Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

We were so relieved to find Amanda at short notice and were delighted with her services. She visited our cat twice a day while we were away and sent us updates to show he was happy and eating. Excellent all round.

Amanda looked after my mother-in-law’s cat while she was away visiting her daughter. It was a very last minute request but Amanda came to do a home visit the very next day and immediately reassured us. Sasha was taken good care of and it was good to know she was in safe hands. Amanda looked after our cat for a whole week while we were away. She came round for introductions and Cleo loved her straight away! Often stand-offish, she turned into a puddle of purrs. Amanda is friendly, professional and clearly has a way with animals. We felt completely happy trusting Cleo to her care and would definitely use her services again. P.S. Amanda is brilliant with both dogs and humans! As a first time owner I was too nervous to let my pup off lead, Amanda gave me the confidence to try it and we’ve never looked back. Now Thelma has much nicer walks. She’s made a huge difference, highly recommend!

Emma is absolutely amazing. She has looked after both my dogs since they were puppies and they love her! They always want to go to Emma’s, they are excited to get out of the car and she is fantastic with them. They’ve stayed for a weeks holiday as well as for day care and I never worry about them when they are with her. I’d recommend her without any hesitation.
We have used Emma since March this year when my 2 pugs first stayed for 5 nights. We then have used for other holidays and they go to the doggy day care weekly! Emma is amazing with them, and we always receive updates including pictures. There treated just like one of the family, Bailey and Luna absolutely love going and nothing is to much trouble for her. I can’t praise Emma enough for looking after my Labrador, Bonnie while we were away on holiday. She was so kind with my super sensitive dog who has separation anxiety, and to my delight, Bonnie quickly settled in and enjoyed the company of Emma’s own dogs. Emma provided regular updates and photos of Bonnie’s stay which help to put our minds at ease . We were able to enjoy our holiday knowing that our precious dog was being so well looked after. We were so grateful to Emma and Bonnie obviously really enjoyed her stay.

Emma is always good at communication and keeping us updated with what's happening. Our old dog Gengis (16) always seems to come back with a new lease of life after visiting Furry Chums. Our younger dog Bobby, who's a bit of a live wire, is looked after brilliantly too despite being hard work! Would definitely recommend here for your dogs
Absolutely everything about Furry Chums is excellent. Emma is so loving towards all of the animals she looks after and my Dog never wants to leave when i go to pick him up, because he has obviously had such a good time. Emma takes fabulous care of my two French bulldogs-both dog walking and taking care of them at her house whilst we are away on holiday-we wouldn’t trust anybody else. She is reliable, friendly and fantastic with dogs!
Our dog loves going here, he is eager to get in there and I'm sure he would go every day if allowed. He is always ready for a long sleep after a day. They always seem to have fun going off the social media pictures and the staff seem to have a genuine love for the dogs that attend.
Nova our 7 month old doberman has been going to doggy house for over 3 months now she goes everyday we are so lucky to of found it the prices are so reasonable and nova loves going she gets to play all day if she wants and interact with all breeds of dogs it's so easy to book as you have your own account online the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble you can tell they all love animals they have helped so much with nova as she is very excitable on collection there are updates and videos on social media of the dogs playing in the day which is great to see we travel from Handforth as there is nothing closer like it. 100% we would recommend to anyone who is looking for a lovely atmosphere and staff to look after and care for our fur babies 😊😊😊

My border terrier loves playing here, I take her to socialise her which seems to be working. The staff are great, they know all the dogs, and there is really good staff retention which must mean they are happy as well
We leave our pup here once a week when we have longer work days. We have home pick up the staff are lovely and reliable and give us full confidence that our doggo is being well looked after !
I can’t recommend this place enough, I have honestly never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to drop off or pick up my dog so I think some of the other reviews are maybe a little harsh, it stands to reason that there would be a chat with staff on the handover of your prized pet. The staff work very hard especially Jack, to ensure that our doggies have a fabulous day, my doggie goes 3 days a week , every week for the 2 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If there was 10 stars I’d give it x
I absolutely love the staff there after having trouble with the daycare in Trafford park after they didn’t treat my dog Roger right, they helped me and my partner with training him and pretty much look after him in general. I cannot thank them enough for their support my dog loves it there he runs inside the place with excitement.

