We were so lucky to have Eileen, Chris and Aspen (the friendly Aussie-doodle) take care of our home and Golden-doodle Luna - we recommend them highly to other home and pet owners! Our dog may have had more fun during our 9 day vacation than we did! Eileen, Chris and Aspen were easy-going and considerate guests and took excellent care of our home and pup. Communication was super before and during the sit, with regular adorable photo/video updates of the dogs romping on trail, playing tug, and napping together while Eileen worked at home. Chris and Eileen are thoughtful, kind and responsible humans, and promptly reached out with any questions. We felt completely confident that both our home and Luna were in their good hands, so we could enjoy our time away. Our home was clean & tidy, and our pup was happy & relaxed when we returned. We hope they can come sit again - we will be very happy to see them!
This was such a wonderful sit. First of all, the hosts were amazing. Great communication from the start. Bertha provided everything I needed in regards to taking care of the dogs, her lovely home, and a detailed list of information so I knew exactly what I needed to do. I was always able to get in touch with them if I had any questions. Now, Serrano and Hatch, they are quite the duo. Serrano is more chill and relaxed bc he's older. He's super sweet and loves belly rubs. He'd go on his walks, sometimes you just have to encourage him, then he's ready to go. Hatch is entertaining as he loves his toys. He made me laugh everyday. They truly know their routine and both are great dogs. I miss them already. Also, the property is absolutely beautiful. It's very peaceful as well as close to many stores and restaurants. Bertha left me a basket of goodies which just goes to show how caring she is. I highly recommend this petsit. Thanks again for having me. Give the boys hugs & treats for me!! 🤗💖🐾🐾
What a lovely stay at Quinn and Ken's place. I had the opportunity to meet Quinn over the phone and connected with her positive energy immediately. It was no surprise that her home had that energy as well. The place was so peaceful, uplifting and beautiful. Not to mention, the bed was so comfy! The most special part was the kitties! They are truly the most well behaved sweethearts I've ever had the pleasure of sitting. Each one with their own personality and quirks. They loved to play with their toys and clearly enjoy human connection and affection. Violet was very shy but she warms up to you if you sit near her favorite spot. I'd be happy to sit for them anytime! :)
Thankyou Terry and Serena for choosing us to do your housesit. We had a lovely time caring for your chickens and ducks- they were low maintenance and friendly. Their house is a large old farm house that Terry has partly renovated to a high standard but he has a long way to go- respect to him for taking on this huge project. Serena was away but Terry greeted us and showed us around. The communication with Serena via WhatsApp was prompt and helpful and she was appreciative of our flexibility with arrival/ departure dates. Terry’s advice regarding our car servicing was also much appreciated. They live in a quiet country area, with many lovely villages and you would definitely need your own transport. I sincerely enjoyed my 3 week summer sit for Christie and family. Hawk was my feline best friend during this time as he is very loving. The house is lovely, light, and clean, and the landscaping has many gorgeous plants and flowers. I enjoyed being in nature with with lots of birds, butterflies, bees, dragonflies, and more. It was also refreshing to have access to the pool. This would be a great match for sitters that like to be somewhat isolated (as there are no close neighbors), love caring for a large variety of indoor and outdoor plants, and enjoy snuggling with a cute, furry, purring sleeping buddy. Excellent communication both before and during the sit. I would love to sit for Christie and family again. ♥
Bradley is such a cute lovely cat. He actually communicates well so it's easy to know what he wants. Laura is very friendly and easy going. All the information that I needed was ready for me and we stayed in touch through the sit. The house is lovely and well communicated.
We really enjoyed our time with Otis & Ronnie. Lisa & Neil were really friendly and welcoming, their home is large, clean, comfortable and in a great location, literally a few minutes walk to the high street. Otis spends much of his time outside, coming home to eat, sleep and have the occasional cuddle. Ronnie, during our stay was still a kitten so was not yet going outside by himself. He was is really affectionate and great fun in the house, always wanting to play and was never far from our sides, we are missing him already! We highly recommend this sit to future sitters!
