This petsit couldn't have been more ideal. Rachel is great. Super friendly, efficient, and easy! I had all the information I could need before I got to the housesit. Communication and logistics were a breeze.... and fun. :) Riley is a dream. She's energetic, but pretty much just on the way to and at the dog park. As long as she got in her morning ball time, she's cuddly and calm all day. She's very well behaved. You can tell she's be trained well. Honestly, I not-so-secretly wished she was my dog. Such a cutie! Easy and fun to take care of! The house is amazing. Perfect location: close to transit, great neighborhood, by parks and water. It's quiet, but also happening. :) Rachel and Clark keep a beautiful, organized, and clutter free home. They are really hospitable hosts. Getting there, getting in, getting anything I needed was easy and intuitive. You will love this housesit.
Although I didn’t actually get to housesit as Judy and Alan’s trip ended up being cancelled, I was able to enjoy their beautiful basement suite for the planned duration of the stay. Tucker was a sweet, old guy and Skyler was a fun-filled girl who loved her walks. Judy and Alan went out of their way to make me feel at home and I would highly recommend sitting for them!
I had an absolutely amazing, unforgettable time at Autumn’s casa in Avalon! Autumn is a fabulous person. She was so warm and welcoming and wanted to make sure I had the best time on Catalina Island! I came the day before she left and she showed me her home and the island and made sure I had enough great food for my stay. It was fascinating getting to know Autumn, she is a successful entrepreneur running a very unique jewelry store and she travels to the most exciting destinations. She has so many stories to tell. I really admire her joyful adventurous spirit and energy! Her beautifully decorated condo feels more like a house and reflects her exotic travels, her love for the earth and its creatures, and has a very special Catalina Island feel. And Autumn’s wonderful animals were such a joy to spend two weeks with! Rudy is a gorgeous Vizsla boy, so sweet and loving and so well-behaved! People would stop us when we walked around town to say what a beautiful boy he is! It was a treat to explore the island with Rudy. And the cats are the best. They are mischievous of course, especially Neko, a Sphynx kitten with a ton of energy and a big personality. Neko is a very loving boy, who likes cuddles and wants to play all the time. Batu is a wiser Bengal cat, who is also very, very sweet. What a wonderful furry crew, I miss them already. And of course I had a fantastic time exploring Catalina Island. There was so much to do, I appreciated having Autumn’s golf cart to drive around, and especially loved my trip to the Wrigley’s Memorial and the Botanical gardens. There were a few really warm and sunny beach days during my stay, and it was great to spend them on the picturesque Descanso Beach. What an experience! Thank you so much, Autumn, for this unique opportunity. I would love to be back!
One of the best house sits I’ve ever done! Groovy was SO well behaved and such a joy to be around. She made the job really easy and fun. I adore her and her personality. Sioux was so communicative and there for any questions I had. She even went above and beyond and mailed me something I forgot! Great people and great dog! The house and location were gorgeous. I hope to sit for Groovy, Sioux, and Bart again!

Emma from Charlie Paws did a great job looking after our cat and aquarium for five days. We asked for two visits per day and at each visit Emma sent photo and video updates, including videos of her play times with the cat. We could see how calm and happy our cat was in Emma's company and felt totally reassured our pets were very well cared for. I can highly recommend Charlie Paw's services.

Rich has been looking after our 2 cats when we have been away over the last couple of years. We are really glad we found him and know our cats are good hands when we are not there. Rich is super friendly and keeps us updated which keeps our minds at ease. Our cats are very nervous rescue cats and have formed a good bond with Rich over time, which we really value. We also occasionally foster cats and Rich has always been happy to help look after them as well.
We've been using Rich for years for our cats and the service is always fantastic - on several occasions he was happy to cover visits at extremely short notice and he's always been available when we needed him. Very reasonable prices, keeps everything tidied up and cleans bowels (we've had messy professional pet sitters before so I'm grateful Rich always left our home spotless). Rich is a lovely guy who is always happy to give us updates when we're away for a while. He also keeps really detailed records of the pets he cares for. So glad we found him!

