Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

We left our puppy Willow for her first long stay with Natalie and it couldn’t have gone any better. Natalie was so friendly, professional and had so much knowledge of dogs. We received lots of video and photo updates whilst we were on holiday which was so lovely and really put our minds at ease. Natalie took Willow on lots of fantastic walks and showered her with hugs and affection. I could tell Willow absolutely loved staying with Natalie and can’t wait to go back next time! Natalie looked after our dog Mango whilst we went down to Cornwall to get married recently. We've used Natalie a number of times both for home boarding and for dog walking. Natalie is amazing at caring for your dogs like they are her own. We have daily updates and videos sent to use whilst on holiday which is so reassuring to see. Our dogs have a great time when they stay, playing with Natalie's own dog Millie to the point where they don't want to come home and sulk when they do. Natalie is an amazing dog sitter, and our pup always has a great time with her and her family. She's brilliant at always sending updates and keeping us informed, and our dog clearly loves being at hers! It means we don't have to worry at all about going away.
For the first time, we had to leave our 8 months old Labrador with a dog sitter and chose Natalie. We dropped him off at hers and picked him up in great shape and happy as ever four days later. Natalie sent us photos and videos throughout our pooch’s stay and kept us up to date about his behaviour and well-being, which we very much appreciated. Our Lab got lots of cuddles and playtime with other dogs, Natalie herself and her daughter. She also took him for lots of long walks to ensure that he was getting the exercise he needs (yes, he’s VERY active). Natalie followed the instructions we gave her very closely so that we never had to worry about our dog’s dietary requirements. In summary; very professional and highly recommended!
Natalie and her family are the best ! Every time we leave our dog Ziggy with Natalie we feel relaxed knowing that Ziggy is well looked after and loved. Being a Veterinary Nurse, I am extremely protective over my fur babies, and was petrified of leaving them in kennels whilst we went away (my first holiday without my dogs in 7 years) Luckily I found Natalie who welcomed my babies with open arms and treated them as if they were her own. With daily video updates and messages of reassurance, I've never been so relaxed and confident leaving my dogs with someone whilst we went away. In a word Natalie is AMAZING!! We left our cocker spaniel Ronnie for two weeks and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from a dog sitter. I had regular daily videos and pictures which really put my mind at rest as we had never left him for so long before. Natalie looks after and walks our puppy Rodney every weekday for us and we trust her 150% Rodney loves her, we think she is great and a really lovely person. We have also noticed a great improvement on Rodney's walking on the lead as Natalie enforces his training needs. I just have to share, I have never met a nicer groomer!! He is absolutely amazing, after going to a few groomers in my time and never thinking much of any of them, I found out about laki left my millie to grow for a while and took her here. I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to pick her up but I nearly cried with happiness!! She is AMAZING and i would of paid double the price to see her looking as good as she does. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done under the circumstances!!!! I will never ever go anywhere else!!! She smelt amazing and as for looks I am super super glad I have got a poodle. Every time I look at her I just think wow!!! X

I have known Lydia for a number of years. I'm an experienced dog owner and have done courses in dog management and behaviour. Lydia is extremely professional and really cares about the dogs she looks after. I see her regularly in a number of different parks with a mixed group of dogs. Lydia goes out of her way to respond to the differing needs of each individual dog. I'm retired and don't need the services of a dog walker. However, if I did, Lydia would be my number one choice to take care of my dog.
Monty has had a lovely weeks stay with Lydia and her crew. Monty has his own little habits and traits and is not the easiest dog (maybe the largest) but he settled in to Lydias and loved the other dogs. Leaving your dog with someone new leaves you feeling nervous but the daily updates put our mind at rest so we could enjoy our holiday. As dog owners we were very reluctant to put our dog into a kennel. Home boarding was the best solution for us and we started the process of finding someone to look after our new pup Barney early this year. We spoke to a number of people before we decided to use Lydia’s service. From day one she made it clear she would only accept a dog if it’s temperament was right and he got on well with not only her own dog but other dogs stopping with her, which was very reassuring to us. After a successful trial day followed by a trial overnight stay, Barney stopped with Lydia for a week. Barney came away bouncing and happy and it is clear he has been well looked after. Lydia was very thorough with every process especially at the beginning and we were pleased this was the case as it reassured us that she had the dogs interests at heart and that we were leaving Barney with someone we could trust. That attention to detail was a big reason for choosing Lydia. We also appreciated the daily photos on the Facebook page which again made us feel at ease during our holiday. Overall, we are extremely happy with how Barney has been cared for and would not hestitate in using Lydia again or recommending her to our friends and family. Thank you :)
Lydia has looked after my pup since he was 9 weeks old (he's nearly 4 years old now), and he absolutely loves her. He has such a wonderful time when out with her, and gets very excited when he hears her pull up! Couldn't trust her anymore if I tried. Would definitely, and do, recommend :)

I have been using Solihull Paws for about 7 months. During this time I have been so impressed with the help they have given me and my golden retriever Ozzy. Katie will always work her magic with fitting us in and Ozzy goes bananas when Fern collects him. Dogs don't lie and Ozzy is always pleased to see her and confident in going with her, she has a clear love of dogs which is highly reciprocated! Anyone who is anxious about letting a stranger take their beloved pup out (as I was) Fern is a reassuring, caring and trustworthy dog walker and would highly recommend her.
