We had a great time in Melissa and Ryan's home with Eric. He is very much as described - a sweetheart scaredy cat. However, on the second morning we were there it was like a switch flipped - he totally opened up and was so loving and playful! He has loud purrs and loves getting affection, especially in the morning before it becomes play time! (He has tons of fun toys!) He kept us entertained with his antics, and was great company. We had some nice cuddles on the couch, and he really enjoys making his presence known when you're in the kitchen. We enjoyed the proximity to Vancouver, but also being close to hikes and numerous parks. They generously let us borrow their bikes and we really enjoyed cycling around the dykes nearby. Definitely recommend this house sit, thanks again for everything!
We enjoyed housesitting for Barney in Dubai for an extended weekend. He gave clear directions about how to care for his apartment and two kittens. The apartment was conveniently located in a lake-view community, which had a variety of restaurants and services. It was ten minutes away from Palm Jumeirah and had easy access to public transportation. The kittens, Cosmo and Dilla, were cute and playful. They let us know when they wanted attention whether it was food, cuddles, or playtime. They equally enjoyed chasing string on the tile floor and snuggling on the couch to watch a movie. It was an enjoyable housesit thanks to Barney and the kittens.
We sat for Sally & Rob at their Busselton home in early April this year. Looking after Maggie and Spot was a joy. It is easy to walk Maggie to the beach two or three times a day when she will run after a tennis ball until you can't hit it any longer and then join you for a swim. Spot has his own pace of life and will occasionally join you for a cuddle. Sally and Rob have a lovely home, with a separate area for sitters and are a smashing couple. They greeted us with a detailed brief and a lovely dinner and made us feel really welcome. We had a lovely time in Busselton and would have no reservations recommending this sit to others - if we don't get there first!

I really enjoyed my sit with the adorable Bayliss! Vira is amazing—very sweet and exuberant! We met before the sit and she gave me a very thorough overview of Bayliss’ care and the apartment, so I felt totally prepared. Bayliss is shy, but not skittish and she will not turn down a Churu if you want to get her attention ☺️. By the second day, she was open to play and being in plain sight and just got more comfortable each day. Her care is very straightforward and she’s got a very cool litter machine that handles everything, but I did empty the litter before the bag was full because it is a small apartment and I wanted to keep everything smelling fresh. Vira was very communicative and we exchanged pictures and updates daily. I highly recommend a visit with Bayliss and Vira if you’re in the Bay Area!
