We had the best time looking after Mycroft. He is very independent and spent a lot of his time outside, and was an absolute delight to be around when he was inside - he's very chill and extremely soft and handsome!! Alice was so lovely as well and gave us loads of information about the house, which is really nice and has everything you need! We had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend!
Debbie and Barry have such a warm, welcoming home and Debbie was incredibly accommodating, helpful and very quick to respond to communications. Buckley is a total sweetheart and was my velcro buddy - loved cuddles and playtime but will go with the flow! I honestly missed him after leaving and a friend who hung out with us loved him immediately as well. Buck is very excited on walks and will pull and gets excited to see other dogs, which can be startling for some dogs haha but he has good intentions you just need a firm grip. Tucker is very chill just keep an eye on him in the yard :). He also is very sweet once he warms to you and would cuddle with Buck and I at night and hang out with me while working. The house has beautiful views and is in such a pretty and quiet area but 10 minutes drive to downtown Ballard, farmers market and plenty of yummy food spots and walks. I would gladly sit for Debbie again.
I had such an enjoyable stay at Kurt and Jen`s lovely home in Amstelveen. Abby is such a sweet girl, who loves getting out for park walks. At home, Abby is very quiet and likes sleeping but also enjoys cuddling on the lounge in the evenings. The neighbourhood of Amstelveen has everything you need within walking distance. I was able to ride Jen`s bike into the city, however you can easily get a bus and metro into the city. The public transport system is excellent. It was great to be close to the city but in a quieter area. People are friendly and there are lots of dogs to meet and greet in the parks. I am going to miss Abby a lot, she is a really special dog.
Beth was an amazing host! Her home (and her incredible greenhouse guesthouse) was beautiful, cozy and her kitties were the cutest. Her place is close to Aspen, Glenwood Springs, and Snowmass while still being far enough away to not feel busy. She transformed her garage into a functional area with an office space and a yoga/zen area, which was amazing to use. My family and I had an amazing time and can't wait to sit for her again! Blue is an amazing dog. We had such a good time at Cathy's place. Cathy's was very friendly and kindly let us use her kayaks and paddle board on the lake which was really fun as Blue joined us for the paddle. We did lots of fun hikes with great views to Bonanza bluffs, old baldy and Cobble Hill. Cathy's place was really comfortable and blue loved all the cuddles and so did we. Thank you Cathy and Blue.
Teddy! 🥹 Hopped for long time to have this kind of connection and experience. An amazing dog with great behaviour and presence. We didn’t even left the house to explore the area as watching tv side to side with Teddy was the best time to enjoy ( belly rubs and treats recommended 🤩) Young, kind and welcoming - Tom and Sarah arranged the guest bedroom ( ocean vibe themed) for us and we felt so good to be in their house. Nice surroundings for walks, peaceful area with friendly neighbours. We are proud to have memories with this beautiful dog - bucket list experience Thank you Tom and Sarah 🤗