I used solihull paws from sept 2023 until April 2024. Only required 8 lead walks per month. In that short time they failed to show up for my dogs on 7 occasions, with no real apology or explanation. A lot of my pre arranged walks were cancelled last min, due to 'emergencies'. Coincidentally these excuses mainly fell on weekends. 3 or 4 times i came home to toilet accidents in my home and sad dogs. My neighbour confirmed, on these occasions, 'the walker' didn't stay more than 10mins. I also came home on 2 occasions to my main back door being left wide open!!!!!! Katie the owner of solihull paws, was my only point of contact. For some reason you don't have direct contact with the actual person walking your dog? Problem here was, Katie was extremely poor at communication. She rarely responded to my messages. I was rarely given updates on my boys wellbeing. Other than Fern, my boys initial dog walker, i had no idea who was walking my dogs. I couldn't keep up with her staff turn around. Last straw for me, was Katie committing, 3 months in advance, to dogsitting while i was on holiday, then basically ignoring me and my messages leading up to my hol. This left me in stressful limbo, a week before my flight. Then last min Katie said 'I'll ring my friend in portsmouth, she'll do it" She was then ringing me straight back to confirm this' (a stranger stopping in my home, who's never met my boys before???!!!) Katie didn't ring me back as promised. Luckily a family member came to my rescue last min. Needless to say, about 1 month into using solihull paws, i was actively seeking/on waiting lists for more reliable, trust worthy, dog walkers. Other than the times Fern walked them (thank you) in the 9yrs of their existance, I'd never known them so sad/stressed when I've come home from work, As lovely as Katie seemed initially, I won't be recommending solihull paws to anyone and I'm skeptical of these others reviews to be honest

Katie has been looking after our border collie for over 3 years now. She began by doing puppy visits as soon as we got him, she even cleared up the ‘puppy mess’ when she visited while we were at work! He is a nervous boy and is not good around adults but he has always adored Katie! She is our boys favourite person, loves her to bits and always has a fabulous time when he goes out with her. Katie has walked our dog since he was a puppy. He loves going out with her and we've always felt he is safe, well looked after and paired well with other dogs. Bonus is that he always comes home to sleep for hours. We've also used Katie for dog sitting and again have always been as happy as the dog!
From the moment I first contacted Katie, I felt confident that my boxer dog would be in the very best of hands. And I was not wrong! I cannot thank Katie enough for the love and care she has shown towards Rodney. She treats him like one of her own and it's evident as he's so happy and content every time he comes back from his walks. It's such a relief to know that I can trust Katie with his well-being, and through her regular updates, I am so grateful for the peace of mind that she provides. We've had dog walkers before and it's difficult to find someone that understands boxer dogs, but Katie knows exactly how to handle their crazy, stubborn but loving ways. My dog had a lovely bond with Graham. We have had to leave Birmingham for a period of time, but hopefully we'll be back and Graham is the first person I'd trust with Poppy. I've never seen him with more than four dogs (usually two or three) and it's only ever one big dog and some little ones. Your dog will be in safe, responsible hands with Graham.
