This house sit could not have been in a better location. I had loads of fun exploring the District! The added bonus was Fenway (Fenny) who is an absolute sweetheart. We had lots of walking adventures, and he is such a sweet snugglebug. Can't wait to come back!
We consider ourselves so lucky to have taken care of Jackie and Begonia. They are really sweet and affectionate companions who love being petted and cuddling up close. They are such lovely company and we were honoured they warmed up to us so quickly. They are low maintenance and really just require daily exercise and feeding. Ilja and Xenia arranged for keys to be picked up at concierge. Their home is very comfortable, peaceful and well maintained . The home is also easily accessible by both train and bus too. We loved our time with the girls so much and if we had the chance we would love to return ourselves. We would recommend taking care of the beautiful girls to anyone!
Wow. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible this housesit was and how special their animals are. Firstly Gill and Steve are the kindest most accommodating people you could ever meet. They went above and beyond to welcome us into their home, providing detailed instruction’s and quick responses to any questions. Their gorgeous boys Alfie Billy and Wizz completely stole our hearts and were the greatest company. We miss them so much already! HIGHLY recommend this housesit… just amazing!
We really enjoyed our time in Kirkmichael. Kate's home is very clean and comfortable and the fields behind the cottage, and woodlands nearby are fantastic for walking Bodie and Missie, who are great on lead and off, responding to whistles and commands and well trained. We really enjoyed our time at this sit and fell in love with Bodie and Missie. If you ever get the chance to sit for them, and love walking, do so. Kate was great with communication and leaving details of their feeding routine and everything. She is a lovely person and has some fascinating stories. Thank you Kate for everything. We hope to return and see you all one day.
We had a great time caring for Cassandra's kitty crew. The cats are great company and no trouble to care for once we understood their routine. Ella was renamed Little Miss Cuddles during our stay as she is a big smoocher. Arthur is hilarious and comes running to the kitchen at any hint food could be on offer. Lurkey is the sweetest girl and so tolerent having her medication, give her time and she will soon be over asking for pats and rubs. Cassandra was a lovely host leaving us supplies and treats in a spotless home. Communication was clear and responsive with Cassandra happy to answer any questions we had along the way. She left detailed instructions for specific care and feeding needs and a wealth of information on things to do and see in and around the area. Sitting on the balcony of Cassandra's home which has the most amazing views made us feel like we were in a luxury resort, the sunsets were especially spectacular. We had access to a secure car park as well as a pool and gym and you can access absolutely everything you need in walking distance. We took a day trip to Niagara Falls and Cassandra's tips for what to do and where to eat were spot on. If you get the opportunity to visit Toronto and would like to make some new feline friends we highly recommend this sit.
This petsit was truly amazing. Emma was an exceptional host; very welcoming, attentive, and gave great instructions. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and has an amazing location - everything is within walking distance. Blue Ivy was the sweetest cat we've ever met. He was incredibly friendly, gentle, playful, smart and loving. We really enjoyed his company and will miss him very much.

I am so grateful for the service I receive at 'Mine is yours pet care.' I get messages, pictures and videos reassuring me that my puppy is having a wonderful time while I am away which helps me relax and enjoy my adventures my dog can't come with me on. I totally trust this company with my Oscar. I truly believe Nina and Sarah have a strong and intricate understanding of not just dogs generally, but specific breeds. I was gone for 3 days and when I returned I had returned to a calmer and generally better behaved puppy. Mia (the family dog) is also such a such a friendly and lovely girl, she makes a great asset to the team. I am unbelievably happy that I found Mine and Sarah. They are so dedicated to providing outstanding levels of nurturing care. The service they provide is miles apart from anything else I have seen. Mine clearly has excellent canine knowledge and constantly provides me with really helpful advice. My 20 week old puppy loves her time with Mine and Sarah - the photos and the videos they send back this up; its so lovely to see her so happy and stimulated when I can't be with her. So grateful as Mine and Sarah went over and above our expectations with pictures and video updates, they were so much more relaxed and happy when we returned🐾 You can relax and trust that your pet will not only be in safe hands, but they'll recieve so much love and affection. Our dog has been going to Mine is Yours for over a year and she is always incredibly excited to go in the morning. She is so happy and loves seeing her friends there, and we love seeing the photos of her day. Mine's love and enthusiasm for dogs shines through in everything she does with them, and she goes above and beyond in her care and play. We are always confident to leave our dog in Mine's care as we know she will be treated as if she were her own dog. We would thoroughly recommend Mine is Yours to anyone who is looking for dog day care.
Would give more stars if I could! Mine is Yours really is just that, Albus is like one of the family when he’s there. As someone who works away frequently, it’s such a relief to know that Albus is safe, happy and living his best life. He comes home from daycare and boarding having had the best time (and would probably stay longer if he had the choice). The perfect place to leave your pup knowing that not only will their needs be met and they’ll be loved as much as if they were at home. Thank you!
I would give 100 stars if I could! Belle has been staying with Mine and family for days and overnight stays since Feb when she was a little 2.5kg 3 month pup, and has the most wonderful experience every time. She is loved and cared for, and has an absolute blast with Mine’s amazing dog Maya and the other dogs. Her doggy social skills and confidence have been brought on no end by the positive interactions and socialisation she has during her visits, in a safe environment where her individual needs are catered for. I can relax knowing she is in the absolute best hands (and enjoy the photos and updates during the day). I am so grateful to Mine, who is such a warm person and clearly a true dog lover and expert - I couldn’t recommend more!
Our little Jack Russell had to stay with Mine for 4 nights and we were very pleased with how Mine showed a wonderful warm and caring nature towards her. We felt at ease and happy about our doggie being in the care of Mine’s boarding and we will be using her in the future for sure.
Mina was super responsive, and we met a few hours after our messages to chat and discuss Mushu and his potential stay. I was quite anxious as this was the first time Mushu would be away, and there was only four days' notice. I met Mina, her partner and Maya, and instantly they built up my trust, and I was happy to leave Mushu with them. They cared for Mushu brilliantly. I loved the updates, photos and videos that made abundantly clear that Mushu was enjoying himself. I had an airtag on him in case something happened/wanted to see where he was, and I completely forgot about it. A testament to how much I was confident and relaxed. I couldn’t be happier with how it went. I also feel lucky as it was so smooth to chat, meet and book with such short notice. Needless to say, Mushu will be coming back for care, walks and whatnot. Thank you for making this an extraordinarily positive, stress-free experience for Mushu and me. I was slightly concerned Mushu would not want to go home… thank you for everything!

