A heart warming experience! Marie-José and Ab are lovely, warm and generous hosts with two beautiful dogs. We feel very honoured to have met them and to have become their friends. Due to the older dog's failing health Marie-José and Ab returned home early. This meant all of us sharing this adversity together. It brought us very close to one another. We have nothing but admiration for our new Dutch friends.
We loved our time at the Lows! The location is beautiful and the guesthouse makes you feel like you’re on a vacation. Everything you need is there. Murphy is a sweet and easy dog that just loves to be around you. He likes to play and listens very good. Rhada is a lovely cat that likes to do her own thing, but came up for a pet everyday. The Guinea Pigs are cute and curious. It was clear what care the pets needed from us. Matt, Vali and the kids were very nice and the communication with them was great. It was a pleasure!
You'd better be a Yankees fan when you enter this condo to care for its fun loving cats. Gabrielle is pleasant, responsive and has a lovely home in a picturesque area. Her kitties are social and fun-loving. Her home is immaculate and well cared for. It was a pleasure to meet her and care for her pets. Just be sure to turn on the bathroom faucet and watch the fun start! ;)
We had an excellent time caring for Shaga! Shaga is an incredibly sweet and friendly dog and a treat to care for. Sarah gave us all the info we needed to feel comfortable taking care of her dog and home. Sarah and Shaga's home is lovely and in an excellent area. I'd highly recommend the opportunity to pet-sit Shaga to any sitters on here!
Feel like we've just come back from a 5 star holiday retreat. Jenny and Dean have a lovely, comfortable house in a beautiful setting. They're very hospitable and everything is organised to make it very easy as a sitter. Scooby and Sasha are delightful. They like being with you but are very content and such characters. I had a fabulously lovely time with Milo and the chickens. Milo is very smart, very well mannered and extremely friendly.He will make you laugh daily with his playful character. He is very clever at instigating rumbles, wrestles and chasings around the yard. He is an absolute pleasure to look after. Janine and Andrews' home is just beautiful, and the pool is awesome. The cool, afternoon, ocean breezes are amazing and flow through the well designed home. I was welcomed with a much appreciated home cooked meal, and made comfortable straight away. Janine and Andrew are fabulous to houseit for and I'm thankful for the opportunity to have done so.

Lovely and personal doggy day care set up. Daphne (our dog) gets very excited when we drop her off and the photos we get of the day shows how much she loves it there with her dog friends. Vernon runs the business very well, communication is excellent, paperwork is all in check and he ensures that he has the right type of dogs there too - so we have never had any problems in 6 months of sending Daphne there.

Our pup has been going to daycare twice a week for a number of months now. He gets so excited when he realises he’s going in the mornings and when Vernon arrives to collect him. I can tell he’s in completely safe hands in their care and the experience has honestly been faultless, there’s no where else I would trust sending our pup. He’s really benefited from regularly socialising with other dogs and we can see from the pictures on the daily emailed reports, he has the time of his life there, always has his happy face on. Vernon shows a clear passion for dogs and is highly knowledgeable in providing the best care for them. It’s a home away from home and has exceeded all expectations. Worth every penny!!!
My little Dachshund has been going to Vernon and Jen at Doggy Daycare for a couple of months now and I cannot fault the excellent care that they have provided for her. She settled in straight away and it has helped her social skills and separation anxiety massively! Vernon and Jen have been really accommodating and put my mind at ease straight away, keeping me up to date with how she gets on and I always look forward to the photos and daily reports that they send at the end of the day ☺️. I would fully recommend their care at My Best Friend Daycare, they have been great and my pup is definitely a happy little thing when she gets home from her days spent with them and the other dogs.
Vernon is excellent, I highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care. Our Labrador loves going out for walks with Vernon and all his doggy friends. We feel very lucky to have found such a diligent and professional person who we can trust to look after our dog. The communication after the walks is brilliant.
My puppy had her first experience of day care with Vernon at My Best Friend last week. Before she went we had a meet and greet session with the opportunity to ask any questions and look at the day care facilities. Vernon is knowledgeable and experienced in dog care and behaviour and made sure our puppy was happy with the other dogs and vice versa. When we left her there last week she was relaxed and happy to stay without a second glance and very relaxed when we picked her up. Vernon sent photos during the day and a little report with more photos the next day. Overall a great experience for us and our puppy. We've booked another session and would highly recommend to other dog owners.
My Dachshund has been going to My Best Friend Burntwood for Daycare for some time but has recently stayed with Vernon and Jen for her “holidays” whilst we were away. She went on lots of walks to different places and loved playing with her doggy pals in their awesome new garden. Vernon clearly has a love and passion for animals. From the moment he met our little pup he was kind and patient (as she can be a little nervous). Her confidence has come on leaps and bounds since going on dog walks with Vernon and her little pals and we know for certain she is in safe hands and having a wonderful time! I would highly recommend My Best Friend Dog Care, a very friendly, caring and professional service. Vernon and Jen are so committed and passionate and they really do offer a home from home environment. Our pup Luna can be very nervous but Vernon and Jen have really gone out of their way to ensure Luna feels comfortable, working with Luna at her own pace she has the best time! After only four visits I can really see a huge difference in Luna’s behaviour and positive progress. We are updated with photographs, videos and a fabulous service report at the end of the day which is so lovely to read and is something I look forward to receiving. Vernon and Jen really do go above and beyond all expectations and we are so thankful Luna has been lucky enough to secure a place with them. Thank you Vernon and Jen 😃
Cannot recommend My Best Friend Dog Care Burntwood enough! I was stuck for cover for my pup and Vernon was able to help out last minute with dog walking. An amazing service and so attentive to any of your pups needs. My 10 month old Bulldog suffers with grass allergies and Vernon was fab with making sure this was watched closely and my pup always came home so happy and can really tell good care was taken of her. A service report with photos and info of the service is also sent afterwards every day and was so lovely seeing my pup having fun and just being able to be kept in the loop with their day. 5 stars always ⭐️
I see Louise's dogs playing in her back yard quite often. They run around and play together so well. You can just stand there and smile. Most of the time she has same dogs over and over again. I think that says it all. She is someone you can trust. I would highly recommend her.
Louise has cared for our two dogs on numerous occasions and we would highly recommend her services. Louise genuinely cares for the dogs she looks after and they really do become part of her family. After the stress of a previous unreliable dog walker, it has taken a bit of time for me to trust my dog to someone new. Louise has taken time and trouble to get to know our black Lab Retriever, so that she can provide the best care. I'm loving receiving little video clips of our pooch thoroughly enjoying himself whilst out on walks with Louise, even though I am stuck at work ! Would thoroughly recommend.

