Nikki & Joe

Nikki and Joe came to sit for 2 weeks at Lovely Lansdowne. Prior to arrival Nikki had requested we Zoom to go through the detail of the House Bible, meet Pablo the Puppy and generally say hello which was really Reassuring. Pablo the Puppy fell in love with Nikki, we received regular updates throughout our time away. The animals and pets were beautifully looked after. The house was stunningly tidy when we arrived home, Pablo had received a bath the day before and the bunnies house had been wonderfully spruced up by Joe. It was wonderful to also receive lovely thank you gifts on our return. If Nikki and Joe offer to sit for you, accept as quickly as you are able to do so! I sincerely hope they will both come and sit for us again.

I cannot recommend Shea enough. She was an excellent communicator, left my house extremely tidy, and took exceptional care of Barley. I wish she could stay with Barley every time I needed a sitter.

Jo

Jo read over the Welcome Guide in detail and was super responsive to messages. She sent lots of daily photos and videos (more than expected, and definitely appreciated). Jo took excellent care of our cat Pirata and played with him often. She also took great care of our backyard plants. I appreciate the initiative she took when trying to resolve an issue with the smoke detector. Jo also was tidy and left the house in excellent condition. Would not hesitate to have Jo back again, highly recommend!

Carrie

Carrie was great with my cat Praxie and my apartment! Her communication was clear, she left the home in tidy conditions, and most importantly she took great care of Praxie and sent me adorable photos of her everyday! I would definitely invite Carrie again to watch her :)

Ana

While Ana is a lovely person, unfortunately we didn't feel that she kept up her end of her responsibilities as a pet and house sitter. She did not leave our house as she found it (bed was unmade, floors were dirty, many items were put away in different places than she found them, bathtub was very dirty and door to deck was left open, with the deadbolt on so we couldn't close it and she accidentally took the key to this door with her when she left (she returned it when we asked her for it)). Most disappointingly, she told us that our dog had a few accidents while we were gone, including one in her bed. Our dog hasn't had accidents since we first rescued her (6 moths ago), and she has never had accidents with any of our other pet sitters. This leads us to assume that Ana didn't take the dog out as often as we asked her to. We were surprised by all of this as Ana came with good reviews and presented as a really lovely person. We don't think any of this was intentional, but we were disappointed with the condition our home was left in and in the care we assume she provided our dog. That said, our dog seemed to really like her and we assume that she was sweet and kind to the dog when she was with her.

Sarah & William

Sarah and William were awesome! They came and took care of Nellie and our home last minute and were very flexible with some timing changes and very communicative. Their dog Sage got along really well with Nellie, and they sent lots of pictures. Left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend these sitters!

Duha & Arshia

Duha took care of our dog Noodles for about a week. She was friendly, responsive with photos and even took Noodles to the beach to the beach during her stay. We returned to a clean apartment and a happy pup.

Asheme and Muhamad were so great! Highly recommend - just very nice and honest people with great energy.

Wow! I just can't say enough about the quality of people I get when I use this site. Barbara was no exception. She communicated with us daily and let us know how the dogs were doing. She cleaned the home, washed the sheets and even washed the dogs. Plus, we came home to a little surprise as the 3 dogs had little fun neck kerchiefs. I highly recommend Barbara!

We had Michaela to sit our 3 mad big dogs, one only a 10 month old Landseer puppy as well as a cat and horse.
Michaela arrived the day before and by the time we went away I was so relaxed that my precious animals were in the best of hands.
I had a relaxed holiday knowing this and when we arrived home the animals were in top form and even Missy the puppy who is my shadow looked at me and went straight back to Michaela.
The house was spotless and everything perfect, I can't thank her enough and would highly recommend Michaela to anyone especially those who would worry about leaving their pets.
