Heather and Mark are the dream team! They were incredibly communicative, conscientious, kind, and cleanly and they nourished our several pets and many plants in their five week stay! We have a large property and they tended every detail including managing deliveries, watching out for predators for our birds, and were always ready willing and available for anything needed. They left our space spotless which is a lot as it is over 3,000 square feet. They are honest, reliable and hard working salt of the earth folks I would readily have back any time!!
We had such a great and peaceful time during our stay. Sammy is the sweetest doggo and we fell in love with her instantly. All she wants is snuggles, to go out and run with people, and to catch possums. And we really enjoyed taking her out for runs and walks in the neighbourhood and region with the snow capped mountains practically at your doorstep. The area was very peaceful and relaxing. Linda and Richard are wonderful, friendly and caring hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was very clearly explained. The other animals (ducks, geese, chickens, and sheep) were very easy to care for, and the whole property in general was a breeze. Linda and Richard made sure we had plenty of firewood so we were nice and toasty in their very comfy home. As foodies we enjoyed the spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Communication was easy and we always got answers to any questions. We're very happy and fortunate to be returning there again shortly.
