Fran and Ian are wonderful hosts. They have a lovely home which is spacious and very convenient to shops and the coast. Buttons is a great company and gives clear instructions for food and cuddles! There is a lovely walk along the coast towards Bognor Regis, a stop off at the Lobster Pot for lunch or a coffee looking out over the sea is a must. I highly recommend this house sit. What a delightful place to stay! The walking trails around the community were the best to get out and explore. Rod and Kathy are very organized and their home was super clean and inviting:) Best Welcome Guide yet! Everything was clear and easy to follow. Buttercup and Westley loved to play with their toys and Westley made sure to cozy up with me at night. I would highly recommend staying with those cute fur friends!

This was an absolutely lovely opportunity, you are very lucky if you are able to sit for Sue & Prince! Sue and her family are kind, caring and welcoming people who were a pleasure to deal with. Sue is super positive and friendly, a really lovely person to meet! The sit is situated in Botany and moments walk from cafes, supermarkets, parks and a nice yoga studio! You're also 5mins from a Westfield and 10mins from Maroubra beach, which has a great walking track alongside. Now - Prince the budgie (or 'Princey' as he calls himself) - what a special little bird. How I adore him! I'd never met a budgie before so didn't know what to expect, but he had me absolutely wrapped around his little wing. He is confident, social, very cheeky, very thoughtful and very intelligent! I loved hanging out with him an d he was a breeze to care for. He's a very special & secure budgie which I think very much comes down to how well he's been brought up by Sue & family - has clearly been given lots of love and now relays that back to all he meets! Truly wonderful stay, thank you so much for having me :) Highly recommend this sit! :)
My sit with Nero and Luna was most enjoyable. Both cats are relatively elderly, and stable in their habits, especially eating time. Nero gifted me with a very fat dead mouse and could not understand why I was yelling. A good time was had by all, and such wonderful hosts.
An incredible time with Darwin, Tassie, Gus and the big boss Cassie. Firstly, the location of the sit is just stunning. We loved our long walks in the beautiful fields surrounding the house. Boy can these dogs run! It was a pure delight to see such happy and playful Vizslas. Darwin is youthful and full of bounce. Tassie, so gentle and loving in temperament. Gus is very affectionate and likes to be near to you. Cassie definitely rules. She loves a head pat, and will happily pur on your lap once warmed to you. We laughed so much watching her chase the dogs, keeping everyone in line😂 The details in Louisa and Paul's home are just lovely. There were many thoughtful touches that made our stay perfect, so thank you to the both of you. We wouldn't hesitate coming back! Highly highly recommend.

Jeanette came out to meet myself and our cats before we scheduled anything, she's so sweet! we got a (free!) lockbox, and after a tour/meet and greet/pointing out where supplies, etc are kept, we were able to schedule. everyone is so communicative and responds quickly, not to mention we requested services fairly last minute, and were accommodated - for this, we are so grateful! we got a report after each visit, and our girls were very well taken care of! we will definitely use The Right Fluff again when necessary, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for pet sitting services.
Excellent experience...from the initial, introductory meeting with Jeanette through several days working with terrific pet sitters. My two Havanese pups were handled professionally and with great attention to detail. All of my requests were covered...and the sitters shared so many great pictures throughout the day. The pet sitters came to my home 3/day and sat with my pups for 2 hours giving them lots of attention while we were on vacation. If you are looking for a professional, dependable pet sitter... look no further. Highly recommend !!

We recently moved to Bethesda and are so lucky to have found The Right Fluff. We have already trusted them twice to take care of our 14 yr old asthmatic tabby while we travel. They came twice a day and sent us detailed descriptions of how she is feeling, eating, and taking her meds. We also get pictures(example attached)! Their online portal and scheduling tool is easy to use as well.
