Sitting for Anita and Daniel was absolutely wonderful! They were so lovely and we felt so welcome in their beautiful home! They were very thorough in showing us around, making sure we knew where everything was and felt right at home! Communication was always great with them, genuinely some of the kindest people we have met on our travels!! Apollo and Ajax are such sweet boys!! Their personalities are very different but both were so fun to hang out with and get to know!! They're both very easy going, gentle and playful cats! We would definitely sit for them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great stay in a perfect location! Thanks for everything guys! 😁💗
I was truly sad to say goodbye to Sierra when this housesit ended. She is such a lovebug - very playful and sweet. She was easy to care for and fun to cuddle with. Terri is amazing. She was highly organized and thought of everything for a successful stay. I had a delightful time and would sit for Terri and Sierra again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful stay at Caroline and David's lovely home! They are organized and easy-going hosts who were easy to stay in communication with as well as interesting to talk to. The kitties are the sweetest things! We absolutely adored their distinct personalities. They are well-accustomed to housesitters and adapted quickly to us. They are around a lot, which is nice and you'll find yourselves entertained by them. Caroline and David's house is really comfortable and easy to take care of. If you are looking to explore London, its a surprisingly quick train to the central area, but Kingston itself is so nice to spend time in with its parks, river walks, charming town and pubs, that you may find you seldom leave! This sit is a wonderful opportunity all around.
Perfect. That's all that's needed to describe sitting for Lennie Rae & Fred, and their mother-daughter pair of Russian Blue kitties, and our second sit for them while Lennie Rae & Fred were away. What can we say negative .... nothing. Lennie Rae and Fred are perfect hosts, friendly and kind, and very detailed in everything needed to know with the care of their kitty cats and plants. The two kitties are very easy, and fun, to care for. Their home is extremely pleasant, peaceful and equipped. Their neighborhood is peaceful, safe and nice. They are a short drive to the nicely Southern Californian vibe of beaches and the popular Oceanside pier. Surfers, sand, family fun and sunsets. We loved sitting for them and would do so again in a heartbeat. A perfect exchange, in keeping with the vision of THS. –David & Rachel
This was a dream sit with Sophie in Tenby! Nikki and John were warm, friendly and generous, contacted me before and during the sit and made me feel very welcome indeed. The house was warm and cosy, and everything I could possibly have wanted was included. And as for Sophie, the cat - what a character. She took a few days to get used to me - she's a cat who knows her own mind, and once she'd made up her mind to trust me, she cuddled up, asked for strokes, shared the bed (and the hot water bottle!) but made it plain when she was busy doing her own thing and needed to be left alone. She was so easy to look after and good, quiet company. Tenby is lovely out of season, as are other nearby towns such as Narberth and Carmarthen. By the time I left, I felt I belonged. I'd go back tomorrow............
