Terry has become a friend having "sat" for our girls several times now....so I forget to leave new reviews! We are extremely grateful that Robin was willing to stay and house sit for us. We have never used any service to care for our house or animals before and really didn’t know what to expect. Robin came on time as promised and ensured that our animals were well-cared for. She followed the directions we left for her and was very flexible in terms of her ability to pivot when things changed. We even cut the trip short and she had no issues with it. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Housesitter!
Lindy and Aidan were very welcoming when I arrived and showed me around the house and the routine with the dogs. They live in a very peaceful area of Winchester, with many shops, amenities and attractions nearby. Winnie was up for walking as far as she could. I had her off the lead when out in the countryside. I walked longish distances with Winnie. She's a free spirit, yet also eager to stay close by. Her recall is good. Hattie is very advanced in years. I took her for just two walks during the course of my stay, each time just one mile long. She seemed to love it. I let her "race ahead" a bit, which actually meant she was going at about 3 miles per hour for half a minute. Otherwise, she seemed happy pottering in and out of the garden at home. Both dogs love company and wanted to be with me whenever possible. They travelled well in the boot of the car. Communication with Lindy was excellent. She gave swift responses and was perfect in terms of letting me know who was coming to the house, and when, while I was there. Thank you Lindy and Aidan for a calm, easy and well organised week.
April is a great communicator, and her kitties are the cutest ever! I felt very comfortable in her home, and I was happy to help out for a few days. Her home is very comfy, and the hot tubs were perfect for some r&r, while recovering from a long trip overseas. It was a perfect space for getting some work done, relaxing, and hanging out with the adorable duo Sedona and Kona. They will give you a lot of love and are very easy to care for. It's a short drive from the main areas of LA, but I really enjoyed the drive through the Topanga mountains to get to Santa Monica. I recommend this sit.
I had a great time with Molly walking around this cute residential area of SG. She's a super sweet dog and loves cuddles and has a fantastic smile. You'll fall for her immediately. The flat was really clean and full of amenities. Had a tremendous time! Thanks for having me

Danny walked our senior girl for her last year and he was very sweet with her. He's clearly very comfortable managing all sorts of dogs and combinations of dogs. It made me happy thinking her having a little social life with neighborhood doggies during the week. Danny was also extremely flexible and accommodating with my frequently changing schedule. When we get a new dog we will have Danny walk them too.
Elise is so wonderful with our kitties. It is amazing to know they are in good hands when we are out of town - she's a great communicator, incredibly sweet, and responsible!

We have been using Danny’s Pet Care for the last 4 years- they are amazing! We are very happy with the care they provide to our 2 dogs. The dogs love their regular daily dogwalker who also occasionally dog sits when we’re out of town- we trust him completely and know our dogs are in good hands! Fuzzy Critters has been a life saver! Our dog Maple absolutely loves going there. She starts whimpering when she realizes we are getting close and then bounds out of the car to run into Jessica's yard, leaving me in the dust. She loves hanging out with all the other doggies and still being in a home environment with access to the outside. Highly recommend!
Jessica is an amazing person who really cares about the dogs who are staying with her. Our Pepper (pit/lab mix) had a great time with Jessica. I started taking my dog, Missy, here during the pandemic and she LOVES it. Whenever we get close to the house, Missy starts jumping and getting super excited and almost busts out of the car door! I love leaving her with Jess because they treat Missy like one of their own furry family members with cuddles and playtime - and that means a lot to me.

Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. I highly recommend Peticular Charm Pet Care to anyone who is looking for dog walking services in the DC area. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.
Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.
I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! Chris is also a very well read, traveled, cultured musician with a fascinating life. My dogs are in interesting company - kinda jealous!
The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!
We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. I've recommended him to our neighbors and friends, and we rest easy when we leave town knowing Chris is looking in on our pup.

We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple times a year we go on a weekend trip. C-PUP has always provided great service for our critter and has always been there, even on short notice. They feed our cat, top off or change the water, clean the litter, give some pets and playtime, email us a picture of our cat, and bring our mail and packages inside once a day. They've taken care of our cat when we decided to leave her in the house or outside. They have also kept our garden alive during summer trips by watering for a little extra charge. I would highly recommend C-PUP! We have used their services a couple times a year for the past 5 years or so.

If you are looking for a walker or in-home sitting service, I'll assume that your fur family members are incredibly important to you and you want to make sure they are getting the best care possible. C-PUP provides just that. They are incredibly professional, well-organize, thorough and meticulous when it comes to understanding what your pet needs for care. We have three dogs of various ages, including a senior dog that requires extra-special care and C-PUP is incredibly attentive to all of their different needs. Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets!!! She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind. All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.
The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!
We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.
Marcia is amazing! She took care of our three cats at relatively short notice. She is very kind and treated our pets as though they were her own, working with individual feeding requirements and sending daily updates and pictures while we were away. I really appreciated her offer to come over and meet with us before services started. We will absolutely be calling her again the next time we need someone to look after our fur babies!