I really wanted to love this pet sitting company and I intended to use them every time we travel because of their glowing reviews… I was hoping our experience would be as amazing as other reviewers have described theirs… Unfortunately we came back from our trip to find our place in a horrific condition, there was pee all over our chase and couch, blankets and pillows, we had to throw it all away. The pee smell was sooo strong yet nobody from this company has noticed anything when I asked how could they let this happen… And for the reference we have 3 air purifiers, so you get the picture how bad it was… Cats were luckily okay and alive but all my plants have died since they have not be watered at all, and per my instructions they were supposed to take care of the plants too and water them regularly… I have reached out and expressed my grievances with the company and asked for a refund, they declined and suggested to replace all our dead plants, but that never happened and they took no responsibility for the issue with pee all over the house… So be aware, I would not recommend this company!!! Our experience was absolutely horrible, they are reckless and careless!!!

I have never left my 4 cats before so I was very worried about how they would do with a stranger coming in to check on them and take care of feedings, litter, etc. One elderly cat requires medication twice per day, one hides when strangers come in the house, and the other two make feeding four cats extremely difficult as you cannot get the food into the dishes without them trying to get at the cans. They are also all the same breed making it hard for people to tell who is who. None of this was an issue for the Right Fluff. They took such great care of my precious cats and truly put my mind to ease that they were safe and loved while I was away. I received updates and photos after the visits letting me know how everyone did. I am so happy to have found this great service and am looking forward to taking more time away from home knowing my cats have a great sitter!
We love The Right Fluff! We moved back to the area & needed to find a dog walker about two months ago for our two rescue dogs (medium-large sized). We feel so lucky to have found this group! They not only follow all the instructions/requests we provided (for our sweet yet particular pups), but they also provide timely updates/photos, clear communication & are always flexible with scheduling changes. I cannot rate this team highly enough! My wife and I had never used a pet sitter before, but we were traveling out of the country for ~2.5 weeks and wanted a pet sitter (we have two cats) that we could rely on. Marcy and Erin were both incredible to work with, they were very responsive and obviously knowledgeable about what they do. We had a meeting for them to meet our pets and go through our home/how to take care of our cats, and then afterward we arranged for the actual specifics of our trip (key drop off, etc.). All communication is logged via an online web service that has an app, but is also easily accessible via email/web browser. Each day that Erin visited she took photos of our cats for us to see, and also gave us a detailed description of how they were doing. Erin's messages became one of our favorite ways to start the day while we were away :) Would 100% work with this sitter again!
The Right Fluff Pet Sitting took care of my two cats for 3 weeks in July (2022) and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I found my girls in really good shape. I was very stressed because one of my cats is diabetic and needs to receive insulin twice a day. Scott and the team were absolutely perfect, they administered the insulin without problems, and I received reports and pictures for every visit. That let me to enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats were well taken care. My cats loved them, even the one who is always scared of strangers went to say hello every day to them and allow them to pet her. I will for sure use their services again next time I travel.

Caroline is amazing, I have a hyper, dog/cat aggressive 105 pound Doberman that she accepted without hesitation. My walks are easier because of the leash training that Scotty has received from her. I had surgery in December '21 and she walked him for 6 weeks straight, 3 x per day, early in the morning, noon and late at night while I recovered. Her dedication is tremendous, she is very trustworthy and I highly recommend her services!

We brought a number of pets to Linda over the years, and found her work to be outstanding. The animals are treated gently and kindly. When I picked them up they were calm and happy, which is equally important to me.
Linda is simply the BEST!!! My dogs have all loved her, she always makes them look their best, and they leave happy - not traumatized as with some grooming services! She’s brilliant with scissor cuts, and handles the curly hair of Bichons and Maltese and other fluff mops beautifully. Linda always has good advice too— she REALLY loves the pups!!! Doesn’t overcharge!! All in all, the BEST groomer in the area, hands down!!!
If you have an old dog, or an anxious or skittish dog, go see Linda. Our frail, deaf, and blind 16 year old Shih Tzu has always come home calm and happy, and looking great. She would come home shaking and exhausted from other, nearby places. Linda's really cares about these dogs.
I took our big dog to Linda's after reading that she is good with difficult dogs. He had not been groomed in a few years because he was uncooperative with 2 groomers, and they gave up. He was totally cooperative with Linda, she was very attentive and did a beautiful job. She went to get her scissors as we were leaving because she saw a spot that she wanted to make perfect. My other dog came along for the ride- she noticed the knots behind his ears and offered to quickly take him in and trim them - thank you Linda! We will be back.
