Chloe and Toby looked after our 3 dogs of varying breeds at a time of transition in our family so the dogs really needed kind and capable carers. Chloe and Toby were very adaptable when it came to finding the best sleeping arrangements for our dogs and we couldn’t have asked for more conscientious and caring sitters. They also left the house cleaner than when they arrived and I had made sure it was clean and tidy for them but they just went the extra mile which was a wonderful welcome to come home to. We would highly recommend Chloe and Toby if they are interested in caring for your home and pets. You won’t regret it.😊

We spent 3 and a half weeks looking after Georgie and Harry. We arrived in the morning before the sit to meet Sarah and Mike, who kindly took us out for lunch before they left on their travels. We were given a tour of the house, an explanation of the cats feeding and routine, and very helpful written information.

Georgie and Harry are lovely cats, very independent and each with their own personality. Both like to be stroked but neither climbs onto your lap for a cuddle, although they do sit close by. However, Harry will join you in doing a jigsaw puzzle or using the laptop, and you can hold a lengthy miaowing conversation with him! He also loves going out in the rain and getting very wet.
Georgie may sleep on the bed for a short time each night. She's a big fluffball with huge paws and rocks when she purrs!

Sarah and Mikes house is lovely, in a very peaceful area, with views of fields at front and back. There are polo ponies in the fields to the front, and you can see the polo club in the distance. There are bird feeders in the garden, with a great spotted woodpecker as a daily visitor. We even saw a Muntjac deer in the garden, which was very special, but apparently not usual.

Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed, an ensuite shower room, a separate room for our clothes, and lovely views across the fields. The kitchen is beautiful with everything you need, and the lounge is very comfortable with views of the garden.

We had a delicious Sunday lunch at The Highwayman Inn, which is very olde worlde with lovely owners. We visited lots of local places of interest, but our favourite was Kemble Airfield and a tour of the Negus 747. Cirencester is lovely, and the Corinium Museum was very interesting and a good place for a rainy day. The Duntisbournes are beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed this sit, and would love to come back. There is also an excellent bookcase with books I’d really love to come back and read, hopefully next time curled up with a cat on my lap!

Sue and Peter were fantastic hosts during our stay. We had the pleasure of caring for their five incredible dogs: Dolly, Ronnie, Annabell, Daisy, and Harry, each with their own unique personalities. Dolly's enthusiastic barking, Ronald's affectionate nature mixed with a hint of jealousy, Annabella and Harry's calming presence, and Daisy's companionship, especially with women, all charmed us in just a few days.

We highly recommend this housesitting experience. Sue and Peter generously lent us their car, allowing us to explore Salem and nearby beaches. Sue's delicious paella and their warm hospitality made our stay even better.

Overall, the combination of great hosts, stunning location, and delightful dogs made this housesitting experience unforgettable.

Thank you for this opportunity!

Puccini and Jinxie are a delightful pair. I'm usually a "cute little dog" person, but if there ever was a BIG DOG to fall in love with, Pucc is da man! He's got these big brown eyes that just made me melt. And while he can be a bit willful, treats turn him into putty in your hand. And Jinxie is a love, too. (Don't let her "playing hard to get" act fool you.)

Heather is very responsive to questions (especially given that she and Matt are usually out hiking in the wilderness). And their house is in an absolutely gorgeous area of Northern Cal. Lovely home, not the least bit cluttered, which is always super nice.

Fabulous sit in every way!!

A Pawsitive experience looking after Skye in Brighton.
Carly & Kirsty are a cool couple with a warm home 15min walk from the beach. Their Golden Retriever Skye is adorable and very easy to care for, she’s well behaved, doesn’t bark and is great around other dogs. I really enjoyed my sitting here because Skye is an old girl that takes things very slow; a no stress 2 weeks by the sea was perfect. There is a high street with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes 10min walk away and a café right by the sea. Thank you for letting me sit for Skye and maybe I can sit again in the future 😊