I found Bella almost 2 years ago when I first got my dog, Roxy, and ever since she could not be more reliable. She is so great with her and treats her as if she is her own (and her kids love Roxy too!). I know for a fact that she is well taken care of while I am traveling and that makes me feel 1000x better; I don't need to worry about the love she is receiving while I'm away! Bella is always flexible and willing to care for her. Have appreciated Bella and will continuously use her for years to come!
CANNOT RECOMMEND BELLA ENOUGH! We have had Bella take care of our dog for the past 2 years when we go out of town. After a bad experience with a doggy day care center that felt impersonal and cold, Bella was a breath of fresh air. When our dog is with her, he really is a part of the family and I am able to relax while away because I know he’s in great hands. Our dog enjoys playing with her children and even going to work with Bella at the pet hospital. She is able to provide pick up and drop offs, lots of pictures every day as well as some grooming services. Bella is also very flexible and easy to contact. Our dog always returns exhausted and well cared for. Anyone should feel comfortable with their pet in her care. We cannot recommend her enough!
Bella has cared for our two dogs and diabetic cat for over a year now, and she is truly fantastic! She is flexible, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our fur-babies are happy and healthy. She has accommodated all sorts of issues for us, including last minute schedule changes and medication administration. Our dogs are usually nervous around people, but they always have a great time with Bella. She is also great about keeping us informed and sends plenty of photos after each visit. I cannot recommend her services highly enough - without Bella, we wouldn’t be able to travel nearly as much as we have lately! I am so comfortable with Bella caring for our animals. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!
Bella is awesome! She’s been watching my dogs for over 3 years now and has always done an amazing job with them. She is very attentive, sends updates often, and offers pick-up and drop-off services. I know that anytime I leave my dogs with Bella and her family they will be well loved and well played with.
Bella did an amazing job taking care of our healthy cat and our sick cat while we were away. She administered medication as prescribed and provided daily updates to the worried pet parents. Bella was lovely to talk with and also took good care of our home. I highly recommend her!
Bella has been wonderful with my pups. In addition to taking great care of them, she keeps me well informed on how their doing by sending pics with every visit including fun selfies. They adore her and it’s very reassuring knowing they are safe while I’m away in travel.

I have been employing Fetch! for my pet care needs for well over a decade now, perhaps 15 years (it's been a long time!). Without exception, the sitter (Jenny) has always gone above and beyond to satisfy every need while I'm away from home, not only for my pets, but in ensuring my home is secure during and between visits and in collecting mail and informing me of anything else that requires my attention (water leaks, flooding, etc.). In addition, the sitter has been wonderful in administering medications properly when needed and in cleaning litter boxes, food dishes, and eating/waste areas as needed. The sitter has also made time on every visit to play with my cats, which I can tell from photos that they've really enjoyed! I greatly appreciate the photographs Jenny sends after each visit, but I have always had complete peace of mind when I'm away, due to the fantastic communication she provides. Lastly, the management and staff of Fetch! have provided excellent administrative support in adjusting scheduling changes to accommodate my schedule. In my opinion, the service provided by Fetch! is worth every penny!
Silver Spring Fetch is awesome! Their sitter Dawn became a part of our family. My cats love her!! I always felt better when I know that Dawn was watching over my fur babies and appreciate the great care that she gave them.
Fetch has been a godsend for us. You've looked after our cats for over a decade, and we are always able to enjoy our time away from them secure in the knowledge that they are being well taken care of. Their primary sitter, Stephenie, is particularly great and always sends us the best pictures of the cats!

We have been using FETCH for several years (about 6-7?). I cannot recommend this company more highly. Originally, FETCH came to our house in Kensington. When we moved further out in the county, FETCH accommodated us even though we were not in their usual walking area. Lorena has been walking our pup ever since, at least 3 years. Our pup loves Lorena who is completely focused on her care the entire time she is with her. Lorena knows exactly what our dog needs and she has special games she plays with her. (Hiding treats around the room when she leaves!). I attached one of Lorena's daily pictures of our dog. FETCH also accommodates our crazy, inconsistent work schedules. Over the years, their service has improved with digital walk diaries, online client portals and better customer service. We do not provide people with the keys to our home lightly. FETCH is licensed and bonded and they really check out their walkers thoroughly. We would not trust anyone else to care for our pup, especially now that she is aging. FETCH is a premium service, but the service and sense of trust we get from knowing they can be there for our dog is well worth it
I am new to Fetch! but have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Their online system makes scheduling visits, paying invoices, and receiving updates very easy and organized. Jenny, in particular, is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, punctual, and thorough. Her post-visit updates with pictures and commentary provided much peace of mind while I was away. I have a blind, senior cat who is a little needier than the average cat, but I know he's in great hands with Jenny.
Absolutely love this service! Fetch is so reliable, I love that I’m always matched with the same sitter. Shout out to Connor. Connor comes to our home every time we’re out of town, our two cats love him, and, most importantly, I always feel safe having him in my home. Connor plays with my girls, takes pictures, and leaves a diary note in the app telling me about their day. I look forward to those updates when I’m abroad! I also have the peace of mind knowing that Connor is not an independent contractor, so if he’s ever sick or unavailable, Fetch will send a new sitter out to take care of my cats. All around 5 stars. My boxer had a great day boarding at Barking Lot. Easy drop off and pick up and there was a ton of space for the dogs to run around. With the added bath, she came home really clean and ready to sleep. I love that they offer boarding overnight with 24/7 staffing and no crating. Will definitely be back.
My dog LOVES coming here! She’s always excited to pull up in the lot, and is happy, healthy, clean, and sleepy when she comes home. The outdoor space is a game changer and the staff is so friendly.
Love taking my dog here. Love the fact that there is a covered outdoor area for your dog to room outside in most weather types. She always comes home ready to nap!
My dogs LOVE going to the Barking Lot! They come home happy and exhausted. The fact that half-day daycare is an option is amazing, too. My older dog will always overdo it and the half-day option allows for moderation. The dogs especially love Darrick and are always thrilled to see him.

