Natashia

Natashia is a very peaceful, caring, and thoughtful person. She was a great house sitter and it was clear that our cats were happy in her care. She sent a few updates while we were away, and the house was cleaner when we got back than we had left it! The proof of the pudding was that the cats were happy to see us but seemed really calm and it was evident that they had been very well looked after, and bonded with Natashia. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Natashia back again, and would recommend her highly. Thanks so much for taking care of Ginks, Raoul, the fish and our home!

Shelby & Madeline

Shelby was everything we hoped for. She communicated daily & sent adorable pictures & videos. Siam bonded with her & she was happy even though we gone. We’d be thrilled to have her back!

Grace

Grace was amazing! Showed up and left exactly when she said she would. Left the house as she found it (maybe even tidier). And of course, most importantly, took such good care of our elderly cat, Oliver. She did all the stuff I told her he would enjoy but said was optional—giving him special treats, taking him outside in the backyard for some sun time, etc. And she asked up front what level of contact I would prefer while we were away and then followed through to a tee, sending a couple of photos per day. We would ask her to sit again in an instant!

Nicole & Vir

Nicole and vir were great! Very reliable and took amazing care of Belinda. They asked good questions and made sure they had things right. Our house was in great shape when we returned :)

Steph & Phil

Once again, Steph and Phil were absolutely AMAZING. So caring, thoughtful, respectful, communicative, clean...They doted on our dog Miss Moxie and cat Honey Ryder and took excellent care of our home. I can't recommend them more highly, thank you Steph and Phil!!!

Carla

Carla is a wonderful petsitter! She and her son Zach came to stay with my three dogs and one cat. Carla is responsive, responsible, and an all-around lovely person. She sent photo updates of the animals throughout her stay, and expressed real enjoyment of spending time with them. Carla gladly administered meds to Ellie, one of the dogs. She and Zach left the house extremely clean, and washed all the linens before leaving. I can't recommend Carla enough!

Lucy

Lucy and Alex were fantastic sitters for our fur family! From our very first interaction with them while interviewing applicants, we were struck by their kind and calm presence, attention to detail, and clear love for all animal beings. While we were away, Lucy and Alex made sure that all of the furs got plenty of love and attention. They took the pups to the dog beach several times, engaged them with enrichment activities throughout the sit, and even took them along to dinner on the last evening of the sit. And, they were very communicative throughout the entire sit. We received photo / video updates from around the house and various outings. And when something unexpected happened (Levi left some of his breakfast uneaten), they readily texted to ask what they should do. When we returned home (at midnight, after flight delays), we found a spotlessly cleaned house, guest room sheets and towels laundered, and four fur babies who were happy to see us. We would absolutely welcome Lucy and Alex to sit for our fur family again!

Martin & Beth

Martin & Beth took great care of Flo! They texted me once a day to let me know how things were going. It was the perfect amount of connection. They got Flo out for snow play every day which was a bit of an adventure since Truckee was lacking in snow this Christmas. They brought their dog Rosie and everything went very well. Flo & Rosie obviously became friends quickly. The house was clean and tidy when I got home. I really appreciate them taking good care of my home as well. I would love to have them back in the future.

We were happy with the care Pearl received. The questions Marcelina asked, and her communications while we were away, were intelligent and concise.

Kaitlyn & Max

Kaitlyn and Max were the perfect Housesitters and their care of Henry, our Golden, was impeccable. Henry needs an allergy shot once a week and Kaitlyn had no problem administering this even though she was unfamiliar with the procedure. We showed her how before we left and she took care of it without issue. In the future, we would trust Kaitlyn and Max to look after our house and pets without reservation. Thank you!

Ami

Ami was great! Really kind and responsible. The only time he forgot to put our dog in the crate before leaving, he texted us as soon as he remembered! :) We would have him sit for us again in the future.

Annette

Annette was an absolute pleasure to have pet sit for us. She was extremely organised and self sufficient, great at communicating and left the house clean and tidy. She cared for Sunny so well and even bought her some presents. She even stepped up to the challenge of caring for our daughter’s hatched unicorn - sending updates on its progress through the week. Annette is also just such a lovely person and a real pleasure to have around the days either side of our trip.

BARBARA

Kate is a lovely lady that knows how to look after cats. We met her the night before the sitting period allowing her to drive safely during the day and having time to meet our cats and getting familiar.
We explain her house equipments and cats habits and how to give drops to our boy during our absence. Communication wise... We think should be better but we understand we were abroad and maybe WiFi wasn't great? 
She kindly watered our garden and bought us a lovely plant as token of appreciation. That was very kind of her. .
Unfortunately the only downsize of her sitting was how we found the house at our return. We did not expect deep clean from her at all but we wondered if bathroom, room and kitchen used for a week from her supposed to be cleaned and left tidy. We feel she can be a great sitter but she need to pay attention of cleaning the property. We are not happy to leave this review but we thought it would be useful for future hosts. We are not fussy, but decency and respect for the host property supposed to be important as well.

Rem

Catherine did an excellent job as our petsitter. Great communication and preparation for the stay and she took wonderful care of our dog Fuji. Definitely high marks across the board and would highly recommend.