I recently moved home and needed to find a new dog walker. Having used the same one for the last 3 years I was a bit worried but I've been so pleased with Graham. Friendly, professional and my dog Mitch absolutely adores him. As soon as the buzzer rings, Mitch is so excited for his walk and I'm relieved I've found someone trustworthy to look after him during the walks. Highly recommended 😁
It is Ethel, our 8 year old Springador, who should be writing this review. That said if her patient wait by the front door on a weekday lunchtime is anything to go by, it's a vital and enjoyable part of her daily routine; an opportunity to catch up with her canine pals and share the news as to what's been happening at home. For my part, the expert eye of Graham captures the relaxed goings among the dogs with his daily photo...how does he get them all to smile for (or at least look at) the iPhone at the same time? A huge thank you for Graham's calm, caring professionalism.
Graham is amazing. He takes wonderful care of my bunnies, even shops for them when I haven’t let enough food. He is responsive and flexible when I constantly change my plans, take spontaneous breaks or get my dates muddled. A real gem. My life without him would be holidayless!
We love Graham at Rainbow Paws! Graham visits Mario weekly, always on time and with a bright smile for our pooch. He's been very responsive to any behaviour concerns with our dog, suggesting the right groups for him and reporting back on any progress or set backs. He is always in touch and sends us photo updates even on short walks and gives thoughtful Christmas treats. Mario is over the moon when Graham is at the door!

We're very precious when it comes to our two little princes Cas and Dave (guinea pigs) and princess Bea (Syrian hamster) and Graham does an amazing job coming in to feed and look after them. The boys are generally very shy around strangers but after just a few visits they're now happily accepting hand-fed veggies from Graham. We really appreciate the regular updates as we miss our babies terribly while we're away. Highly recommend Rainbow Paws to anyone with small pets!
As soon as we met Graham at Rainbow Paws, we knew he was the right dog walker for our sassy little diva. Our pooch came with a whole list of requirements (including an anxious dog mum...) but nothing was too much trouble for Graham - he fulfils everything with total professionalism. He is flexible, adaptable and highly communicative; we love receiving photos of her daily walks too! We trust him completely with our beautiful pooch and we know he loves her, just like we do. Along with the usual dog walking arrangements, our little fur ball appears to have picked up some fantastic obedience habits too - testament to Graham’s consistency and knowledge of positive doggy behaviour. My dog is a cocker spaniel and is nearly 9 years old , we have never left her with anyone due to her being very nervous with strangers and other animals. However we had a family wedding and she needed a 2 day stay at the kennels. I was very anxious about leaving her , but I can say I would highly recommend Hylton Hound as she was absolutely fine and settled, they understood her anxiety to strangers other dogs and worked with her until she felt comfortable to build a bond. She had a lovely stay, she even went out on to the fields and let the staff cuddle and stroke her. I was very pleased with the love and care she received, whilst she was there .
Thank you so much my dog is Simba he was with Hilton Hound hotel these 11 days and let me tell you my dog is happy well full of life. They will take care of your dog giving all the love and care. Today I went to collect my dog in the beginning all he wanted was to stay there. Absolutely nothing to complain about my dog who I'd never left before stayed here for a week in June 2024 and I was so scared and nervous! But hylton hounds made it so easy. Pictures everyday and videos made me be able to enjoy my holiday knowing my boy was happy and safe will definitely be using these kennels again! This morning I picked my dog winnie up from a 2 week stay I knew while she was there she wouldn't be her normal self for a few day or eat normal so I took her tins of sardines I knew she would eat them and I was write the young man I spoke to said 1st day or so she wouldn't eat as soon as the sardines came she wolfed them down the staff can't make your dog eat again 1st few days was quite but with lots of fuss she came out of her shell and was happy , yes when she came out she smelt a bit but that is expected nothing a quick shower didn't solve thankyou guys for looking after her we picked up a happy dog will definitely be back.
We have used hylton hounds for the past six years with no problems, till this year!! We left them for 16 days, we always take our own food so as not to disrupt the dogs digestives system swapping and changing. When we picked them up they had both lost weight a good 3kg each, their harnesses were hanging on them. Both dogs were ravenously hungry. We had a quick turnaround to another holiday (they were only home for 4 days) when we took them back they didn't want to go in. When I picked them up after 10 days my male has lost more weight, you can feel his back bone and ribs!! He is eating like he is starving, he has an ear infection and is subdued which isn't like him! We were also informed by text that we were being charged an extra £50 because he had destroyed 2 raised beds!! Surely they are insured against this sort of thing!! Bearing in mind what money we have saved them by using our own food! In 3 weeks we have paid them nearly £1200!! Well Hylton that is the last money you will be getting from us!! I wouldn't recommend you to anyone!! My dogs clearly haven't had the care they should have had!
