We adore Steph and Ben, they are lovely, are great sitters and we would 100% recommend them. In fact our advice would be snap them up as quickly as you can if they are interested in your sit and you are lucky enough to find them with availability. They were great from first contact, friendly open and reassuring. This was our first time with sitters, so felt really quite strange inviting complete strangers to stay in our home and trusting them with our cat. This hols we were taking the dogs, so just our cat and fish to look after. We couldn’t have had better partners for our first house sitting experience. We had a couple of chats online and as they live close they popped in to see us prior to the sit. They were super caring and had taken note of the fact that three of us are clinically extremely vulnerable and sent a pic of negative lateral flows before they set off, which after two years of shielding couldn’t have been a better start for us. They are knowledgeable about animals and bonded immediately with all of our three lovelies. The cat was interested and they also dealt with the very differing personalities of our two dogs when they met them. They are sitting for us again in the summer with all of the animal family staying with them. They took great care of the house and whilst making themselves at home, as we suggested, they looked after the house wonderfully. There was an issue with our pond pump which they noticed, and it got sorted quickly, which meant all the fish were fine. They kept in touch whilst were were away and sent piccies of Woody looking happy and contented. The house was in great condition when we got back, superbly clean and tidy and they again took lateral flow tests for us the day we got back so that we could be sure we were covid safe. It sounds a bit daft but we feel like we have known them for years and we felt very secure and comfortable leaving Woody and our precious home with what felt like, old family friends. Thank you Ben and Steph. You are both amazing :-)))
Coco and Liam were wonderful with Schatzy and so meticulous when it came to informing me of any situation that needed attention in the house. Coco is lovely and I always felt confident that the house and doggie were in the best hands

They are very reliable, resourceful and ask good questions. Our pets were well cared for and our vehicle, yard and house were well maintained.