Linda was incredibly thoughtful and loving toward our medium-sized dog. We have had her groomed and boarded and always feel incredibly comfortable leaving her in Linda's capable hands. From what we saw, the conditions of her shop are clean and dog-friendly. She is a true dog lover and this shows in every aspect of the way she treats them.
Linda was amazing!! This was our first grooming for a very anxious 6 month old puppy and it went SO well!! Rocky did great and LOVED Linda!! The cut turned out better than expected and just like the pic I showed her. HIGHLY recommend!!

We are new to the area and searched for a new dog boarding facility similar to the one we used before where dogs would be out of a pen/crate most of the day. We also wanted somewhere with outside space so our dog didn’t get accustomed to using the bathroom inside. We have now brought our giant doodle multiple times for the day and a few overnight boarding stays. He loves Playful Pack. He gets so excited when we park in the parking lot and is always ready to go back and is so tired when we pick him up. He always looks so happy in the pictures sent each day. The staff have been so friendly. They remember him and welcome him so kindly each time we arrive. We have not had issues with booking which we have done online and over the phone. They have always answered when we have called if we were running late (still before closing) or had a question. Their hours are also great for working and commute time. Thankful we found Playful Pack.
The best daycare my dog has ever been to. The staff are great, and he loves coming here to play. They make boarding super easy too at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my beloved pets, a 60-pound Golden Doodle and a 5-pound Yorkie, at Playful Pack Dog Daycare and Boarding, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. Because I was actively seeking another option for doggy care for my fur-baby, Open house visit 9/16/23 was a great place to start. Staff was approachable, pleasant and knowledgeable. I especially love the fact there is an outside play area.
They are amazing! We take both our pups here for both daycare and boarding and they love it. The staff is wonderful and both our dogs love them! Pricing is comparable to other places in the area, but you're getting a team of people you can trust who will love and care for your best friends.
There are not enough words to describe how much I love Playful Pack! As a pet parent, it can be difficult to find a daycare for a fur baby -- especially one you trust! The staff here are so wonderful and you can see how much they care for the pups! They are so flexible about drop-off and pick-up! I also love how they have cameras! Like another posted, I do wish they had cameras outside as well! But I'm grateful that I get to check in throughout the day to see what my pup is up to! AND they send photos they took of your pup at the end of the day! Their boarding is also great! Recently, I had a family emergency and I called to see whether they had any availability for a few days to care for my pup. Maddy was so kind and understanding -- and quickly told me that they had availability! Maddy called to keep me in the loop, and didn't even mind when I called to check in on my pup! It was such a relief to know that K was in good hands while I was managing other things! CiCi gave me the best report when I went to pick up K! Even as we were leaving, Maddy and CiCi came to say by to K and I and gave him all the hugs and kisses! To all of the staff, thank you so much for going above and beyond! I am so grateful! Overall, the staff is so great and I couldn't recommend Playful Pack enough!
Our dog, Stella, loves it here. Drop off and pick up is easy. Cameras are a nice way to check in to see how she's doing. I like the report card and pictures sent to us at the end of the day. The various activities every day are a plus. Highly recommended!
Carla is the only person (other than myself) that my dog Waffles is comfortable with. As an elderly pup with significant separation anxiety, Waffles needs a gentle person to watch her when I'm not around. She loves going to Carla's for daycare, and I really appreciate the sweet texts and photos she sends me throughout the day. I am getting ready to move out-of-state, and I cannot explain how much we will miss Carla!
Carla’s Pet Care is truly amazing and I highly recommend without any hesitation. But the best endorsement for Carla comes from my 12-year-old dog Taco, who runs in happily without even a “bye mom” to me. (And this is a dog that has always had separation anxiety!) Carla is caring, responsible, reliable and loving. We started with walks and are now a regular for daycare and boarding. Taco stayed with Carla for 10 nights while I was traveling and I had total peace of mind to enjoy my trip. She sent pictures and updates every day and when my flight was significantly delayed on the way home, Carla took it in stride and set me at ease that I didn’t have to worry. On pickup from boarding and daycare, Taco is always relaxed, happy and clearly has received excellent care.