Great little kennel, we’ve used it a bunch of times for our two cockapoos, and never had any issues and our puppies always come back happy. Belinda is really helpful and when we were away for a longer time she kindly sent us an update with a little video of our doggies playing, which was so sweet and reassuring.
Used Penny Paws for our pup for a week, Cooper had a great time. He was sad to leave! Kennels has access to lots of countryside for walks, has enclosed areas for dogs to safely roam at the kennels, the kennels themselves are heated. Everyone we had contavt with were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Penny Paws. Thankyou!
Well set up kennels, small number of kennels.so not overwhelming for my dog. They have a safe outdoor area for the dogs to play and they get two walks a day, easy distance from shoreham
Lovely Kennels situated on a farm so the dogs have 2 good walks a day and get to spend part of the day out of their Kennels in a enclosed grass area too. Very helpful and friendly family run the Kennels . 5 Star treatment for our four legged friends. Highly recommend Penny Paws Kennels.
Great family run business. Rafa’s first time staying with Penny’s Paws this weekend and he absolutely loved it! Lovely kennels and lots of space to run about and play and enjoy lots of great walks on the farm. Will definitely be using Penny’s Paws again!

I have house Rabbits and needed someone to come to my property to feed+water/change litter trays etc whilst I was away for a week and can't recommend this company enough! I felt so at ease and comfortable with the lovely lady, you can tell she has a love for animals so I knew my babies would be well looked after and spoilt. Jess has looked after our cat a few times now while we've been away, including an over two week trip and she's been absolutely amazing. Our cat loves her. She doesn't just come in and feed her, she'll stay and play with her too to make sure she doesn't get lonely. Jess provides daily updates, with photos too. Would 100% recommend Jess and wouldn't consider anyone else.
Jess looked after our fur baby Scamp the cat whilst we were on holiday and we were so grateful for all the time and love she put into visiting him. He adores Jess and was so relaxed when we came home as he’d obviously loved having her daily visits. It was such a lovely touch that Jess sent us pics and videos of him looking happy and chilled in our absence too. I wholeheartedly recommend Jess for giving your fur babies the love and attention they deserve. Jess was absolutely amazing with our cats, she has so much knowledge and experience. Both of my cats are very shy and normally don’t warm to cat sitters but they were cuddling up to Jess instantly. She also kept us updated with how they were - would 100% recommend Jess to anyone!
Jess looked after our cat Daphne while we were away. Daphne is a very shy and anxious girl. I think I was more anxious about going away than Daphne was. Jess did an amazing job, we first had a meet and greet and Jess was so gentle and patient with Daphne. While we were away Jess came in 3 times a day, were updated after every visit with photos and videos. Daphne warmed to her very well. We will always use Jess when we go away and would recommend her services to anyone needing their pets looking after.
Jess has been brilliant with our fur baby. Feebs doesn’t always interact with strangers but Jess brought out her playful side. We got a few updates while we were away (I was offered more but felt it would make me miss her more!) Feebs is also on medication which Jess understood and dealt with accordingly. I would highly recommend Jess and Practically Pawfect Pet Services.
Very reliable pet service business. We were looking for someone to look after our dog and rabbits, very very last minute and Jess from Practically Pawfect was so accommodating considering this! She made us feel so at ease while we were away and kept us updated everyday with lots of photos 🐶🐰 We will definitely be using these services again.