We asked Rich to check in on our cats and chickens whilst we were away for a few nights getting married. I was bery anxious about leaving them as normally a friend or family member will look after them while were away, however all that worry left as soon as we met Rich. He's an absolute gem, he came round and met everyone prior to us finalising the booking so we could ensure we were comfortable with him. He took the time to learn all of our pets names and was very thorough with ensuring they were all cared for how we wanted. Rich was really professional, understanding our chickens are a part of our family just as much as our cats. His communication is absolutely fab, and he called to check in on the first night and kept in good contact throughout. I couldnt recommend the service more. I felt incredibly relaxed knowing that Rich was looking after our little pet family while we were away. We will most definitely be using Rich for future trips.
Rich looks after the animals at our nursery every weekend. He is so friendly and passionate about what he does. The role he does for us is a bit different as he cares for pigs, chickens, ducks and guinea pigs but he is great at it and we trust him 100%. Can't recommend him enough :)
Rich has been looking after our cat for years whenever we have been away from home and provides a brilliant reliable service. I've always appreciated the fact that he keeps me informed and has always been flexible if needed at short notice.
We've used Rich & co a couple of times to visit our cats, one of whom needs regular meds. No problems to report whatsover. His fact finding and preparation is very thorough and it was nice to get a progress update on day 1 to confirm everything was ok.
I have used Rich several times to look after my Cat and Rabbit while I’ve been away. He has been great everytime. He came and met them and wrote their routines down. He visited twice a day and catered for their every need. He sent me updates and reassures me they were ok. Couldn’t ever use anyone else.
Tony has walked and looked after our girls on many occasions and he is fabulous! We have 2 challenging dogs (German shepherd and border collie) and not only is he patient and very well experienced in handling them, they have warmed to him immensely! You can tell he absolutely loves dogs (and all animals) and I know I can trust Tony 100% when my fur babies are in his hands! Highly recommended!
Tony walks my border collie every day and I have seen a change in her behaviour. He has introduced her to other dogs (always mindful that they will get along) and she seems happier and more social. I cannot recommend Tony highly enough, he is reliable and passionate. So glad I found him!

Omg! Fabulous service! Used Brockwell Hounds last month when we were away for a few days. Really nice guy. My dogs loved him. Really like that he posts pictures of his walks and keeps you informed of what they are up to. Tony fed and walked my two labs for 3 days and I will definitely be using his services again.

