After driving behind this companies van today near nash mills, the driver proceeded to the “right turn” lane when he unbeknownst to me intended on going straight so cut me up at the exit, then was definitely going above the 30mph speed limit towards railways terrace traffic light (i was going 30 the van accelerated way ahead of my after being just a few metres) then after passing the through the bridge towards the speed camera the van breaked sharply as obviously speeding or would have been no need for the near sudden stop. Overall i would not trust them to transport my dog in a van being driven dangerously like this !!

I've been using Tim and the team for regular day care and occasional overnight boarding for a couple of years now. It's a wonderful set up, with all the comforts of home - a really lovely environment. My dog is so pleased to see Tim when she arrives as she knows she has a brilliant day of engaging walks and playtime ahead. Tim and the team look after the dogs impeccably - I trust them completely and my dog is tired and happy when I pick her up! Highly recommended.

From the very first time my dog and I met Tim, I knew that he was the right choice. Tim is incredibly calm, kind mannered and the perfect choice to entrust to look after my furry family member! My dog is always happy to see Tim (and actually squeals with excitement as we arrive!) and always comes home tired. Daycare with Tim has been a great help in socialisation, but also a major relief knowing that if I need to travel for work, or want to take some holiday time with the family that there's somewhere safe, trusted and suitable.

My dog absolutely loves going to Tim's be it for boarding or just for day care. I cannot rate the standard of care given highly enough. Tim and his team treat the dogs in their care as part of their family and all the dogs seem so content there. You can tell by looking at their photos that the dogs are exercised well and most importantly look happy.

Our 2 springer spaniels go to Tim (and Sarah his assistant) for dog walking and boarding. Tim is very thorough and organised and we feel 100% safe leaving our precious dogs in his care. He takes the dogs for TWO country walks a day and they always come home happy and shattered! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Tim runs a fantastic and very caring dog day walking and boarding business. Our dog was well looked after, and taken on long and fun walks with other active dogs. Often he would have been washed too and came back looking very groomed. I recommend this business to anyone that wants a premium and caring dog service.

Tim and his team have been taking care of my dog now for several years. We can't fault the care and affection they give to Dexter. They take great care to tailor his walks to suit him as he is now an elderly dog. We have never had any concerns leaving him for extended stays when we go away. It is a second home now for Dexter. Can recommend them without hesitation and would not leave my dog anywhere else!

My dog loves going for Day Care with Tim and his team -she can't wait to get through the door. Tim is always really helpful and even though I only use the service occasionally, and sometimes at short notice, they will always try to accommodate my requirements. Highly recommended.

Great place to leave your dog. They are well cared for and are in secure garden and taken out for walk. Can't recommend this highly enough. Would definitely use again.

I would highly recommend Mary - she has my dog Digby every now and then either for the day or overnight and she treats him like her own. She is so warm and sweet with all the dogs in her care. She takes them for walks twice a day come rain or shine and Digby always comes back clean. Once she even gave him a lavender facial! I never worry when he’s at Happy Hounds. Mary has looked after our dog, Sam for the last few years. She takes such good care of him whilst we are away, and Sam is so happy when he boards with her. Mary has looked after our dog on and off for a long time now both during the day and also for long weekends and he has the absolute time of his life. He gets spoiled rotten and I know he is cared for even better than he is at home. Can’t recommend Mary enough.

Outstanding! Mary came to our rescue at short notice,after an overnight trial, Tiger holidayed for 2 weeks. We could see that he was having a great time time while we were away, he was in great shape when we came home and I knew that he loved Mary when he went back for a last hug before we went home. Recommended by a friend I'd been meaning to use Barking Mad for ages as the concept is so brilliant - to send your dog to a family who loves dogs instead of a kennel. The whole process was so easy and my dog had a wonderful time with a lovely couple and met their entire family - I had regular photo updates! I will definitely be using Barking Mad again and would recommend it to everyone!

We have been hosts for Barking Mad for a number of years now, and love having the dogs to stay with us, Carole is an amazing lady, who cares very deeply about her "charges" knowing that they are in good hands, we will continue to host for Barking Mad for as long as we can, but the day may come when we have our own dog !!