It’s a nice enough daycare but the drop-off and pick-up process is painfully slow. You can expect to wait 15-20 minutes to drop-off a dog in the morning whilst staff have a min in-depth conversation with people who will indulge it or complete inductions of new dogs at peak hours.
Staff on the front are always friendly. Would be great if you offered weekends.
We board our cat there when we go on holiday. Alan and team are caring professional. Misty always looks a picture of health on our return.
Always very welcoming our cats don't seem distressed in any way on their arrival or departure. Basic amenities compared to some maybe but the facilities are what I expect. Good value accommodation.
Really good kennels and cattery. Can highly recommend. We have used them for years for all our dogs and cat. They look after the animals realy well. Keep you updated with pics about their antics on the field.
My 2 elderley cats have spent 3 weeks with Alan & Alison first time in a cattery for both. I picked them up today and they were fine.. Got home & back into their routine thank you for looking after them both I’m truly grateful X

My Black Labrador Rocco has been coming to Reed House Farm since he was a puppy, (he is nearly 9 now) and I can't recommend Alan and Allison enough. He has always been happy to go and I can tell he is always well looked after when I go to pick him up. You can tell that they really care for the animals they look after. I wouldn't take him anywhere else and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a kennel.
Our GSD and little shitzu have just come back after a 5 night stay at the kennels.(To be honest we very rarely put the dogs in kennels as 1 of us is always home,but we were all away in Tunisia for my daughters wedding. )Alan came and collected the dogs and seeing their reaction to him,I knew straight away they were being left in good hands.Nikki who walked the dogs sent us pics and videos both dogs looked extremely happy and were obviously enjoying their stay.We paid a little extra for our GSD to have the longer walks on the days she was there and it was well worth it.Both dogs came home looking totally relaxed.No signs of separation anxiety from our GSD. (Which was a huge relief).Reed House will be the only kennels we use now ( if needed ) The staff are amazing,nothing is too much trouble for them .The kennels are spacious and well maintained.I honestly cannot recommend them enough.Definately 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge Thank-you to all the staff x
Been taking my dogs here for years. Lovely people and when one of our dogs (with separation anxiety) wouldn’t eat they bought and cooked chicken for him. Inevitable that some animals will fret no matter how good the kennels are - and these are good.
Both my cat and now my dog stay at Reed House. We have used Reed House for our cat for 6 years. Prior to using Reed House we had tried two other kennels and it was clear when picking our cat up that he was distressed and upset. From the first time at Reed House you could tell the difference. When we picked up he was relaxed and calm When we got him home he just carried on like he had never been away. When we got our puppy he was quite nervous. Reed House we’re really good at gently getting him used to staying in kennels. Now he is much more settled and relaxed when we take him. Reed House is run by lovely people who really care about and know animals. I have recommended them to a number of my friends with pet and all have said how happy there pets were after staying.
Please do not allow your pets to stay here. We wish someone had warned us. Our pup (only 6 1/2 months old) went in a healthy, happy, thriving pup. Our fur baby deserved care and love yet he came out skin & bone, filthy, smelly and sad. He lost so much weight in the 2 weeks he was in (even though we sent him with his own food and was told he was eating everything), he lost all of his muscle and was covered in a smelly waxy grime on return to us. We are truly and utterly heartbroken. You put your trust into these people to look after your fur babies. It looks like he was barely fed and never walked. We called several times to check he was ok only to be told that he was fine, eating everything and no problem at all - all lies. We asked for pictures but they were never forthcoming, all makes sense now. They also make you pay in full before you see the condition of your pet.
Cheryl has been walking my dog for a few years now. She's wonderful with him and he always comes back happy. What I personally value most about Cheryl is how good she is at communicating. She's really responsive and always sends updates and photos after the walk. She also offers dog sitting, which has helped us out massively and always feels better than putting them in Kennels :-)
I first met Cheryl whilst out on a walk, she was so lovely and amazing with the dogs she was walking I took her details & booked her in for our dog, Cas. I'm so glad I did, nearly 3 years later & I cannot recommend her enough!! Cas adores her (as do we!) and wags his tail every time we mention "Aunty Cheryl"! She looks after every dog as if they are her own, and even makes homemade treats for them too!
There's no one else I would trust with my pup. Cheryl goes above and beyond. Her business is her passion and this shows. The dogs get a great walk each day and a homemade treat when they get home. Dogs are transported in a full crated van and their safety is paramount. Highly recommended.

