Cat Sitters in Broad Town

Another great sit from Anna. She has developed a good relationship with Murph and always updates me on how he is doing. She is respectful and tidy and know Murph and the flat are in good hands when she sits for me.

Philip and Sarah are amazing pet sitters! Poor little dog is unwell at the moment and having chemo. I really don't think I could have left her with anyone else. I knew I could trust them to take great care of her and ask of our other animals and they did. They had to administer medicine and take her to the vets, which they did and kept me informed of everything with daily photos and messages. It meant that I could enjoy our much needed holiday, knowing that everything was being taken care of at home. The house was perfectly clean when we returned, even the bed had been remade and washing on the line. Thank you both so much, you are wonderful!

Leigh and Dan were super reliable! Great communication from start to finish, keeping us updated while we were away, so that we didn’t have to worry and could just enjoy our holidays knowing all is in good hands. They took such a great care of Bailey and the house. In fact I think they left the house cleaner than we did! So nice coming back to a lovely clean house and freshly changed bedsheets! Bailey enjoyed some nice long walks when we were away and we came back welcomed by a happy and a very relaxed dog! You could see he had a great time with them.

Nicola was a fantastic sitter for our week-long holiday. She arrived promptly in the morning, and kept us updated throughout the sit with some photos and messages. Monty felt very comfortable having Nicola look after him for the week- Nicola even did some of the training activities we’d written out in the guidebook. When we got back, the house was spotless and very well looked after. We’ve used Nicola for sits a few times now and every time she has been fantastic, I would highly recommend Nicola for sits!

Neil and Sarah are absolute gems, and we were so happy to have them back to look after our cats. We felt completely at ease knowing our cats were in such capable and loving hands. We couldn't have asked for better pet sitters, and we look forward to having them care for our cats again in the future.

All star review! Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Holly and Rod and their lovely family were the most amazing sitters for our three dogs (who also became great friends with their gentlest pooch Bosch.)Their sitting turned out to be an ideal arrangement for our dogs (who are used to a family environment and love people and other dogs.)The family ate all great, positive people to have around: thoughtful, calm, positive, caring and fun. Our home was left by then in tip top condition, spotless and tidy. Many thanks indeed for a perfect house sitting experience.

Abigail looked after my two cats for a long weekend. She went above and beyond by arriving at the flat early in the morning before I had to leave, allowing me to show her everything in person, even though I had offered to explain it via pictures or video. The flat was left clean and tidy, and she even washed the bedding and towels, although I hadn't requested that. The cats seemed relaxed and happy (after calming down from the incident described below), so I’m sure she showered them with plenty of love and attention. However, there was a significant mishap: the kitchen window was left wide open. My cats, who are indoor cats, could easily have jumped out (and had been, as they were “wild” and Sky had a little dirt in their fur) Fortunately, it had been raining, so they were inside when I got home, hours after Abigail had left. I was shocked, especially since there are roads on both sides of the flat. I had specifically mentioned that the window should only be opened under constant supervision. I understand it was a mistake, and overall, she did a good job. However, I can’t give 5/5, as this was one of the most important things. I’m just relieved the cats were home and safe. In the future, I’ll make sure to over emphasise the importance of keeping the window closed—or secure it in a way that sitters cannot open it. 😬

Hollie took great care of all our animals especially our dog Bolly. She clearly loves animals. She also took responsibility for watering the plants inside the house and the pots on the garden.

Szilvia and Twiggy were absolutely wonderful with our fur babies and with our home! Through some fluke of nature, multiple appliances malfunctioned in one week (smoke detector, wine fridge) and started beeping annoyingly and they both handled it like champs :-) we were in constant communication, got regular updates, and could tell they were treating our home like their own.They were incredibly sweet to the dogs, took great care of our older dog and cuddled endlessly with our younger dog, and kept to the schedules we laid out. Both dogs were sad to see them go, and the house was in impeccable condition when we returned. We’d happily have them back to sit for us again!