I cannot recommend this service enough! The staff are always so helpful and have been so patient with Brucie and his separation anxiety. Brucie loves going on his walks, I love the reports we get after the walk to see how he has got on.... although today there was traffic issues when I receive these pictures I can truly see how much the staff love the doggies and really enjoy their jobs! Just finished Heathers pet services puppy classes as Rosemary Lodge. We really enjoyed the sessions and my pup and I will both benefit from what we have learnt. Sophie N was fantastic. She is really engaging, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions separate from the lesson content. I wasn’t looking forward to being out on a cold Wednesday evening but am now sad it’s finished. Would def recommend. Will be looking to book some of Heather’s other pet services.
We did not have the best experience with Heather’s Pet Services. We genuinely appreciated how understanding and hard working the staff were, however the customer service really let us and our two cats down. I understand this is a predominantly dog-centred service, but we were assured they could look after Persian cats and their additional specific needs. We were extremely anxious about leaving our cats alone, to the point that it’s prevented us from taking trips since before the pandemic. It took a few visits for them to get used to these and I took particular care to update our information in their online portal. After each visit we could tell the staff really took on our feedback, which was amazing. However, on arriving home after the last two visits, we found one or both cats had become unwell and left unpleasant smells and messes to attend to, definitely not a nice environment to come home to after being away. After letting customer service know about this, the response was very unsympathetic and unprofessional. We were blamed for their errors and told we were at fault for making a staff member ill with the feedback we gave previously. I have never come across a business take so little responsibility for the quality of their services (at frankly extortionate prices) or the wellbeing of their staff, and I was particularly shocked by the lack of interest in the wellbeing of our cats after the final visit. Unfortunately, we would not feel safe leaving our cats under their supervision again.
About 5 years ago our cockapoo Barney began to get very agitated whilst being groomed. This got steadily worse to the point that the groomer said they would not be able to groom him without him being sedated…. We did this reluctantly, as we hated the effect the drugs had on him. I was chatting it through with the vet as this had been going on for a couple of years and I felt that it could not be good to do this as Barney was nearing 9. A number of people mentioned that Heather’s pets had a lady who was a trained dog behaviourist and wonderfully patient grooming team. I felt it was worth a go although did wonder if the saying ‘ you cannot teach an old dog new tricks’ would be validated! Sophie a trained dog behaviourist and Chloe the chief groomer have worked wonders- between them they have taken time with Barney to ensure he is comfortable with them and in their grooming room. They have cared for him and eased him in gradually to being able to be first washed and cleaned with them and now groomed without any sedation at all! It is such a relief and I am so grateful- they always reassured me too that I was not being a paranoid dog owner and that it would be worth taking this time- and it certainly has been. We are all so thankful they are fantastic!
My dog has been having regular weekly walks with the staff at heathers pet care services. Mabel loves being collected and going out with a group of dogs. The staff are dedicated animal lovers and take great care of your pets. Mabel has a brilliant bond with whichever walker she has and get super excited when she sees them walk up our path. Heather’s Pet Care Services is fantastic! I attended the puppy training classes & found them to be really informative, interactive & supportive. Sophie led the classes & found her to be really professional, helpful & so knowledgeable! I also take my dog along to their pet groomer Chloe, who has been amazing with her & always do a fantastic groom. My dog was not keen with being groomed, however in Chloe’s care, we haven’t looked back! I thoroughly recommend you use Heather’s Pet care Services for all your pet needs!
We have only positive things to say about both Sophie and Heathers Pet Care Services. We arranged some 121 sessions with Sophie for our little Cockapoo recently - and Sophie was so friendly, knowledgeable and Sophie made every session exciting. Our Cockapoo was so entertained, and we've taken all the training notes, games and general advice moving forwards and we can't wait to use the services again. Thanks again :)
We have used Heathers for a number of years now for group walking, grooming, puppy training and 121 dog training. They are all excellent and the online booking system is very helpful. Would highly recommend to any dog owners in Bath area.
I could not recommend Little Paws highly enough! They have been absolutely fantastic. Olive has loved every single walk with Laura and always comes back very sleepy giving us peace and quiet for the whole afternoon and evening! She gets so excited every time Laura arrives to pick her up which is testament to what a great time she has. I love the photos we get sent of Olive on her walk with all her friends, its great to see them all so happy.
Laura looked after our cat for two weeks while we were on holiday and she was brilliant! She took the time to feed and play with her and I felt she was in safe hands. We loved receiving daily updates and photos. Laura is very professional and lovely. Highly recommend!
Laura & Ella are lovely people who will do their best to accommodate your pets needs. They walk my dog weekly, he loves going out with them. He sleeps well when they return with him! I went away in May and they very kindly changed my days to picking him up from Melksham instead of Corsham, as my son had my dog for the week

So so happy I managed to find little paws pet sitting. Ella and Laura are both the most beautiful people and have the biggest heart. Ella looks after my rabbit Diego as if he is her own, I think he may even prefer her to me! I have absolutely no worries when I leave Diego with Ella and I know he looks forward to seeing her! Sometimes I have to give very little notice as I get called away with work but they always manage to make something work for me, not many businesses are able to do that. I would never go anywhere else and I now class Ella as a friend and auntie to Diego!

