Ginny and Ian went above and beyond in every way. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely loved them. They were kind, and communicative and sent me frequent updates. They left my house and car perfectly clean and tidy, my car is actually in better condition than when I left! All 5 of my free-range chickens are alive and my garden is watered. While we were out of town 2 of the horses from our stable escaped and Ginny and Ian rounded them up and put them back, then actually found the spot in the fenceline that was down and fixed it. They even mowed the lawn! In my wildest dreams, I never thought a housesitter could be this amazing. With a property like ours, it's very stressful to go on vacation, but they made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. They cared for everything on the homestead with the same care and attention that we do. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Caroline was very accommodating when we needed to change our dates at the last minute. She needed a place to stay for a night and came a day early. She is very friendly and independent. She was very confident with Eddie and Lola and had no problems pilling them or giving Lola her eye drops. I reached out to see how everything was going and she responded quickly. We have a chart that we leave for our sitters and that worked well for us. I would recommend Caroline to care for your pets.

Ginnie was perfect! She brought her adorable golden doodle puppy Lyra with her who became best friends with our pup. She kept us updated with adorable pics and we returned to a happy tired pup and a clean well-cared for house. We would love to have her back any time!

Larry was an excellent sitter for us. He kept great communication with us and sent pics. He played fetch with the dogs outside several times a day. Additionally, our house was cleaner when we came home than when we left it. Larry was very reliable and I’d love to have him back to sit for us.

This is the second time Grace has sat for us (she came with her mum Sarah last summer) and we were very happy that she could come again. We sadly lost one of our dogs Alfie to cancer just before the holiday and Grace was really sympathetic and kind in reassuring us that our other dog Lola would be ‘showered with love’. And she was - we had regular videos and photos and messages from Grace which made us feel relaxed and able to enjoy our time away even at such a difficult time. As before the house was very well looked after and Grace kindly stayed until 8pm on the day we arrived home as we had a late flight so Lola wasn’t on her own for long. Grace is gentle, caring and responsible and clearly has a natural way with animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and do hope she’ll come back again.

Hannah and Dave were the best sitters we could have wished for! Our kitten got ill and they took him to the vet and gave him his medicines for a week. This being not a nice situation when you are away we were completely at ease because we trusted Hannah and Dave so much. The send us regular updates and we looked forward to there morningly ‘hello from the boys’ messages that were quite funny.
Apart from being very good ‘parents’ to our boys they were really nice people and we shared a lovely diner and evening together on their first night.
