Background: this was my first time using zeewoi and also my first time being away from my dog for such a long time. We chose Colter from a bunch of applications mainly because he came off as someone who loves animals yet also maintains a sense of professionalism in his work as a sitter. In the initial call, he asked the right questions and patiently listened to all of our concerns and made sure to note down our biggest scares as pet owners. Before the sit began, we decided to check in with updates every 2 days. Colter delivered on that without fail even sending updates every day for a 3 day stretch upon my request when I was missing Sky. Colter was very understanding of Sky and her needs as an anxious shelter rescue. He went above and beyond to provide all the love and care Sky needed in my absence. Concluding the review by saying, I cannot recommend Colter enough for anyone’s pet-sitting needs.
Tracy was so wonderful! Our boys loved her! The house was nearly cleaner than when how we left it! We shared a wonderful meal and conversation before we took off for our trip! Would highly recommend her for any of your pet sitting needs!