Everything you could want for your dog when you are going away. My boy is my world but has separation anxiety, and Lisa and her team have so much care and patience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now! They went above and beyond to help him through his struggles and he came back home an extremely happy dog, thankyou so much to all of you ❤️
Our dog Tilly has had a few holidays here. All the staff we've met are fantastic. We never like leaving Tilly but we know she is well looked after, and a very happy dog when we pick her up.

I've used the Cattery, as have other members of my family, a number of times. The staff are lovely. They genuinely care.
Having booked in several months in advance, we were alerted to issues just several weeks before the stay. We were never alerted to these on the two previous occasions when using the kennels, nor when speaking to the staff on the phone at time of booking and subsequently. Just days before the stay, we were sent text messages from the kennels contradicting previous communications and when we asked questions/for more information we had passive aggressive replies (some deleted by the staff member but screenshotted prior). We were left to cancel the booking at this extremely late notice which was obviously very stressful. Unfortunately you don't know what goes on at the kennels, especially when communication is so poor.

Lynn boarded our guinea pigs for us this last week. All her hutches are very spacious as is the outside space. Also very secure eith separate runs plus electric fencing to keep away foxes. She also popped in to feed our cat and chickens. All our animals are happy and healthy on our return. We will definitely use Lynn's services again and fully recommend.

By far the best! Our previous St Bernard used the kennels regularly and loved it there as she did Marilyn & Lesley. Our current St Bernard is the same as well as our 4 cats. All animals are so cared for and treated exceptionally well. It makes me feel so comfortable leaving them when we go on holiday knowing there in such good hands.
After using the same kennels in Essex Twigs aged 11and Lilly aged 10 stayed at Beggars Bush for the first time. We can honestly say we are delighted with their stay as they have come back very happy. Lesley and Marilyn were caring and very honest with their feedback to us about twigs and Lilly's stay at their very well run, clean establishment. We will definitely be regular customers and would highly recommend them.
Lesley & Marilyn absolutely adore dogs, are the best and most precious people a dog owner lucky enough to have found them should know. Our 2 lovely jacks Fudge & Taz, now in dog heaven, loved them and they clearly loved them back. Now Molls has her holidays there, gets excited as we turn off onto the driveway, runs up to the door and never ever looks back as we walk away. Thanks girls.
I went for a visit before I booked my dog in and Lesley and Marilyn were very friendly. The place seems a lovely size, and quite with plenty of space for the dogs to run. My collie seemed quite comfortable during the visit. He is now booked in for August.
We have been going to Beggars Bush for years and both Marilyn and Lesley are great with the dogs. However due to an illness with my youngest dog I chose a home boarder as I wasn't comfortable the ladies could cater for them which was their perogative. All fine so far. So back from holiday now and we have another holiday booked for October and the dogs were booked in with Beggars Bush - that was until this afternoon when I received an email saying because I hadn't contacted them since coming back from holiday they have cancelled my bookings without asking me first. It's such a shame because my dogs loved going there but I won't be using them anymore if that's their best customer service
There is nowhere better for your dogs. We've taken our dogs here for nearly 30 years and, (from experience), do not consider anywhere else. Marylin and Lesley love all their customers dogs and cats.

Our miniature schnauzer has been going here for 2 years. He loves it, especially being able to run around with other dogs when they are exercised. Whe we get there he strains at the lead to go and greet them. Very satisfied.

It's been recommended. But we Both/All know, Collies dont Cope,Well in Kennels & one of Mine is ex Rescue & Now,15. He,d think he,d been Dumped Again & my younger Collie. Was distraught the Only time she,s been Kenneled. I totally agree with Beggars Bush that they Wouldnt Cope
I genuinely can’t praise Nikki enough, she’s one of the very few people I trust with my dogs and I know she treats them as is they are her own. They have always come back from their walks happy and I am confident she understands what their needs are, when Rufus was very elderly she was able to ensure he was with the right group of dogs and was able to adjust his walks appropriately. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Puss n Pooch! Oh and she’s a great and reliable cat feeder too!
Nikki has been brilliant looking after our little Lhasa Apso, who adores her. She takes him out for walkies, he’s very slow and needs to have extra time , which is never a problem for Nikki. It’s been such a pleasure and such a positive experience having Puss n’ Pooch part of looking after our dog.
Puss n Pooch are excellent. I know my dog is in safe hands and will always be having a fun walk with her friends. I especially love getting the photos after each walk to see how much fun she has had! Great business, would highly recommend!!
Nikki has really helped in training our Ridgeback, Teaching lots of games and training to use to bring puppy's excitement under control, she started on a group training course and now we have one to one training which is really great. Nikki is hands on and our dog has learned loads! Would definitely recommend, and most importantly our dog loves her 😍we nickname her The Dog Whisperer!

Very trustworthy, I know rodney is in good hands. I use Steph most days, if I need an unexpected walk she has always been able to accommodate last minute. Stephs sitting service is also very good. I would highly recommend Steph to anyone needing a dog walker, very competitive prices and always a friendly service.
Our dog has been walking with Steph at barking banana for over a year and loves it. Steph is reliable and manages our pup very well. She also house sits with the dog whilst we are away - much more comfy and convinient than kennels! Would highly recommend
