Dog Sitters in Brixton

Fantastic and lovely sitter! My dog clearly formed a bond with Savannah over the week and didn't want to say goodbye.

We are so happy Effie looked after our big smiley dog. Enzo had never been without us a day in his life, having joined our family in lockdown #1, so we were more than a little nervous about leaving him for two weeks. Enter Effie. Effie’s communication and engagement were great from the start: we met her with Enzo a few weeks before the house sit and he took to her immediately. During her stay she took loving care of him, took him out for long walks and many hours of playing fetch, Enzo’s favourite thing (after food). Effie sent us daily updates and photos, proving we were definitely missing our dog more than he was missing us! I swear he was a bit disappointed when she left. If that weren’t enough, the house was spotless when we came back and the bonsai had also been watered religiously. We would highly recommend her and hope she’ll want to keep Enzo company again - thank you Effie!

Elle and Nick were a dream to host. Communication to coordinate their arrival (not the most straight-forward destination to travel to), was smooth and really transparent. They arrived a day early to give us a chance for a handover, and gave me a sense of confidence and peace to travel and leave my cats (one of whom is a creaky old-lady cat) in their safe and loving hands. We were in touch sporadically while I was away, and I came back to smiles, purrs and a pristine house! Dream sitters, I couldn't have asked for more, and can't recommend them highly enough. Super pleasant, interesting, reliable and responsible people, if you get lucky to host them in the future, you've hit the jackpot! Heejoo was a lovely house-sitter. She arrived on time to our meeting and was very interested in our cats. When requested she sent us funny videos of them. The cats were happy on our return, so all good!

I cannot recommend Michael and Rosie highly enough. This is the second time they have 'sat' for Gumbo and they have been a joy both times. I know she and the house were wonderfully cared for and they were really communicative with regular pictures and updates. Next time we need a sitter they will be our first port of call.

Zoe was a great sitter! Zoe took great care of my cat Nala, and the house, and left it spotless. Zoe was quick to respond to messages and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending her! Thank you, Zoe!

Louis and Emma are a charming young couple who obviously adore dogs. On arrival they couldn’t wait to meet our three and a visiting Norfolk. To be honest when we returned our dogs weren’t that interested in us so they must have had a lovely time with Louis and Emma and were very calm and well exercised. The house was clean and tidy too. Jessica looked after Lola really well. The house was clean and tidy upon our return. She was quiet, respectful and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I think when we got home from our holiday and came thru the door, the dogs were slighty underwhelmed. I think they wanted us to be Dora! They seemed to have a great time with her. The house was in great shape. Such a terrific feeling coming home to such a well looked after house. Thank you Dora. I would recommend her to anyone!

Everything worked out great with the pet sit. It was a month long. Dani came a couple of days early at my request to become acquainted with the dog before we left. Our German Shepherd took to him immediately so that was a good start. Dani was home most of the time which suited as Lodos had constant company. The dog is on a diet and we gave strict instructions not to over feed her. She lost a kilo while he was there which we were very happy about. Dani took care of the garden and cut the lawn a few times. He also played with Lodos in the garden a lot and took her for regular walks. I would recommend Dani as a reliable and kind dog sitter. He was flexible and at the end he handed over to some other pet sitters as it was a split sit. .

Sue and John were brilliant housesitters - very flexible around our requirements, and their experience as housesitters really shows. They were very understanding and accommodating of our departure timings (and return!), sent plenty of updates and we came home to a sparkling clean house, all the laundry done. The pets were very happy and well cared for and we would be delighted to welcome Sue and John back in future. Highly recommend!

We’re so grateful to Megan and Jared, who looked after Duke and Roxy while we were away for the weekend. They kept us updated with pictures of them on walks. We knew our babies were in safe hands! We would definitely recommend them.
