It was such a pleasure looking after Mynxy & Tigris - stunningly gorgeous cats both with lovely natures. Hester’s house is beautiful & comfortable & it was so nice to be able to meet Hester before she left & to be shown the ropes. She made me feel very welcome & even left me a bottle of wine in the fridge which was very kind. The cats were so entertaining & excellent company & I’d be more than happy to do a return sit - I felt so sad when I said goodbye to them!
First off, the animals were amazing. They were all so mellow and sweet, which made taking care of them a breeze. And there were a lot of them, but it wasn't overwhelming at all. The morning and evening responsibilities were easy to handle, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the rest of our day. The house itself was huge and so homey. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. And the mountains behind the house were absolutely breathtaking. We went on some incredible hikes and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. But the best part of the whole experience was definitely Jen and Jacob. They were incredibly kind, chill, and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions we had. All in all, we had an amazing time house sitting in Upland and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. Thanks again to Jen and Jacob for making our stay so enjoyable!
