✨✨ Highly Recommend!!! ✨✨ Only a month after getting our new cat we had to leave her in the kennels. We were nervous as she was only just getting used to us, but the staff at BCK looked after her so well, even gave her a new favourite toy! She came home and seemed to have come out of her shell so much more! They even made accommodations when we needed it due to travel issues! Amazing staff, would highly recommend! Your pets will be in great, professional hands!✨

Fantastic kennels. Raw food supplied if dogs are raw fed. Terrific play area, walks and interaction with staff. Very clean premises and well placed. Not a lot of traffic noise. Paddle ponds provided in play exercise areas in the hot weather. My dog goes off happy, and is all over the staff. They know her personality and that she is a 100mph girl! Pre booking for a dog bath is available. This kennel also accept dogs that are titre tested. I have had dogs all my life, lived in many places and used many kennels. BCK ARE THE BEST kennels I have ever used, and so happy I found them.

Always come here from the first cat/dog the family had. Always pleasant staff and the furry family member is well cared for, and you can tell this, through the reflection of the pets attitude when they return home

Our dog stayed here and enjoys herself . She is looked after by two carers,one for walking and the other feeding her. A log is kept of what she has consumed. They have looked after our dog and cared for her and she seems happy to go.

Jess my dog always greets staff like old friends when we arrive. All very friendly, left her for 2 weeks this time no problems. They post pictures on Facebook of pets while in their care which is a nice touch.

I would recommend this place, to keep your cats inside the cattery or dogs in the kennels. We have two labs who absolutely love it at these kenals. They get walked in the field . And get to play and run around in a separate field when not getting walked. The staff are brilliant and take photos to let you know what your dog is up to.

One happy dog. We were concerned about placing her in kennels for the first time. However, she ate well, had plenty of exercise and came back a very contented dog.

Our beautiful dog Luna had a wonderful and fun-packed time at Paws Inn, Tracey looked after her so well and we felt more than comfortable leaving her there as we knew she would be very well looked after. She had lots of enrichment every day and even had her own big bed to sleep in at night which is certainly a luxury. We would not hesitate to recommend Paws Inn to friends and family!

Our Yorkie, Chester, visited Paws Inn Catwick for the weekend. We were delighted with the top class treatment Yorkie received, with regular updates of videos and pictures of all the fun enrichment activities that he got up to during his stay. A visit to the beach too! He came back very satisfied, content and settled. Thanks Tracey & Andy. Its very comforting to know that we can tootle off somewhere and not have to worry about him, knowing he's in the best hands. Izzy.

I cannot recommend Paws Inn highly enough. Tracey took amazing care of our two dogs whilst we were on holiday. She sent photos each day for my son who misses his dogs terribly when we’re on holiday which we really appreciated. We were so impressed we’ve booked in again for our next holiday!

Just used Paws Inn at Catwick for my two dogs. A new business but absolutely lovely. Beautiful home and gardens catering for every need of the dogs . Tracey was lovely and very attentive to the dogs and sent daily photos and a video. Will definitely use again my dogs were very happy there thankyou .

I cannot praise Paws Inn enough. Tracey is absolutely amazing with the dogs. I’m not sure Penny actually wanted to come home!

Buddy spent a long weekend while we were on holiday. He was booked into multiple group sessions and for a groom at the end. When we picked him up he was happy and full of beans. Home from Home accomodated us in storing the car crate, giving us more bootspace for our journey and accepted Buddy's food to keep his diet the same as it is at home. Both greatly appreciated. Unfortuantely after 4 or 5 group play sessions we only have two pictures to see the friends he made and the fun he should(?) have had (attached), only receiving these after constant reminding (no pictures were available on Facebook or privately). I requested the brands used during Buddy's groom (assuming it was this) as he came home with a rash on his tender bits, later moving to the base of his tail. Fortunately our pet insurance offers free video vet services (Home from Home did offer to cover any vet costs etc to their credit). I am still waiting for the product names almost 4 weeks later, in order for us to avoid them (the products) in future. All in all ok which is disapointing as I was expecting much more.

Took care of my two cats for a month or so and I was able to visit during that time. Quite spacious and tiered cubicles that they were kept in together and monitored daily. Obviously a little noisy with other cats and dogs in neighbouring surrounding cubicles and buildings but my cats seemed quite settled regardless. Would recommend.

