Kind, considerate, efficient. Nina and her grown up kids, came the night before so we could run through dog care. I cam home to a very happy dog and a home just the way I'd left it! I recommend her highly.

Jo was absolutely fabulous looking after our home and our little pets. She was great at keeping in touch and sharing all of the cuddles that she had with Nala. She also went above and beyond when one of our pets was unwell - couldn't of asked for anyone more caring and thoughtful.

Donna and her family were brilliant Housesitters. They looked after Charlie, our black lab, and our cats so well that Charlie was a little bereft when we got back from our trip. I think he really misses them!! The house was super clean and tidy and Donna left us a beautiful chocolate banana bread that was absolutely delicious. Her communication was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending her and her family for a stay. We certainly hope to have them stay again next time we go away. Five stars!!!

Jie helped me out with a long sit at only 2 weeks notice after another sitter withdrew. She showed a lot of love and care for my two cats. Thank you for your help!

Sophie and Marcus are AMAZING!! The best sitters you could get. We've had lots of people sitting for our pet but Sophie and Marcus top the list ❤️ They were so organised and reliable. They organised a video call beforehand to get to know our cat and the flat. They sent lots of pictures whilst we were away and gave us updates throughout. Came back to a cat who was clearly annoyed we were returning instead of Sophie and Marcus!! The flat was absolutely spotless and they'd stripped the bed and put a wash on. They also gave our cat some medicine, which was much appreciated. So grateful to Sophie and Marcus for looking after Carl and highly, highly recommend them. Your pet will be in the best hands 🙌

We were using Trustee Housesitters for the first time when we went away in October. It was also the first time we were leaving our 8month old lab for more than a night so I was quite anxious about the whole thing if I’m honest. I left copious notes and asked for daily updates while we were away. I feel so lucky that we had 5 star house sitters in Pat and Andy. They went above and beyond to help put me at ease and looked after both Raya and our house so well. I got a daily update about the lovely walks they were having and some great pictures. When we arrived home Raya was not only in great shape but it was clear Pat and Andy had kept up the little bits of training we’d talked about. The house was also spotless. I really cannot recommend Pat and Andy enough, they are wonderful people who allowed me to fully enjoy my holiday knowing Raya was being well cared for.

Becky was the perfect house/pet sitter. Her love and knowledge about cats was apparent. She made every effort to bond with my 2 kittens and hang out with them. She sent me photos and updates and had obviously got to know them well. She was incredibly organized- having read the instructions and had prepared questions where she needed clarification. The house was probably left cleaner and tidier than when I left hovered and cleaned. I really can’t fault her at all. I would welcome Becky back o look after the cats and my place again because she was obviously so caring of the animals . I felt reassured leaving them in her care.

Abby applied to look after our five year old dog Maggie at quite short notice after we had been let down by another sitter. We had a short zoom call to introduce ourselves to each other, agreed the time for Abby to arrive, and a few days later Abby arrived spot on time after her long 6 hour drive to reach us. Maggie and Abby bonded straight away which was a big relief as it was dark outside by the time Abby arrived and Maggie, who can be quite reactive to strangers, had no idea what was happening or who she was meeting. I showed Abby all the quirks and foibles of our old house on the next day and she kindly gave me a lift to the train station that evening. Abby clearly looked after Maggie carefully and kindly and sent us photos of Maggie out on their walks everyday. I came back two weeks later to a spotlessly clean house and a very happy dog indeed. Abby and Maggie had clearly enjoyed each other’s company and had good times together. Abby is a wonderful, self-sufficient trusted-housesitter who I am very happy to recommend to others.

Gill and Robert were calm and caring and our dogs were obviously happy and settled with them. We would happily have them to sit again.

It was a pleasure to have Cara look after my home and Olive, She was easy to get hold off and kept me updated throughout her time staying, she left my house clean and tidy and Olive seemed very happy and had lots of long walks, I would highly recommend her as a sitter. Thanks again

Kirsty & Kevin are absolutely lovely people! They communicated well prior to arriving and settled into our home as if we’d known them for years. Both our dogs instantly adored them & nothing phased them about our rurality-even biblical storms!! We have a very big, strong dog as well as a little (fairly naughty) one & both were happy & relaxed when we got back. Both Kirsty and Kev showed our dogs love & care and walked them in all weathers. They looked after our home & dogs like friends & our only hope is that they may want to return!! Highly recommended

In this Review for Sophie i would like to start by saying a huge thank you! Sophie was very kind and easy going, she loves our pets and they have a good tine with her. The communication was easy and we were in contact constantly for anything. She is reliable and very independant. When we agreed on having Sophie at our place, she managed all her trips within 2 days, which was good trust! I totally suggest her for everybody and i am sure you wont be disappointed !