I have used this place a few times now and find them to be excellent. I do not think I would ever leave my dog anywhere else. The staff are great with the the dogs thy take in and while away they send daily pupdates to give you peace of mind. All staff seem to be passionate about the animals in there care and they are given plenty of mental and physical stimulation during there stay. More expensive than kennels without a doubt, but I would sooner pay more and know my special dog is in great hands in her own room in a comfy bed.
Bath Country Pets is a wonderful retreat for your dog with the most brilliant staff who I can not recommend enough to care for your dog. Our Cockapoo Chester suffers from anxiety issues and takes time to get to know people. We have been taking him to BCP since the end of the Covid Lockdowns. It has not been an easy journey with Chester and initially he took time to get used to the surroundings and staff. However thanks to the patience of the wonderful BCP Team who gave Chester the time and space to adapt and get to know them the transformation and turnaround to where we are now when Chester visits is remarkable!! Chester now loves his visits including his solo countryside walk , enrichment and groom with all of the team particularly Lulah who has taken the time to get to know and bond with Chester. So Bath Country Pets is a must for day care or an overnight stay.
We have used Bath Country Pets many times for our dogs. I can not recommend this company and their team members enough. They are the best. Reassurance is key when you leave your dog behind it can be a worry but not with this company. The daily emails with pictures are brilliant. The people are lovely and the set up is outstanding. Henry has stayed at the hotel several times now and it’s the happiest both he and we have been during his time away from us. I love the structure they provide from the early morning routine to the morning walks, snuggly afternoons with the log fire in the winter and structured enrichment play. Dedicated staff who clearly have the dogs best interest at heart and always have a cuddle for those that are missing home. The daily pupdates by email are a very special touch which comes with a photograph so that whilst you’re away you can feel safe in the knowledge that your little furball is well cared for. I would 100% recommend Bath Country Pets every time.
We have been dog owners for over 20 years & always had uk holidays so we could take our dogs with us as we vowed never to use kennels .we had several events which meant we had to find somewhere for the dogs to stay . BCP saved the day this is definitely NOT a kennel it is a purpose built home just for dogs with spacious separate bedrooms filled with comfy beds , a lounge area with plenty of sofas , a log burner & plenty of secure outdoor areas for play ( also taken for walks with no more than two dogs per walker ) the main factor in choosing BCP is the dogs are “free range “ from 7.00am until 10.00 pm . The wonderful team treat each dog as if their own with plenty of attention & cuddles . We have used BCP for the last five years for occasional day care & staycations ,it means we can enjoy our holiday knowing that our dog is having his own holiday , as soon as we arrive Fergus does his happy dance in the car & is gone straight to meet his new friends , we are sure Fergus has post holiday blues like us !
Quite possibly the best place I have ever visited with my Teddy! Once we heard about Bath Country Pets, we couldn't resist attending the opening. WOW WOW and WOW. The owners have put so much love and attention into the dog hotel that I was just in complete ore of what they have created. It is absolutely stunning. We have now booked for our Teddy to stay and to date I have never left him with anyone but family and friends - so that shows to me how much I loved the environment in which he will be staying. On site and subsequently online I have been ordering from Bath Country Pets. Teddy is now fully ready for winter with his jumper scarf and loves his new elephant. We have also ordered a new bed, and we are waiting for it to arrive. They are all luxury and I will never have any money as I all want to do is buy more and more :) This new and very small business deserve the very best of luck, it really is wonderful and I can't wait until Ted goes to stay.

A real home from home with sofas in a communal lounge. We know that Peggy enjoys her stays as she's always excited when she arrives and can't wait to get in and say hello to everyone. That's important for me as she's a shy and slightly nervous dog. Certainly not cheap but I can see she's well cared for and happy which means I have peace of mind and I don't have to worry when we're away.

I am so impressed with the service and settings of Oak tree Kennels. I've never left my dogs before but after leaving them here I would not hesitate in leaving them here again. Excellent kennels my boy can be reactive and has epilepsy but the kennels managed very well with him...he is always good for them. He loves going there now and I trust them completely. The staff are friendly dogs are walked regularly and have a secure paddock for play time. I would recommend this kennels to anyone.
Our slightly nervous lab has just returned from his first time at kennels at oak tree. Matt has such a great way with the dogs and our boy loved him. We were very nervous as this is our first time ever using kennels but after a couple of trial stays we were confident we had made the correct choice. Our plane got delayed on the way back but Matt was great and put us at ease. When we collected our boy he was happy and settled back to home life immediately. He is already booked in for our summer holiday and we will have no concerns this time in Matts care.