Very friendly and caring staff - obviously devoted to the dogs. We’ve had our lab there since a puppy. I love the diary notes each visit and Instagram photos / videos of your dog.
Really disappointed with hylton, we have been using hylton for years and our pooch loved it there, last time we took her she was visibly shaking and actively trying to leave whereas normally she would be very excited to go there. We were also informed of a very serious incident involving our pooch from a previous stay but it was told to us in a very informal, jovial way, but hadn't been alerted about it. Before writing this we emailed hylton to try to deal with our concerns directly but wasn't even given the courtesy of a response. We are so upset about how poor the service was as we have used them so often.
I can't recommend Hylton Hound Hotel highly enough. Total confidence that our girl was looked after brilliantly, which made for a stress free holiday.
Absolutely excellent. If you treasure your pet then Nicole and Social Paws are ones for you. She treats them like they’re her pets too. My dog loves her and the happy walks (playtime with other dogs in different parks and in the hills). I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Brilliant service all around and great value for money. I booked a cat sitting service for 4 visits over 3 days. My cat (see attached photo for cuteness) was fed on time each day and given treats and attention to ensure she wasn't lonely. I was sent multiple photos during each visit to put my mind at ease and so I could see she was being looked after. The sitter came to meet my cat beforehand to befriend her which was a great thing to do and when I came home she was happy and healthy and perfectly looked after. Her litter tray was clean and her dinner bowls had even been washed up. I have booked to use the cat sitting service again already and I will be using We Walk Woofs for all future cat sitting as I am so impressed with the quality of service I received.
Sharon has been walking our pup for 8 months now. She's been brilliant. Always very flexible as our timings and days change every week, and completely reliable. In addition, her communication with us is really good. Our pup loves going out with Sharon, and it's such a comfort to know she's in great hands!!
This was the first time I had ever used anyone to feed my cats. I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon and WeWalkWoofs. She sent daily pics and I could see how happy they were and getting a fuss. Took all worry away and I could enjoy my holiday. I totally recommend these lovely people and their professional, personal service.
Sharon and Dave were fantastic and very professional when we needed our dog, Oscar, to be looked after when we went away at short notice. Dave came and met Oscar and made a big fuss of him; Oscar responded really positively and willingly went out for a walk with Dave straightaway. While we were away Dave came to feed and walk Oscar several times a day and as an added bonus he also made sure our house was secure. The whole experience was really positive and we would not hesitate to use We Walk Woofs again; we would highly recommend them.
Booked Sharon in to care for our two cats, one a relatively new rescue cat, whilst we were away for a week. We couldn't be happier with the service. The twice daily updates and photos were wonderful and our cats clearly loved the care they got. Have already book in for our next two holidays. Can't recommend highly enough.
When I was searching for a dog walker, quite literally everybody I spoke to recommended Sharon and Dave from We Walk Woofs. I'm so happy with the service and I know Darcy is too. Sharon walks Darcy every day and sends pictures of their day's activities which brightens up my day. Sharon even pops the TV on for Darcy when she drops her home. Both Sharon and Dave are lovely, down to earth people and you can certainly trust them with your beloved dogs. Would highly recommend!
Amazing service from Sharon and Dave. I have 2 wonderful pooches but they just do not walk nicely together. On a normal day Dave walks one while I walk the other, he is really flexible. The boys are both devoted to him, he's like part of the family. I get regular photo updates and I can see they get to go on really fun walks with other doggies. It's clear to me they'd rather go for a walk with him than me! Fabulous to deal with.
Dave and Sharon took care of our cat at short notice when we went away over the Easter weekend. We received updates and photos every day so knew he was being well looked after. Excellent service, can thoroughly recommend.
This family run company are amazing. They came to feed our cats, discovered the loo was leaking, turned off the water, sorted the heating and cleared up the kitchen where the cats managed to turn on the tap! I got very reassuring pictures at each visit of the cats who loved Sharon (despite being scared of lots of people). This company look after your pets so kindly, look after you and look after your house. I’m very glad I found them. Very much above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
When I desperately needed help with walking my dog Barnaby, We Walk Woofs came to the rescue. Sharon and Dave are both wonderful and very committed to the dogs. Barnaby thoroughly enjoys his walks with Sharon and I enjoy a bit of peace whilst he is out. I would thoroughly recommend them as both professional and true animal lovers.
