Arthur and Claire were amazing pet sitters and we came back to a very clean house and a really happy dog! I would 100% recommend them as house and pet sitters.

We had a wonderful TH experience with Anaïs. The very first contact with her was already very positive, so that we decided to go with Anaïs very quickly. The organization and planning was very easy and she was very flexible. She even came to Berlin a day early so that we could show her everything in person and be there when she met Fritzi for the first time. By the way, he was also directly taken with her and has adopted her straight away from day 1 <3 During our absence Fritzi unfortunately developed a very persistent eye inflammation. However, thanks to Anaïs' experience as a Vet Nurse, she took immediate action when it became apparent that it wasn't going to go away on its own (it usually does and unfortunately the poor thing has this very regularly). She immediately started cleaning his eye regularly and of course kept us updated frequently and gave us her opinion. We always had the feeling that Fritzi was in the best hands with Anaïs. She even trained him to have a certain tolerance for eye treatments and later showed me how to proceed. This was really top notch, as Fritzi is extremely allergic to having his eyes handled. All in all, we can highly recommend Anaïs as a sitter. She is a wonderful and pleasant person to spend time with beyond the sitting (we had the opportunity to spend almost another day with her when we returned and had a really great time with her.) She is reliable, professional, insanely nice, and takes a heart touching care of her Sitting pet. Thank you so much for the wonderful care, Anaïs. She‘s super reliable, proactively checking in, sending pictures and updates and really cares a lot about George‘s wellbeing. And George enjoys her company a lot, too! Anne and Key are great sitters: easy-going, reliable and very friendly. All communication went smoothly, our cat Louis enjoyed their company and the house was clean and tidy upon return.

Moon was absolutely great, had a fantastic connection with Rusty. Was flexible with arrival time etc, we really felt that Rusty had a great time with Moon. House was clean when we got back. Nathalie was incredible with both our dogs and the house. The dogs ignored us almost when we arrived since they were so comfortable with Nathalie. The house super clean and tidy: chocolates on the house to thank us for the stay. What a treat! We are going away this spring and we hope Nathalie can come again.

Having Veerle and Nelly come sit for us, was a no-brainer. They’re lovely people and much more organised and anticipating than we are :-) We started off with a pleasant video call and instantly felt at ease. That didn’t change over the next weeks prior to our sit where we communicated off and on regardless the timing. To make sure they had plenty of time for the handover, they arrived the night before and came well prepared. They had brought a lot of supplies to be self-sufficient so they could spend all the time with Bounty on their first days. Throughout the sit, they kept us well-informed. They even made sure to be home when our sun screen got installed (unfortunately the company couldn’t install it anymore before we left, but Veerle and Nelle handled it very well). A nice bonus? They dropped us off and picked us up from the train station for our departure and arrival. Thanks very much for your stay and perfect care of Bounty and the house. We look forward to seeing you again :-)

Shuxin is the sweetest, calmest and most dedicated pet sitter you could wish for with a heart of gold and lots of love for animals. The way she took care of my 6 (mainly senior) dogs and 2 cats during my absence was heartwarming and with very much care and attention to the individual character of each of my animals. Not an everyday house sit, as there are 8 furry friends in total. I received photos and updates every day and did not have to worry about my animals for a minute. Nils and Kim looked after our two dogs for a week while we were on holiday. We left home assured that the dogs were in good hands. While away we got a few little updates from home that we appreciated. We didn’t ask for any, and it was nice to see everyone happy. On return the house was in excellent order, and Nils and Kim had even stripped the bed and washed the bed linen and towels! We came home to happy dogs, some lovely little gifts and a freshly baked bred! We can easily recommend Nils and Kim to look after pets and house. They are friendly and interesting people and we are happy we met them.

Anne-Marie & Roland were lovely, friendly & diligent housesitters who left our house spotless (and a huge pot of soup for us to come home to!). There was an occasional update while we were away which was helpful. Communication beforehand was excellent so our handover was easy. I very much recommend them!