I took my dog to there family friendly dog show and of course she won best in she. That meant she won a couple of nights stay. So we used our prize. I can definitely say I highly recommend home from home. The staff was super with bea and she went in very happy, came out even happier. Love that they post photos on their Facebook for them having fun. Thank you we shall be returning 🥰🐶🐾

We often use these kennels for our 2 Frenchies and Border Terrier for both daycare and overnight stays. Before their first visit I came to view the kennels. They are clean, spacious warm and comfortable. The staff are always professional and welcoming too. There are also lots of additional services you can book for your pets including grooming, extra walks, 1-1 time etc. When my dogs come for a stay they jump up at the door and push it open themselves, clearly looking forward to it. I love it that I can easily book a stay online via their website. I think that is really helpful rather than having to ring up to book.

Took our 3 year old border terrier Hamish for his very first overnight stay😧...I was soooooh apprehensive and nervous they would not care for him at the level I expected. All my initial fears were completely resolved as soon as I met the staff, each and everyone, verbally and non verbally made me realise Hamish would be cared for. When he was taken to his Hillside room (much quieter area), Saffy reasured me even more just how much the staff cares, I was happy she was taking him for his play session. Hamish was only there for one overnight stay, when he was collected the following day, he was bouncy, energetic, his little tail going like the clappers....yep I was very happy 😊. It's a wonderful caring environment to take your precious gargo!! We are planning to access the day to socialise with other dogs.

This was my dog's first experience of staying in kennels, so we were really apprehensive. I needn't have worried. Home from Home has a very professional feel and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ringo had a 3 night stay and, when I picked him up, he was absolutely fine; like he'd never been away. I would definitely recommend.

Just want to thank everyone for taking care of Bella our Frenchie whilst we had a week away in Turkey. She has come back full of beans and can't thank the staff enough for looking after her. Grooming team have done a great job aswell

A fantastic kennels (Hotel) for your dogs 🐶 to stay when you go away 👍 We have taken out little man quite a few times in the last 6 months due to an unforeseen family situation. At first we were hesitant about kennels for our puppy but visiting this established kennels on demand without an appointment showed us the quality, cleanliness and professional environment where we hoped he would be safe and well looked after. We can honestly say without any hesitation ‘Douglas’ our young cocker spaniel literally drags us in and goes bonkers when he sees the very same staff time and time again. The staff are what really sets this place apart, they are very passionate and extremely caring with Douglas and they have told me certain characteristics about Douglas that only someone who spends quality time with him would know and appreciate.! Micheal the owner leads with his exceptional positive customer service skills and is always smiling and happy to chat no matter how busy they are, and they are very busy! I have no hesitation in Highly recommended for anyone looking for an established quality run kennels to leave their cherished pets at.

I’m so in love with these kennels, my Missy loves it. It’s a case of when I go on holidays so does she. Michael is so caring, as are the rest of the staff, they even load her snuffle toys for her. I would never dream of going elsewhere because when she is with Michael and the team I have absolutely no need to worry and can enjoy my holidays as much as she is enjoying hers.Thank you all the team xxx🫶🏼

What genuinely lovely people who cared about us and our relationship and feelings with our dog. One of the few who welcomed us to view their business without appointment. We didn't inconvenience them by dropping in. They welcomed us and showed us how well we could care for our dog and reassure us. Everywhere was clean, smelled sweet, and was full of dogs who visited regularly. We felt so confident that our dog would be cared for, safe and secure. They listened and recognised my concerns. They encouraged me to take small, slow steps so that we would all feel secure in our dogs' future visits. We are very happy that our dog will be loved and cared for by these lovely people

This is the first time we have used these kennels, very happy with the care that our little man received whilst in their care, he was so happy when we collected him which is a good sign as we have used other kennels in the past and he wasn't himself when we collected him. The staff here are lovely and the place is very clean and welcoming, will definitely use them when we go away again. Thankyou for looking after ozzy 😊