Great people running this place, my dogs always come back looking super fit and healthy from all the exercise they get! Kennels are comfy for the pups and the exercise area is huge. The rates are pretty cheap which means I'll keep coming back!
Rach looked after our dog Martha, whilst we were away. We first had Rach come and home sit and feed Martha on evenings when we were out. She came round to meet Martha and was great with her. Recently we went on holiday and had a relative stay, but they couldn't walk her, so Rach walked Martha each day. She sent us picture updates and was so good with Martha. She is really understanding of rescue dogs, Martha is a Romanian rescue, and she made us feel relaxed knowing Martha was in good hands!
Rach looked after my budgie beautifully. The cage and the room were clean and tidy and the communication excellent. I already have her lined up for the next time we go away!
My 4yr Ruby was new to doggy day care & we chose Tania because of her professionalism & obvious love for the dogs in her care. Being able to call on Tania whilst I am away to walk Rocky has been such a relief. She has looked after Rocky like her own dog and sent me lots of updates. We are first time dog owners and Skye has thrived through attending doggy day care weekly. The care and attention she gets is fantastic and I love the regular updates seeing her having fun with the other dogs. Holidays have always been important to us and was nervous leaving Skye overnight. I had no need to worry, the luxury boarding service is amazing, tailored to our needs for Skye providing us with reassurance that Skye is happy and well looked after whilst we are away. I cannot recommend Willsbridge Walkies enough for the brilliant service and care provided for the dogs.
Willsbridge Walkies has been fantastic for us in the bringing up of our pup. At first we thought the doggy day care was for us to have a day off each week. However, we have come to realise that Mabel has thrived and is so well socialised now with other dogs. She is always so excited when we pull up on the drive and is always welcomed in with such love. It is a lovely location and they have a great setup there. The regular photos sent throughout the day are brilliant and we especially like the team photo of all the dogs together that are there each day. Willsbridge Walkies have been looking after our spaniel for nearly 2 years now. Tania and her family care for the dogs as if they were their own and our dog loves them. I am so glad I was recommended by my friend to use Willsbridge Walkies! My collie Pip absolutely loves it there and runs in when I drop her off! Tania is very professional and organised and sends me pics throughout the day with updates of how much fun Pip is having with her friends. It gives me huge peace of mind when I’m at work, knowing she’s being well looked after. Highly recommend WW for top doggy daycare 🐾
Tania and her family are fabulous dog sitters. They are totally trustworthy, care for the dogs like they are their own and go out of their way to help. No wonder they are always busy and well supported by their clients. They have been great during the pandemic when we have had to change dates and holidays have been cancelled - nothing is too much trouble for them. Lovely family who provide a fabulous service
Kadie you are amazing! Coco, my reactive Lab, has cost me a fortune on behaviourist and an apparently good dog walker, both made him worse! You've only been coming a few weeks, and the progress Coco has made is incredible! You've accommodated my disability, and Coco's needs, and are so easy to work with. I can't recommend you enough! I have complete trust in you, and both dogs love you too. You've got me excited about training again!
Kadie has been looking after my cat, George, for nearly 2 years now when I'm away and I highly recommend her. She's adaptable to individual needs, is good at keeping in touch, and genuinely loves the animals she looks after. George is a pretty needy cat, but he has always been relaxed and happy when I've returned after Kadie's been taking care of him. 💜😊
We recently rescued a gorgeous but anxious swiss Shepard , Kadie has been very patient and offered tips and alternative training methods. She has a strong understanding and knowledge of dogs' behaviour. Working with Kadie has been easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for your patience and your help!
Highly recommended for dog walking and pet sitting. Kadie clearly enjoys taking care of our pets, and goes ‘above and beyond’ to provide the best service possible. Our dogs love her, and learn so much when they’re with her.

Lily's has been absolutely great for our little puppy Rupert - always had such a good time, happy to assist with his medication and picky eating, and always comes back tired after such a big day! Great value for money considering how long the pups stay there throughout the day and how much hard work the staff do, highly recommend!
