Nicola and Ed were amazing, and Juno was a complete charmer. Nicola picked me up from the train station and they hosted me for two nights before they left on their holiday, and what a warm welcome it was! I was shown around the town, introduced to their friends in the area (who became invaluable as I do not speak French), and provided an incredibly helpful list of places to explore in the area. There is a local pub that hosts occasional gigs and plenty of medieval towns worth visiting. They lent me their car which Juno and I used to reach nearby villages and explore the local markets. She was an absolute angel in the house and on the road. She is a curious puppy with a soft and calm demeanour. A lover of snuggles, especially after walks. And has a healthy obsession with sticks. Their garden is a perfect size to play fetch in with Juno, and there is a local lake within 500m of the house, where we happily spent a lot of our time. Nicola and Ed have a beautiful old farmhouse which they were quick to make feel like a second home for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Juno and getting to know Nicola and Ed, and look forward to seeing them all again in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending theirs as your next housesit - it will always hold fond memories for me, thanks Nicola and Ed
Camila's home is super cosy and Jessie is a delight. She loves her walks and cuddles on a sofa. Camila's home is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Devil's Dyke. Highly recommend this stay :)
Had a wonderful time house sitting for Rachel and Blake. They were very welcoming and their dog, Gwyn, was the sweetest companion for the week. Great hiking and running buddy!
Toni was great to communicate with and I loved sitting Buddy! He is super sweet and will follow you around everywhere. He loves to cuddle on the couch. For a senior dog, he does not lack energy when it comes to walks. He will pull you down the staircase if you let him, so be careful! I enjoyed light jogging with Buddy close to the ends of our walks. I was not able to use the pool, but the gym was a nice after work activity. Overall, it was a fun sit with Buddy!
My sit with Buster was an easy one . He was a cutie and full of energy as you would expect a Puppy to be. Monty’s place is just a described with beautiful views and very comfortable . Everything in walking distance to town. I would be Happy to take care of Buster again if I’m available . Thanks Monty
I really enjoyed sitting for Ollie & Jet! They're well-behaved, sweet, and really great dogs. They were super easy to care for once I got their routine down. Andre's house was in a great location, safe, and had everything I could think to want & need. A couple of grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive, which was super convenient. Along with some tasty restaurants, shopping, etc. Andre and his wife were very responsive before, throughout, and after the sit. I would jump at the chance to sit for them anytime! Thanks so much, again!