Left my bunny for the first time (almost 5) & I was incredibly nervous. Shannon was great allowing me to bring things from home such as her blankets and toys, and sending me updates & photos daily. I also paid for an additional nail clip which was incredibly handy & saved me an additional trip to the vet. Will be booking again.
Excellent boarding service for rabbits. I was able to relax on holiday knowing my rabbits were well taken care of and I was sent updates of my rabbits while I was away. They were very accommodating by allowing me to add some home comforts in the rabbits pen to make them feel more at home. They even provide a nail trim service. I would definitely recommend Paw Pet Care.
Courtney and Shannon have walked my rescue dog Ralph multiple days a week for 15 months now. When we first rescued him he was a nervous wreck but Courtney and Shannon showed endless patience and love for him so that it wasn’t long before Ralph grew to be excited for his walks. They’ve also been super helpful in supporting us with training his recall on walks and have taken some beautiful pictures along the way. I trust them 100% and Ralph absolutely loves them both, so much so that he waits by the door until they come for him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paws Pet Care to anyone 😊

Gareth has been looking after our black lab Edie since she was 3 months old, she is now 2. Edie loves him, and she looks forward to her daily walk with him every day. Gareth knows a lot about dogs and animals in general. He is professional, trustworthy, and he offers an incredible walking and boarding service for the price. Gareth has been walking our dog since he was a puppy and has always been incredibly reliable. Gareth’s never let us down, is flexible and our dog loves his walks with him. Gareth looks after Sam as if he was his own. We get photos when he’s out on his walks. He is extremely professional, an expert at handling larger dogs. Gareth is fantastic, not only has our little Sassy come on with her training whilst walking on the lead she has improved interacting with other dogs with her group walks. Gareth walks my two staffies Tess and Lola every Wednesday and is absolutely fantastic. They took to him straight away when he came to meet them and I've never had any problems. If there's any changes to the time of their walk he always texts in advance to let me know and even text to ask how Lola was when she went to the vets. Gareth has walked Huxley since he was a young pup and he is now aged 3 years. Huxley always gets excited when he hears Gareth’s van pull up outside and comes back from his walk ready for a snooze. This was the first time that Tango our beloved hamster had stayed away from home apart from with friends. I was really worried about wether he would be ok. But I didn't need to worry. Sarah from PHG was brilliant. We received regular updates and photos to put our minds at rest. He was obviously very happy and had lots of exercise and cuddles! I have already recommended Sarah to my friends.
This was the first time we had used PHG Altrincham & Sale for our two pet Guinea pigs Phil and Gary. We were delighted by the care that Sarah from PHG gave our guinea pigs, we received photos and updates during their stay which was lovely to see. The guinea pigs had the opportunity to exercise outside and were fed a healthy diet. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about guinea pigs and their needs. We will be using PHG again in the near future, and would recommend to friends.
After moving from Derby back to my home town of Manchester , I needed someone to look after my little girl staffie Bella . If my only option would have been kennels I wouldn't have had my holiday . After searching on line for almost two days Sarah called me , I cannot sing this girls praises enough , she put my mind at rest & sent me up dates whilst away . I made arrangements with Paul 2-3 months ago to walk our two dogs during the day whilst we’re away in three weeks ( our son will be there but working during the day). He was lovely on the phone, said it was all confirmed but to call him a few weeks before just to reconfirm, which I tried to do. I’d also sent him a confirmation email at the start. Over the last 2-3 weeks I left him numerous voicemails and sent a further email, with no response whatsoever. If he could no longer do it for some reason, just say so! In the end I have managed to find a wonderful local dog walker who has managed to fit us in at quite short notice. Very stressful, when I had set out to be well organised. I’m very glad I am using another company now. I suggest you keep looking.
Paul is a lovely guy! He has brought my doggy on from being a pup. He really does go out of his way to help others and my little springer spaniel loves him!