Laura is absolutely brilliant. She helped us out at a really difficult time with my mom's dog. She took him in at short notice and he had a lovely three weeks with her. My mom's dog has come back to us happier and he has been well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to potential customers.

Laura, Matt and their family are absolutely fantastic! Our 1 year old Boxer - Bo, has just stayed there for 17 days whilst we were away and he had the best time ever. Bo goes to daycare there at least twice a week and has made lots of friends. They have lots of activities in the varied outside area and in the warm weather had water play and even air conditioning! Laura and Matt treated Bo like their own and sent regular “pupdates” and photo’s to us. I highly recommend for anyone wanting their dog to be part of a family whilst they’re away, with lots of interaction, stimulation and of course love and hugs. Laura also offers grooming services that she is fully qualified for. Laura regularly grooms Bo and trims his nails, he even comes out with doggy aftershave on! Judging by the way he drags me to their front door every time we go, I'd say he quite likes it too:)
I take my Siberian husky (Skye) Laura 5 days a week whilst I'm at work and she also stays when I go abroad. Always have a happy pup when i drop her off and pick her up. Laura is always very accommodating with my erratic work hours and her family are also excellent with the care of Skye. 1 of the very few people I trust with my pride and joy. Could not recommend her enough to anyone. Easy to see why 5 star reviews are posted all around the internet for the services offered and delivered!
We've used J&C Puppies for home boarding for our Border Collie for quite a while now. Laura is great, always willing to accommodate drop offs and pick ups when we need them and their prices are excellent for the service they offer. Would be very happy to recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for boarding.
My 1 year old ronald has been going to daycare a couple days a week for the last couple of weeks. Laura and family are absolutely lovely and he always comes away having had a great time. It's a great place for dogs to play and he pulls me up the driveway every morning he goes ! Thankyou guys and I'm super happy I managed to get him in with you before you became full for daycare.
Would not recommend at all. My dog had ingrown dew nail and was only ever groomed by this person a few times over last 6months clearly doesn't really know her stuff. Never again. Taking my dog to vets and will make an official complaint. You haven't ever cut that nail ever she was groomed by you at 5 months old then 7 months old. my dog is well cared for so won't be visiting you again

My Best Friend North Shropshire is a wonderful find! Karen’s home and garden are brilliantly adapted to make dogs feel comfortable and she is very practical, knowledgeable and caring.
I couldn’t wish to have found such a wonderful kind and caring dog loving lady. Amber never wants to leave Karen’s care and has so much fun. I know my dog is in safe, caring hands.
Karen provides an excellent service and my dog was very happy during his stay and came home relaxed and rested.