Pet Peeps took care of my cat Andy during my 2 years in DC and I could not have asked for better care. Gus and Mavid were amazing and I could tell Andy really enjoyed Mavid’s visits. Pet Peeps was able to accommodate Andy during a diabetic episode and I felt totally confident he was in safe hands. Gus and his team also were able to accommodate me on several occasions with last minute adjustments due to travel. I just got off the phone with Pet Peeps after inquiring about my reactive German Shepherd and had the most incredible conversation. Gus walked me through options and helped me address all my needs regarding my not so sweet lady. I have a lot of confidence in his recommendation and opinions. For the past three years I have done A LOT for my dog, driven many miles, jumped through many hoops, and talked many folk's ears off. However in the 15 minute conversation I had with Mr. Elfving, I have never felt more heard, or understood. For the first time in 3 years I felt "helped" and I genuinely appreciate it. My name is Zooey and I am a 13 year old Puggle. I have asked my person to write this note recommending Pet Peeps to take care of your beloved pets. Gus was my first dog walker when I was a puppy. I love him so much. He took me to my first Pride parade. We had sooo much fun together (we still do). He is reliable, responsible and my person said he is reasonable in price. Gus mostly manages these days but we still use Pet Peeps for my walks. My walker and I enjoy each other’s company as we walk around my neighborhood. My human and I strongly recommend Pet Peeps. Woof!
We had a terrible experience using Pet Peeps. I would not advise anyone to rely on Gus if their pet has any sort of medical need. Not only was he unprofessional throughout the screening process, but he completely dropped the ball on taking care of our scared senior cat who needs insulin twice a day. He called on the first visit screaming at us that we lied about our cat being an easy job. We’ve had pet sitters come without issue in the past, and we obviously cannot predict if our cat is going to hide in the closet. He was so dramatic, and our downstairs neighbors had to come up with him to help. It’s truly embarrassing that he claims he’s been running a pet sitting business for decades and needs a neighbor to show him how to befriend a petrified senior cat. We used Pet Peeps to walk our dog when we first adopted him in early 2018. Gus was very kind and we had a great first meeting with him before starting our walks -- you could tell he loves all pets and that he is passionate about his business. While we only used dog walking from Pet Peeps for a short time (we figured out our dog had separation anxiety and needed full time daycare to be his happiest), I would certainly recommend Gus and his team!
We recently moved away from the DC area, but for six years Pet Peeps provided daily dog walks and pet sitting for our dog and cat. Gus and his team were always available (even on short notice for emergencies) and always took excellent care of our fur-kids and went the extra mile. We always knew our pets were in good hands.
DO NOT SKIP THIS REVIEW: As a pet parent - communication is vital to me. I spoke with Gus on the phone, he assisted me with questions, concerns, and thoughts I had. We spoke on the phone, we even had a meeting to make this process easier. It all worked out. I felt respected and heard, and most important I felt my pets were cared for. I never had pets before, so I am always concerned if they're okay - and with Gus I had that peace of mind. So look no further, prices are excellent, care is exceptional, and Gus is awesome. Alonso B.
I've been using Pet Peeps for a few years now, and they are far and away the best pet sitting service I've had. It's a great comfort to know that my very senior cat is well cared for. Their communication is great, their sitters spend time with my cat to make sure he gets some attention, the litter box is managed...everything is expert. Mavid looked after my cat on my latest trip, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. Gus, the owner, is more than willing to step up for his staff, and pitched in with visits, too. I'll never use another service, and can't recommend them highly enough.
I can’t stop telling my friends about this business! Over a decade in Vet medicine, compassionate, reliable, and it’s inexpensive compared to the Rover and wagtime. I love the edible arrangements and toys they leave on the last day for my pet. Also making sure my mail box isn’t full and my plants are also taken care of. I didn’t say this, but I have a camera in my home and District Sitting touch anything they were suppose too or go in any room that was closed. I love this service!