Carla has taken overnight care of my maltese, Obie, a couple of times now. It would be an understatement to say that she has completely changed how I vacation. No longer do I stay up all night worrying. He is so excited to go to her house and she always sends picture updates. I am so grateful I found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dog care services.
If I could give Carla 10 stars, I would! She is the absolute BEST! She genuinely loves and cares for animals, is so knowledgeable and helpful, and has the kindest and most generous heart. I'm not exaggerating when I say she's the only other person who I trust with my dogs. She's great at communicating and I always look forward to her texts/updates of my fur children. Plus, my dogs LOVE her - anytime we drive or walk by her house, they get so excited and try to go up to her front door to see her. Carla is wonderful with our 2 older dogs. She provides a warm, caring and calm environment. She sends pictures every day and responds to texts very quickly. We never have to worry when our dogs are in her care.
Carla has been walking/sitting my 7 year old Havanese, Yuki, for about a year. Yuki absolutely adores Carla and is always beyond excited to see her. Carla is truly amazing - she's extremely kind, thoughtful, responsible - someone you can count on. From the first time I met her, I felt comfortable leaving Yuki in her care. Now, after a year, there is no doubt in my mind that Carla cares for Yuki like he is her own dog, and it's clear that Yuki knows he's loved when he's with Carla.

My partner and I go out of town for long weekends and week-long vacations, and we are always free of worry when our fur babies are in her care! I brought my dog in for a salon appointment with Alexis and I couldn’t be happier. She was super informative and listened to my concerns about my pups past grooming at other places and told me things about my dog’s coat and fur that I never knew. She was super nice and told me about how my dog did during his appointment and gave me recommendations for the next time I bring him in. She made my dog look adorable and younger somehow. I 100% recommend grooming with Alexis.
Till recently, my experience with divisions has been flawless. Yet, on my recent “grooming appointment” was a “terrible mess”. I hope this does not happen to any beloved pup again. My initial appointment was a month ago. As they never confirmed the appointment, they rescheduled for another date transferring over the 50 dollar deposit. On the day of the grooming, I checked-in requesting his ear hairs trimmed, paw pads trimmed, anal glands expressed, whiskers trimmed, and his hair cut short. The “groomer”, Dennis, took my dog agreed to do all requests and took my dog. At that time, neither the “groomer” or the person who checked me in told me this is not a “grooming” but that I was booked for a “full bath” ( which was informed later to me during my complaints.) . 1.5 hours later my husband picked up my dog washed with neither the paws pads trimmed or whiskers trimmed. I immediately called to complained within an hour of picking up my dog and was informed I would received a call back. No call back was received for two hours, so I called back and now was informed this was not a “grooming “ but a “full bath appointment “. Also, “Dennis” is not a groomer since they don’t have groomers on weekends and he is only a “bather”. Finally, Dennis did indeed trimmed my dogs ear hairs, while giving him a cut on his ear. On top of this, my dogs anal glands leaked within two hours of being “expressed”. 1. My services scope was not clarified even though I informed clearly what areas and how I want my dog groomed upon check-in. 2. I was charged 91 usd ( including deposit) which is the price of grooming. The full bath service was informed to be 59.95. 3. The “general manager ” I talked to in the phone needs to get a response from general manager. Pictures of proof was email with no response. 4. A follow up email was sent to Dogizone on the same day with a response “ Regan is attached to this email, she is our general manager and will be able to further assist you. ” Interestingly, 5 days later and there is no response from the general manager. They were one of the top dog groomers but are NOW truly unorganized and are charging for services not performed.
