Sitting for the Fosters was a delight. They were so fun to meet (and the kiddos gave me a great tour of the house!) Louie and Charlie were SO cute and affectionate. Basie prefers her space, but she's a sweetheart and will mostly take care of herself. The house was gorgeous and is an amazing S. Austin location. I would be delighted to sit again the next time I'm in town.

I had the great fortune to sit for three sweet little cats nestled in a beautiful valley in Ardeche while their humans were absent. Technically, there are two cats in the house and a semi-abandoned one, Kia, who stays outside but needs food. Leign Anne and Jean Pierre, an intriguing pair, were warm, welcoming and very helpful during my arrival and departure. Their home is a comfortable stone farmhouse that sits on a highly unfrequented road and there is a good work area for digital nomads. The area is great for taking a stroll, run or bike ride. It's common to see sheep passing by, the occasional horse and if you're lucky you may even spot an elusive giant pig or two. I highly recommend this sit! Thank you Leigh Ann and Jean Pierre!!

Ulu and Mac are sweethearts! Mac is super affectionate, constantly wagging his tail for pets. Ulu is a treasure, who is happy to spend her day relaxing out on the back deck. They're both huge fans of cheese! Ulu and Mac's medication was straightforward. The chickens are fun and easy to take care of, they'll follow you around the yard and all have their own personalities. The fish were dormant during our stay. Nathalie and Ken met with us the day before our sit to go over our responsibilities, and provided us their camper to sleep in for the night which was much appreciated. Nathalie and Ken's house was easy to take care of, with a wood stove to keep the house warm and lots of cool plants around the house. We would absolutely sit here again!

Andrew and Melanie
Melanie and Andrew are kind and thoughtful hosts who made staying in Methven feel like a home from home. We kept in touch before and during the house sit, and they left clear instructions which were easy to follow.

Coco is a real sweetie who loves to cuddle at any opportunity, and Bonnie was a joy to have around. Banjo (the pig) is such a chatty character it's impossible not to love him! The chickens are easygoing, and having fresh eggs every day was such a treat. Suess (a bottle-fed lamb) was adorable, and the premature twin lambs who arrived were even more so! Experiencing a slice of farm life on their patch was awesome!

The mountain views from Melanie and Andrew's home were spectacular, and the whole family was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this house sit and would happily return again! Thank you again to Melanie, Andrew and their family for sharing their home.

We had a lovely stay at Emma's place in Chew Magna. The house is perfect for a small family and situated on the edge of a quaint village near gorgeous countryside. The instructions and communication about the stay were clear; her pets are a joy to care for; and the house has everything we needed for an ideal stay.
