. I was on the waitlist for a good few months but when I got the email to say there were spots available, I immediately signed him up. My dog Thor LOVES going! When he hears the dog on the door, he goes absolutely nuts. The staff who pick him up and work there are always so friendly and reassuring and you can see how much they love dogs and him. It’s a pretty amazing service. He gets picked up and dropped off at the door. We also get a little debrief on our dog’s day. Dog royalty have a live webcam so I like to watch Thor and see what he gets up too. He comes back home sooo exhausted. Our dog is highly social and loves playing with other dogs so we know this is the right place for him. They also have a What’s App group so we can message them at any time and they are extremely prompt with their responses. It was hard letting go of him but I’m so glad I did it. He loves going. If he could go every day, he would. Don’t hesitate, just do it. Your dog will love it!
Gaston loves Dog Royalty, he waits to hear the sound of the van pull up & he loves his days there as he gets to play all day. He has come back calm and tired but also the added training he gets has helped mellow him out. He’s a big boy and full of beans so it’s been such a fantastic experience and the team all lovely with him & he is such a happy pup. Couldn’t recommend enough to try them out.I also love that I can check in on him whenever I want by logging in.
We LOVE Dog Royalty! My 1 year old English Staffy "Joy" has been attending Dog Royalty for over 4 months now and she always has the best time with her doggy pals and comes home utterly exhausted (and happy)! It's been so great for her socialisation skills and I love that they have a big outdoor play area (where Joy can enjoy her sunny bakes). Their pick up and drop off service is so convenient for full time workers (like myself). Chris and the team are always super friendly, helpful and they will treat your pooch like their very own (literally like Royalty). I also love the regular updates and photos they provide and the fact that you can watch your dog having the best time via their live camera's is the absolute best! and also gives you that peace of mind. Couldn't recommend them enough! I'm so happy that we found this amazing place :) Thank you for taking such great care of my Joy Joy!

Our little Pepper has been visiting the Inn for many many years now and absolutely loves his stay. Jack and John are wonderful carers and so attentive to the Furbabies.
We needed to board our dog Abby and I didn’t want her staying in a cage the whole time (which appeared to be the case for other dog boarding houses). I was very happy when I discovered The Paws Inn. They only take a small number of dogs and do not cage them. The dogs are treated like their own, they sleep inside and are free to roam inside and out. It’s like leaving your dog with a friend or neighbour. Awesome service!
Jackie and John looked after Coco so well. They kept me updated daily on how she was going. I'm sure I fretted more for her than she did for me as she had a ball.

Our Corgi Steve looks forward to going to daycare every time! We get to drop him off whatever time we like and they bring him home for us in the afternoon. They do a screening test for each dog to see who they're compatible with and let them play with the dogs that match your dogs energy! We love that they go the extra mile and offer frozen treats and have parties for the dogs like Taco Tuesday, pool days and Christmas, Easter and Birthday parties! I also LOVE their instagram stories and seeing all the happy dogs 🥰 Steve comes home so tired and happy from interacting with the other dogs and staff all day! We love doggy daycare ❤️
We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog, Arlo, receives at Off the Bone. He absolutely loves this place and always has the best time! Sarah and Declan looked after him while we were away for six weeks, and they took such good care of him that he felt just at home. Now, Arlo goes to daycare there every week, and the staff are consistently fantastic. Their passion for dogs is evident in everything they do, and it’s clear they genuinely love and care for each and every dog. We highly recommend Off the Bone to anyone looking for a loving and safe environment for their furry friends!
OffThe Bone is a great place for my Assistance Dog in Training Trix to develop his social skills, while playing and being happy. I know that my adolescent dog is in the best of professional hands and supervised with care and relevant knowledge. Sarah makes also every effort to be accommodating and flexible to suit my time table. I am glad that I found this place via the recommendation of my Assistance Dog trainer.
Off The Bone doggy daycare has been a lifesaver for us, and our separation anxiety prone dog, Scout. Declan and his caring team look after the dogs as if they were their own, and provide a fun, and safe environment. It's a great place, and our boy LOVES to go each day, and is so tired out at the end, but energised to go again the next day. Scout has stayed the weekend a few times as well, and settles in to his home away from home. The new shop at the front is an amazing addition - selling locally made pet treats. I highly recommend Off the Bone to anyone looking for great care for their fur-babies!

Declan and Sarah from Off the Bone are amazing!!! My GSD Doja Absolutley loves her two days a week, With a variety of all breeds and sizes of dogs Doja gets to socialise well. Declan and staff are so kind and real animal lovers. I highly recommend if u are needing someone to take care of your fur baby to get in contact. Not only a fabulous, fun place for my dog, but also a much-needed service within the area. My dog Nala loves her weekly visit, where she is looked after by Declan and his great team. They are so caring and great at what they do, and Nala comes home tired after such a fun and stimulating day. We love Off The Bone.

I’ve had multiple great experiences here both with grooming, doggy daycare and Saturday play group. The employees are all very kind and Misty is always exhausted but very happy when I pick her up. I chose them specifically because she can see the groomer and daycare staff regularly and have a little group of humans she trusts. Extremely happy and I highly recommend them.

My two (photo attached) have benefited enormously from the socialisation, stimulation and increased exercise through the week. I couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly loves animals. My dog always looks forward to going, and I love getting updates throughout the day. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is in a safe and fun environment. I have had both my doggies in care with these amazing people from when they were puppies - they are looked after the way we look after them at home & my dogs adore them all - they have also taught my dogs & us certain things I wasn’t able to & my kids & I feel peace of mind knowing they are in the best of care - home away from home & notjing is ever too hard they will help in any way they can & I recommend them very highly - I’ve called last min & they try to accommodate & help out in any way possible. Oh my woof has provided an incredible service for our dog Marley. They really take the pressure off when we have long days at work. Seeing Marley get picked up in the morning is amazing, she hears the van before they’ve even parked up and is so so excited to be going on her group walks! We love the team at oh my woof!!
If I could give ten stars to Juan and the Oh My Woof Team I absolutely would. They love your doggie as much as you do. The convenience of the team picking up and dropping your fur-friend home is unbelievable. You even get "pup-dates" through the day to see what fun is being had! Oh My Woof are trustworthy, reliable, friendly and they LOVE your dog. I have no hesitation in recommending all their services. Juan at Oh My Woof has the best dog sitting and walking service in Sydney. It is unlike any other. Our dog Pluto has been looked after twice now (this time it was for 2 weeks) and when he came back he looked happy and healthy. He didn’t look anxious about us being away, he was very comfortable around Juan. He got lots of attention and exercise. I can’t recommend them enough.
Coco goes to daycare once a week or fortnight and she loves it! Juan gives us regular updates and there is spacious backyard ! Thanks for being another home away from home for Coco.
Couldn't live without these guys, our little mini Dachshund loves hanging out with Juan more than he does me! Comes back exhausted every time, he's never been to so many parks and beaches in his life!
We have been using Oh My Woof for our Luna since we got her. Juan has been amazing and has made our lives so much easier as we both work full time. He treats the dogs like his own and we fully trust him and the team with her. I get pictures and video updates whilst I’m at work and she’s always smiling and having a great time!
