My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at Deniz's home for four days to look after her lovely dog, Daisy. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Communication with Deniz was always smooth and effortless. She was incredibly hospitable, providing us with helpful advice about the neighbourhood and Daisy’s routines. Deniz even made a map showing where Daisy usually does her business each morning, which was extremely useful. Words cannot fully express how wonderful and charming Daisy is. She is a well-behaved, sweet, and affectionate dog who accompanied us everywhere and was always on her best behaviour. Daisy has truly stolen our hearts, and we already miss her dearly. Thank you, Deniz, for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and take care of Daisy. It was a delightful experience! ---
My time sitting for Bowy at Jaqueline and Andre's home has been nothing less than delightful: Bowy is an affectionate and intelligent young dog, always enthusiast to play and cuddle. Jacqueline and Andre have been the most hospitable and kind hosts, making logistics easy and uncomplicated - and their home is located in a lovely neighbourhood. I am glad to have met such a wonderful dog and family, and would recommend this sit without a doubt.
This was Cathy, Todd and Topas first THS experience and they were all fab! Great communication from the beginning, not too overbearing, but with clear directions, instructions and availability if/when needed. Topa is an amazing character. She’s a complete flirt with new people and made me feel very welcome, although she was clearly not used to being alone and a little confused when mum and Dad didn’t return. She LOVES socialising with humans, but especially playing with other dogs. She is happiest when out and about flirting with waiters and playing in the park. She is very intelligent and benefits from a lot of stimulation, she loved it when my partner came to visit and it felt more busy in the house. She can seem a little sulky and serious when you’re in the bad books for staying indoors or trying to get her up too early- she likes to sleep in and has a huge bladder, but that’s soon remedied with a trip out! Shes a peaceful character,very well-behaved, always by your side, good recall, and is generally great off the lead. The house is a clean, warm, high-tech modern flat which is very comfortable and spacious. It’s non cluttered minimal feeling is perfect to relax with the backdrop of the trees and water. It’s in a wonderful location, with steps directly down to the water. They made it/the room lovely and welcoming for my stay. I had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this sit. I would happily return if another opportunity arises. Thanks guys!
House was perfect, especially if you ski/snowboard! Amazingly close access to the mountains, good proximity to gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores (Harmons is the best!) The house itself is very clean and has everything you need including a hot tub and fireplace, which made our Christmas stay extra cozy and relaxing. If you go during the winter months, the downstairs where guests stay can get a little chilly so be sure to bring warm lounge wear. There is also off street parking, which is a great perk and Linsday stays in great communication in case you need anything. Would definitely go back!
Lovely weekend with Nessie! Nessie is a sweet and gentle senior lady, and I found her to be quite special. One of her favorite activities is taking walks, but what she loves most is sleeping. I loved it when she came to me for cuddles in between her naps. Nessie and I had an amazing time together, and I already miss her so much. Meeting Estella was wonderful. She warmly welcomed me and made me feel at home. Communication with her was easy and enjoyable, which made my stay pleasant. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near the city center and a park, and is well-maintained with all necessary amenities. I'm glad that I have had the opportunity to meet Estella and Nessie. Thank you both for welcoming me into your home!
Milo and the 2 cats Charlie & Lola were amazing pets to take care of. Milo was energetic and affectionate. The 2 cats were hilarious and gentle. The neighborhood is fantastic, with quiet streets having beautiful homes and several cafes and restaurants. Barton springs and ladybird lake are very close. The house was charming, especially the sunlit bedroom and huge bathroom. Meg and her family warmly hosted us for dinner on the first night. We fully recommend this sit and would love to come back to Austin!
