Jeremy and Katie take their time to explain all you need to know about their large property, garden, vegetable patch and the animals. It was a real pleasure to live here since both have a keen eye for interior decoration! We had a 5 star en-suite bedroom. You are not left on your own. There is a cleaning lady, someone for weeding and for mowing the lawn. The location is beautiful but you need a car for getting supplies. Katie was so kind to provide us with groceries for the first days since it was a weekend. The animals are easy to care for since they get along extremely well. We have never seen such a happy bunch together and do miss them all! We surely recommend staying with Katie and Jeremy and hope to return soon. Luc and Carin
Had an amazing couple of days at Lauren's with our new friends Molly and Ruby. We really can't say enough about what a generous and kind host Lauren is and how sweet and funny the pups are. We'd be thrilled to come back any time. Lauren was easy to communicate with so we had no concerns at all about the house or the dog's routines. The dogs are exactly as described, have charming personalities and are really well-behaved. We were genuinely sad to leave them. The neighbourhood is perfect for walking the girls, who do enjoy their strolls and know exactly where they like to visit. Lauren also had some great recommendations for dining and cafes, so we were able to explore Saint-Jérôme a bit as well. A 5 star + experience! Merci beaucoup Lauren!
Zeneba and Matt are kind and thoughtful hosts. We had a few hours together before the sit and they explained everything thoroughly. They had made cupboard and fridge space available, which is always appreciated, and left extensive information in their house guide. The cats, Hoover and Socksie are super friendly and affectionate towards their human carers although they only tolerate each other and Socksie keeps Hoover in his place. Altogether a lovely sit with wonderful cats, and I hope to see Zeneba and Matt again.
I had a blast caring for this dynamic and lovable crew. Everyone brings a fun and unique personality to the group. It wasn’t long before they were all piling up on my bed to sleep at night. Mindy is a great communicator and made me feel very welcome in her beautiful home. There were plenty of green walking areas around the house for us to explore. I look forward to watching them again in the future!
This was a very lively housesit. Tollie was always happy to keep me company wherever I was, and was a constant companion. The house was very spacious and cosy, with a lovely garden that was great for sunbathing. The weather was fantastic during my sit as well. I didn't have a car, and Hannah was kind enough to do a massive shop for me before the sit started so that the cupboards were full when I arrived There is a footpath a 5 mins away from the house that I walked every day for miles in both directions through the country. It was an easy walk to shops either way as well. A really lovely place to stay, lots of energy, and a great place to explore.
I loved looking after Buffalo, Shackleton, Scout, and Tayto. They are friendly, playful, funny dogs who love human attention and sleep peacefully through the night on the bed alongside you! They are very easy to care for and require food, water, and plenty of love! Suzi, Tim, and Velvet are very kind, hospitable, and welcoming people who made me feel very comfortable both before and during the sit. Suzi was very communicative and answered all of my queries. Their home is wonderful, with a large outdoor space to enjoy, as well as all of the amenities you could need for a great sit. Their home is situated approximately 2 minutes walk from Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane, which are two food and market hotspots in East London. They are located near a variety of bus stops, so they are well connected to other parts of London - you can reach central London within half an hour. I miss the dogs already - I highly recommend this sit and I’d love to sit for them again in the future! 🐶🐶🐶🐶
