This sit was wonderful and just what my mother and I needed. The house was cozy and had an incredible view. We got to watch hummingbirds, deer, and quail almost daily and the outside area and garden is just beautiful; especially with the scent of lavender in the air. We didn’t get to meet Shelly, but she was great at communicating with us throughout the sit and answered any questions we had. Now on to Little Kitty, she is so sweet but also very independent. It took a little while for her to warm up, but eventually she started coming to the house twice a day to say hello and spend time with us. We found she preferred to get attention outside, so often we would take our books and read on the outdoor furniture and then she would come and sit on our laps and purr. While she is definitely an outdoor kitty, if you are patient, she becomes such a love. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see more of Canada or for first time visitors.
This was a lovely sit to do, Sarah and Andy were so welcoming and we enjoyed a home cooked meal the evening before they left. Their home is beautiful and very spacious with a great garden that is a sun trap in the day. I enjoyed a heatwave during my sit so being by the sea was great, Chalkwell is a friendly, seaside town and I met lots of other dog walkers on my walks to the local park and the beach. There is a town nearby with lots of cafes and places to eat. The best part was looking after lovely Loxie, she is such a gentle dog, loves cuddles and is such a pleasure to walk, her recall is perfect and is always friendly with other dogs. I really enjoyed our morning walks along the beach and knew I was going to be sad to leave her. I would wholeheartedly recommend this sit, it was a complete pleasure to do and Loxie was just the best!
Zane was very friendly and welcoming, showed me the forest around the corner and gave advices where to go. The forest and the long beach close by are just beautiful and you have a lot of opportunities for great walks with Truffle. It is so much fun to watch Truffle jumping around and enjoying every second of a walk. She will make you laugh many times. She loves to do tricks, to play a lot and the way she hides under the blanket is too cute. She is a smart girl who knows what she wants and will try to take the lead if you're not strict enough. But she was always obedient and even in the forest she was despite all the adrenaline a good girl.
I had such a great experience taking care of Nuri and Altan. Two beautiful cats who make great company - especially Nuri, who stuck by my side the whole time. Eda and Taha were incredibly welcoming, and made me feel at home immediately. Their apartment is lovely, with such a homely feel to it. Situated in a great location, close to parks, shops etc. It would be a pleasure to return in the future 🙂
Exceptionally clean home. Kahlo is the friendliest cat I’ve ever meet. He loves to talk and cuddle. He will greet you at the door and communicates his needs very well. Their neighborhood is very peaceful. Be sure to visit the beach and Port Canaveral to watch the cruise ships sail away!