Kitti and Laszlo are an absolute gem! We found them over a year ago and we wouldn’t trade them for anyone else! Our cat Freddie is not used to strangers and is quite shy when approached, but this dream team not only managed to get his the friendliest and softest side since day one, but he is completely different to us! I have known Kitti for well over a year now and she has looked after our Lakeland terrier Callie many times and walked her often. She is absolutely beautiful with her, and has an intuitive sense of how to make Callie happy and also calm, as she can be a bit overexcited! Kitti and Laszlo have looked after my rescue dog on a number of occasions now, including a 3 night stay in July 2023. We were looking for a house and pet sitter for our fur babies for a long time who we’d trust not only with our three cats and two dogs but also trust with our house. We aranged to meet kitti and laszlo before any sort of arrangements to see if we and they would be comfortable with the house and the animals and from the moment we both the kids and we felt comfortable with them. We have asked them to look after our furry kids and the house numerous of times since then and it’s never a worry for us. We get regular photos and updates of how they’re all getting on and come home to a clean and tidy home, and 5 happy kids. Kitti and laszlo we feel are becoming like members of the family and a hopefully continue to be there for our kids when we unfortunately have to work away. Since we got our puppy a few years ago, Pet Relief have been amazing. From visits during the day when our puppy was small, to regular walks now and even occasional boarding nights when we go away, our pup always has a great time! Lisa and Paul have also been great and if we ever need to change our plans plans at the last minute, they are always understanding. Through covid they have made sure that they follow social distancing to ensure they provide a safe service. Would definitely recommend.

Pet Relief look after my 3 cats in our own home whenever I go away and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are happy to do all the little things like watering plants and turning lights on and off as well as caring for my cats who are always super-happy to see them. Pet Relief have always been reliable, punctual and so good with my babies - I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Pet Relief have provided us with cat feeding visits for over 10 years now. My cats much prefer being left in their own home and surroundings opposed to being taken to a cattery! Pet Relief are consistent, reliable and particularly responsive if you have a last minute requirement too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you live in the Hertfordshire areas they cover.

Pet Relief provides a fantastic service both in terms of dog walking and dog boarding. They have been totally reliable, always finding cover where needed and will do little extra things like turning on and off lights and picking up post. They have found walkers for us when we have needed someone at short notice and have even taken my dog to the groomers when I have been unable to do so. I have complete confidence that my dog will be walked by someone who loves animals and not in an enormous pack unlike so many other companies that you see. My dog loves her regular walker almost more than she loves us.

So Paul visited us at home to meet us and familiarise himself with our cat and property.He was very friendly and professional. He understood our needs and was in contact with us whilst we were away.He was very reliable and we would definitely use him again when we go away. Highly recommended

Debby looks after my pets when Im away. My pets adore her. She even tidies up for me if ive left in a hurry. She stays with each of my cats and bunny and gives them attention and also shows me photos as I miss them when im away.

Sue and the Young’s Whiskers and paws team are amazing with our dog, who has been going 2 days a week for the past year. It has become like a home from home for her and we couldn’t be happier with the love and attention she receives in their care. Our dog is always so excited to be picked up and we really couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Sue looked after Buffy and Willow again when we were away this year. My cats were rescues and are shy and nervous, so I'm very glad to have Sue to be so kind and gentle with them in my home when I am on holiday. She lets me know how they are doing by photo/video so I don't miss them so much.

Sue and the team are brilliant, they look after Monty wonderfully and I always feel happy knowing he is cared for and safe. Monty has been going to day care here for almost a year and he loves it. Thoroughly recommend!

Such a wonderful group of people and pups my little lady runs in every morning doesn’t look back and come home shattered and supper content, the safety and knowledge of everyone is excellent and if there are any concerns Sue will do her upmost to help you. Tony has been walking our cavalier Daphne for 6 years since she was a puppy. Daphne loves her long walks (maybe not so much when it rains). She really missed them during lockdown. Tony has also built on the training we have done in regards to recall and we really noticed the difference. Being a spaniel she would chase birds and it took a long time for her to come back. Tony and Lindy are professional and flexible as we have sometime had to change pick up and drop off points last minute. Importantly they are also competitively priced. Would definitely recommend

Harry loves his walks with Tony, he hears the van in the drive and runs out ready to go! You can tell there is genuine care for the dogs and reassurance they are well looked after and interacting with similar good natured dogs.