Update June 2023: Went to collect Freddie from his house who had been given one word 'kennels' and I got one head turn as he raced to my car, tail like a windmill and demanding 'hurry up and get that car door open!' On arrival at Warley Cross raced out of the car and greeted all the members of staff and was booked in. Turned 'aren't you coming in with me?' So we slipped out and he settled and happily went in. Says a lot! What's nice is he will be equally excited to see us when we pick him up and will rush into the car. 2022 I am the chauffer for my friend and her 'kiddies' (1 dog and 2 cats) and I am so impressed with Warley Cross! We would highly recommend this place. Used them for her holidays and during the recent house move. Accessibility: Level drive, ramp, speaker buzzer, but on the inside the porch if assistance with doors if needed. Car parking level and close to the building. Lots of double security gates (needed) to keep animals safe. Car Park: Level and of course free Cattery: Secure and beautifully clean with comfort blankets etc. Kennels: I dud not go in, but my friend says equally good. Kiddies Opinion: The dog loves the place and the staff and gets so excited on arrival, equally excited to see us puck him up. The Cats, we'll cats are cats, but happy there. Parents Opinion: I know we have to travel a few miles to get here, but I trust them... Staff: Brilliant, know each guest, but check details each time to see if anything us new. Always chat with us and remember details. Toilets: Never asked, however we visited the Garden Centre to decompress after a busy move, hot chocolate and wandered around the plants and Xmas display

No need to send your dog anywhere else. The care, attention and love they’ll receive while at Warley Cross is unparalleled. I trust them completely and my dog is always so excited to arrive and totally exhausted when he leaves. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic kennels. Just had our quite timid 2 Yr old labrador with them for 2 weeks and so glad we chose here. Immaculatey clean, brilliant facilities, fantastic attention to detail and the 100% welfare of the residents. As owners we were made to feel special and know for sure our dog was treated as if he was royalty. Really can't praise them enough and we will definitely be back. Thankyou so much.

Our Dalmatian Neville has has 2 fabulous weekend stays here recently(in July 2024) He has come back home a very happy boy and when we arrive on site he is very happy and excited to see the team and goes off quite happily. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable team.

I was so nervous the first day taking my German Shepherd to Warley Cross kennels as I know what he can be like around strangers. HOWEVER, from the moment we walked into reception and met Patrick and Michael we were all made to feel at ease immediately. My boy absolutely loves his days here and comes home 'all played out' and exhausted from his fun day. The whole team are amazing, the premises are spotless and the facilities are just brilliant. I am so happy we found somewhere like this as we can relax in the knowledge he is being well cared for by gorgeous people who treat their customers as their own pets. Thank you Michael and team!!

Wouldn't dream of taking my two anywhere else. They love going and I love knowing that they are in safe, experienced hands.This year they were entrusted with my daughter's pup. Edit to original review: Sadly this week we lost our Bertie, and although expected it was still devistating. The lovely team at Warley cross have looked after him and Henry so very well, even giving meds when required, then this morning I received such a kind card offering sympathy . They truly do go that extra mile in customer care .

What a great service we received from Roy and Sheila when they looked after Evie 27th April 2024 for a week. They looked after our elderly poorly dog who took ill 5 days prior to our holiday. I contacted Roy to give him the choice of been able to say no to looking after her, we would fully understand, Roy said this wasn't a problem and to bring her. During our holiday Roy sent lots of updates of Evie's improvement, but just as important she looked very at home and happy. We wish we had found Petstay years ago and of course Roy and Shela. Thank you both so much.

Just picked my baby Tommy up after his 3 week holiday with Karla. He's a very bostrous mischievous little man who's also very nervous with new people so I was worried about leaving him Tommy had a great time and Karla looked after him brilliantly sending lots of reassuring messages and pictures. If she can cope with my Tommy she came cope with any dog!! Thanks for looking after my baby. X

Want to thank Heather (and Ian) for looking after Poppy while we were on holiday. We had the initial meeting, and then another get together just before we went away. Poppy immediatley felt comfortable with Heather and Ian, and this gave us the reassurance she would be fine while we were away. Heather kept us up to date on a daily basis with Poppy's day with regular photos. It was very clear that Poppy was very much loved and cared for during the whole time she was with Heather. Would recommend Petstay everytime. Heather was fantastic and it is clear she loves dogs and treats them as part of her family. Thank you again for everything. Xxx

Kept me hanging on for almost 4 weeks, telling me there was carers available, to get a call telling me no carers where available, leaving us hardly any time at all now to find alternative arrangements, ive used pet stay before and couldnt fault them, they seem to have gone massively down hill

Rose is marvellous. So caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great with advice for our new pup. Frozen carrots for mouthy youngsters is inspired.

Vicky jumped in to pet-sit our two dogs during a family wedding after the originally-booked sitter pulled out. I have to say that she couldn't have been better. She was superb with our dogs, including our very nervous collie, punctual, attentive and very easy to deal with. She also asked to reduce the fee by £50, even though she was aware of the amount we agreed with the previous sitter because she thought it was fairer. I can highly recommend her.
