Rand seems laid-back. His cats Muffin and Pal are as easy as can be. They’re invisible except when they cuddle in the evening and when they eat. The home is spacious and modern with some interesting touches like a bridge across the second story. It is walking distance to a grocery store and close to the beach and some beautiful hiking trails.