I used the self dog wash last week and found it to be simple and worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and tub were clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, towel and a powerful blow dryer. As a veterinary professional, I definitely recommend this place 🐕 🛁
Love this facility, they got it all. Took my dog for spa day. He had a nice bath and special treats. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The self serve dog baths were very clean & convenient. We definitely will be back. 👍 …
We sought out assistance from Dogizone professional trainer, Jessica, in early December shortly after adopting a 3 year old dog rescue from the animal shelter. We intended for our new dog to be a companion for our 5 year old “only child” pup, but unfortunately on bringing our new dog home we realized that it wasn’t going to be an easy transition. Our dogs didn’t get along at all and were actually aggressive with each other. Our new rescue was incredibly dog reactive and had behavioral issues triggered by being within 30 feet of another dog that hadn’t been identified at the animal shelter and wasn’t passed along to us. We quickly bought pet gates to keep the dogs separate from each other and a crate for our new dog to sleep in at night so both dogs could be safely in our bedroom together, but we knew we needed professional help if we didn’t want to spend the next decade with our family divided on either side of pet gates. When we met with Jessica she proposed several options for pet training to include “boot camp,” group lessons and private lessons. We opted for private lessons due to our dogs’ reactivity to other dogs and it was absolutely the right choice for us. She showed us how to be consistent and patient and how to safely intervene by distracting our dogs if conflict broke out. She helped us to set realistic expectations for our pets by letting us know that our dogs were never going to be “dog park dogs,” but she knew she could help us achieve household peace. We did 6 private sessions over 10 weeks, and I’m extremely happy to report better success faster than we imagined. We achieved our initial goal of being able to have both of our pets in the same room peacefully. We also have confidence that with consistency we will be able to continue to improve our pet’s behavior using the tools we learned with our training (because, let’s face it, part of pet training is for the dog, but a lot of it is training the owners). Couldn’t recommend DogiZone or Jessica more!
We met with Shannon for a fitness consultation for our dog. We have been coming to Dogizone for years and the trainers we have dealt with have been top notch, so we had high expectations of this visit. We were not disappointed! Shannon was very knowledgeable about fitness and put our dog through numerous exercises, all the while gaining his trust. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and gave us exercises for us to practice at home. We will be signing up for six classes with her and I’m looking forward to seeing our dog’s health and fitness improve.
They were great !! Gave me updates on my dog Oakley . Definitely will use dogizone again ! That was his first time being boarded . 😊 he’s tuckered out from so much fun …
This was my second experience taking my Golden Retriever, Harley, to get groomed and it was by far the best. Krista took care of her and she looked beautiful when I picked her up. The reception area was clean and pleasant when we arrived so I will return with Harley in the future for the “full salon”experIence!
Grooming services: Update! The company reached out and Lupe worked her magic and my pup looks great again!! Will define returned as they valued my business and pup. Last picture is how he was all cleaned up. I wanted to show how the company made a difficult situation right again. I had go return and give them 5 stars from the previous 1 star. I have been brnging my 9 lb morkie for regular grooming every six weeks since October of 2022. Our regular groomer retired last year and I thought to give this place a shot since it is so close to work. The first grooming was amazing! I was so glad to have found this place. Groomings after that were pretty good. However, the grooming he received 12 weeks ago was definitely a off. I thought, "we all have off days. It's ok." I took him back on Tuesday August 1. My friend helped me pick him up because I had an appointment with my child at the time of pickup. My friend warned me that he looked uneven and his furr was all choppy. The tail hair was mangled and he had hair clippings all over his body. I was really disappointed when I saw him and called plus emailed Dogizone. Besides the regular fee I always leave a generous tip because we appreciate the groomers. I wanted to know how could we address the situation. When I called to discuss the concerns, I was left on hold for several minuets and was told that management would return my call. It is August 5 and no call or email has been received. Although, I was emailed to schedule the next grooming appointment. The first three pictures show the grooming on August 1 compared to the fourth picture that shows the amazing job I was used to. Super disappointed and off to find a new groomer.
Fabulous team at Dogizone, we feel totally confident leaving our dog here , he totally loves it and is always happy and excited to go there , and always happy when we pick him up. The team are caring , professional and very accommodating . Not only has boarding our dog here been a reassuring and positive experience, but Dogizone has also helped every step of the way with training our dog and helping with advice and expertise in enabling us to continue on a positive path with our dog helping him to become the perfect gentleman. Thank you Dogizone Team . Our dog is now coming up to 3yrs old and has been coming here since he was a puppy at 4 months .
